Badoo my profile continues to be blocked, while you say you have complicated my profile

why are you so tough with me? I'm telling you that I have not made a violation I just think reports have been done because I'm a transgender person. I guarantee you that I will not make any violations, I will obey the rules of badoo. please allow me to use badoo. give me another chance. every person is entitled to another opportunity. please warmly not be so tough, and let me use the application for the last time. I did not do anything serious to block me permanently from the badoo.

Badoo blocking my profile for no reason

Hello. before I created a new badoo account. right after I was certifying the account, my profile was blocked. this has been happening for many months. I have been trying for a long time to create a new badoo account and you are constantly deleting me. as I was told because some long ago I had posted obscene material. although I do not think I was publishing anything illegal, I apologized many times to several emails without receiving any response. and you for so many months has blocked me from using the application. the fact that I'm transgender does not exclude me from using your app. please allow me to use the application. I have tried many times to create account but constantly after a while I block with mentioning that in the past I had posted obscene material and reports had been made. do not know what the badoo thinks? do not you know that I'm transsexual? they told me from badoo that they can not report the reasons that blocked me. Badoo account blocked

Hello,
I've made a new account with badoo and probably had it around 3 days, my last account suddenly made me do the facial recognition and I wasn't wearing makeup or anything at the time it did fail me(I complained about this but also got no response). Thus I made a new account. I've not done anything wrong at all but my account was blocked completely. I've verified my account with the facial recognition thing so I don't understand why this has happened. Please could you explain why this has happened and could you unblock my account. My account was linked to my instagram, I verified my phone number. It is obvious I am not a catfish (which is the only reason I can think for my account getting block) as I passed the photo verification. I don't want to have to make yet another account as I was talking to someone I liked on there and I thought that was the whole point of the app. This is very disappointing as I would understand my account being blocked if I was being rude or sending indecent pictures yet none of that has happened. Badoo blocked me without notice or reason.

Hi Team Badoo

I am writing you in respect of my account that was blocked for reasons unknown to me.

I pay close attention to the rules and do not post any indecent or blurry photos.
I also keep my chats civil as I do not engage in any abusive or sexual chats.

I have been using badoo for years and have never experienced this problem. Even when I used my Gmail to open another account I was still blocked.

Please kindly help me rectify this problem.

Badoo being charged the premium service that I never authorized

I made a purchase for 100 credits for $2.50 and when checked my banking the next day, I was also charged for the lifetime premium service of 144.99, which I did not authorize or click on. When I contacted customer service I was given there generic reply that all purchase a are non refundable and that I must have clicked on it with their one click method. This is 100% not true or accurate. I understand a nonrefundable purchase and their policy but I did not consent to the lifetime premium purchase or authorize this charge which is why when noticed the next day on my statement, I am seeking this payment be reversed! So far no help from customer service.

On the mobile they have a habit of bring things up to intercept clicks meant for other links, if you have card details stored with them they say you have enabled one click ordering and cannot cancel it.
Get all your details together and start a joint claim.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. Clicked on the purchase credits button (£3) put in my paypal details and was charged £119.99 for premium. Totally outrageous practice. Obviously have emailed company but not expecting much. So will attempt a chargeback on AMEX. Going to also report to UK trading standards and leave review in Google play highlighting this practice. Needless today I won't be using the app again. Don't forget to switch off auto renew else you might be charged again.

I was also charged 89, 99 Dollars for a premium subscription I certainly never purchased or consented to. Customer service just refers me to their Terms and conditions citing one-click method. This is completely unacceptable and I demand full refund for something I never purchased nor wanted!

Badoo badoo lifetime premium. how I lost £119,99 and I can't even use it.

I have purchased badoo premium in 2014, just to try. I didn't find it interesting and stopped using this site. I went back to try again four years later. After few days i have been using badoo, my paypal took from my account £119, 99. The same day I contacted badoo on facebook badoo help and they told me that i have set up one click purchase in year 2014 for better experience, when I was buying 3 days premium and my new purchase is not-refundable. Yes i can feel that better experience. I lost £119, 99, because it probably got activated in my pocket or someone hacked me, who knows. Anyway, after talking with pay pal about refund, they contacted my badoo account and badoo cancelled my premium. So on the end of the day, I lost £119, 99 for something i didn't want, I also can't use that service and the best is, it was my last money, since i lost my job. I call this thievery which is set up to rip people off. What I found out is, that if you have someone who add you to theirs favourites and you don't have premium. You can't see them. When you click on picture of that person, you are straight directed to pay for premium, first which is straight selected is lifetime premium for £119, 99, then half year, months and so on, up to three days for few quid, if I'm not mistaken. There is one button for conformation. This is done for purpose, so people by incident, got theirs money stolen. So what can I do? I guess i can just shoot myself. This is seriously the worst dating site I have used.

Badoo company refusing refund on unauthorised payment

I wanted to suscribe on 12th March Badoo premium membership just for 1 week. I precise it's on the French website. They charged me 129, 99€ (unlimited version).
No telephone available, no e-mail adress, automatical answers. There is no customer service in this company.
After one complaint, on which I was kindly asking a refund (2 days after the payment). They just refuse despite The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Every consumer has the right of cancellation during 14 days after the day on which the contract is entered into.
I m gonna now make a complaint directly at the police, because it is simply a fraud

Badoo account blocked without reason.

I also blocked in badoo and wihtout reason. I use badoo for years and I have no idea why badoo blocked me.
I receives a email that I was disrespecting people and this is not true. It was some evil or envious person who did it. I am a good user and my profile has always been honest. I asked them to give me proof of what they think I did but they did not give it because the evidence does not exist beause I did nothing. I want my account unlocked.

Badoo blocked account

I made my account only two days ago and I went to sign in today and was told my account is blocked with a message saying, "Badoo doesn't work if we treat each other badly, and some of our users have reported you for posting inappropriate content." Badoo unauthorised account

I was extremely distressed when I logged on to my email account to see that I have received an email on 1st March 2018 informing me of a transaction on 'my account' that I have never even set up. I am assuming that someone has fraudulently used my details to set up a fraudulent account!
I can assure you that I am very happily married so have no need for such an account, and we are currently in the process of adopting so this stress and anxiety is the last thing I need at this time. Additionally, the email indicates that this transaction was created using an iPhone/Mac, of which I do not possess.

I have attached a screen shot of the email, and expect this profile to be removed from your site, along with any data relating to myself from your site and database, as it is an offence against the Data Protection Act to hold any information about me that is; incorrect, or hasn't been permitted by me. I also expect any financial transactions to be refunded.

Badoo why am I locked out my account?

I made my account only two days ago and I went to sign in today and was told my account is blocked with a message saying, "Badoo doesn't work if we treat each other badly, and some of our users have reported you for posting inappropriate content." I can guarantee I have not shared anything inappropriate or treated anyone badly. I had a few ask for sexual favors which I would kindly deny if uninterested, but I was never rude or unkind to anyone and i never shared inappropriate pictures with any of them even if they asked. I would really like to get back into my account as this it not fair to me for a false report locking me out my account. Please get back to me soon as I did have people on there i enjoyed talking to and do not wish them to be mad at me. Thank you.

Badoo fake account!

I have been informed by a friend that all of my information and pictures are on your app when I didn't give anyone consent to use my information. Im freaking out, I am in a relationship and seeking employment and do not want myself on this app. There is no contact information for badoo rather than signing up and giving them more information which I do not want to do. If they created this account with my Facebook somehow, that is very unprofessional. I don't know who did this but I need it deleted immediately.

Badoo badoo charging for services without authorisation!

Yes looks like badoo it's doing it again, and paypal is an accomplice in this fraud.

I never intended to subscribe just to buy 100 credits for the value of §1 and the paypal buy now next to that 1§ product when I purchase that 100 credits for 1pound their charge me 1 + 65 when I see that (10 minutes after call paypal and badoo and their refuse refund wtf

Terms state 14 cancel refund... Like the law sated... Badoo say they're automatic enable some bloody superpowers that invalidate the refund...

The funny thing is that paypal replies to say their cant do nothing _:? Wtf they the payment provider to this fraudulent scammers.

Its all gone fraud I will take that to the trading standards

Badoo profile blocked

I have recently created profile on badoo around 29-30 Feb 2018, was using profile as per norm has 4 normal pictures, no private pictures. Spoke to less than 60 people and all we didnt have any problems with. I had problem with Activating Badoo premium with my mobile option as it never completed but kept saying please wait attached screen shots as well..

Badoo support kept responding with answers that didn't help, so i kept responding and explained im still not getting any help.

To my surprise i get mail saying there was violation of terms and conditions which i did nothing other than ask for help to be able to activate badoo premium.

is this how service is done by Badoo if you keep asking for help they just block you and move on with life. .. there isn't any customer support at all.

I always liked badoo but im disappointed with their lazy response and no help action. Can you please open my account as i have done nothing you can view my messages, profile pics and let me know what violation have i violated and by doing what this is insane for real..

Please help me asap..

I have opened more than 7 badoo account in less than 2weeks..each one i open is being blocked and I'm told I violated badoo terms and condition which I haven't done..I keep contacting badoo and complaining and they don't do anything about it...the last one i opened was just blocked inmediately I paid money for subscribtions..yet my money was not given back...I'm not happy with this new development of badoo...I have just opened a new one...I hope this does not repeat itself again...

Badoo deletion of my account on false grounds

For some reason you deleted my account under the reason that I am underage. My account is linked to my Facebook page. My name is Chris and my Facebook name is Christos Raftopoulos. I demand an explanation and the restoration of my page. I don't understand the reason behind this entire issue as I have since the beginning linked my profile with Facebook. Additionally please inform me as to who reported such thing in order to possibly move legally against him/her and if necessary against your company for not verifying the information before proceeding to any such actions.

Badoo can't get access to site

I am struggling to get access to my online account since July/August and have tried via my android phone, iPad and even Facebook. I have made several attempts to download the app but with no joy!

I have made attempts to get on help site and have tried various emails but without reply!

However a payment of £11.99 is being taken from my account for account membership of which I can't gain access.

I wish simply to cancel my account & stop money from being taken from my account.

Badoo someone is using my identity!!!

I found out from a good friend of mine that my name and pictures were being used on your site, I have never used your site, had no idea what Badoo was and what it sold! I am in a relationship, have been for nearly 3 years and this has caused some embarrassment. Friends of mine assumed I was looking for fun outside my relationship, didn't question me about it as they didn't wish to pry.

I have contacted you about this through your main site and have yet to hear from you, I need my profile removing as soon as possible! It's identity theft and fraud.

Badoo superpower

I have a unauthorized payment on my account. I did not request superpower Services nor did authorize this payment tell me what which is when the amount of $159.99. As soon as I saw that there was a transaction on my PayPal account I did contact by due to request a refund to resolve the situation. They absolutely refuse to assist in this matter and direct me back to the refund policy. The refund policy would only be applicable if I did in fact make this request/service.
