Sorry for email, but I am requesting to pay back my money. There was a mistake in application badoo, android - s7 edge, in slovakia on 19.12 abou 17.00 p. M. And instead of 1.69 eur, they got from may account 99.99 eur. I wrote a complain, but no answer! Please, help me! Nobody wrote me what happend, it is horrible. I dont had confirmed email from badoo about paymant, they stole my money!

I will raise multiple issues here
This happened as I clicked on super power icon popping up on the screen. I want to dispute this payment.
1. I didn't get to choose the package I wanted (which was 1 week)
2. Badoo automatically removed money from my bank.
3. Instead of 1 week of super power, I received A LIFE TIME (note point no.1)
4. According to their terms and conditions there is a 2 week window for refund. I asked for a refund but pay for 1 week since the super power were active. I got shot down on their customer services.
5. I will have to pay for a premium feature that I didn't want and that I didn't even click on.
I would like a refund of the life time super power please but I will pay for the 1 week super power since is it already downloaded.
This issue is very upsetting and if I have to I would like to revoke my membership, with the refund of the package that comes with it.
I hope for a swift conclusion.

Hello. I made account in Badoo and did one payment 11.99 for 1 month ( possibility to send letters )
After one or two days I log in to badoo from PC and after that I received email from my paypal account that I did payment 29.99 which I didn't ! And this payment is like pre-approved payment. I never approved anything on Badoo, didn't push any kind of buttons to approve that. I didn't set up any automatic payments.
I didn't set up any agreements with Badoo. So awful way to take payments.
It is fraud. I am thinking about taking them to small claims court in principle :(

superpowers subscription without my consent
As with others on here, I had £69.99 taken from my PayPal account without my permission. Because I purchased a£1 set of points a week earlier, they linked my account and then said I had bought the subscription, though I did not. Their customer service are useless and just spout about terms and conditions. I have reported them to Trading Standards, but because of the way their app is set up linking the previous transaction, it appears as a subscription, they are protected under their small print, regardless of the fact that they took the money without my permission. However, I encourage you to report them regardless if you have suffered this as they will be investigated as a scam if enough people report them.

I was charged for a service i never asked: Super Powers neither used. I never received full benefit of this service neither did i use it. I explained it to badoo rep but did not want to respond to my request.
I was charged at precisely 10 pm on november 17th and as soon i sent an e-mail to feedback page as recommended by badoo help page, like 5 mins after being charged. But i got a reply only the following day in the morning around 7am. I mentioned my issue to rep but was unwilling to help as was saying i benefited from the services. I explained that i never used the service and would like To have my credit card reimbursed. The rep disappeared and never answered my request. Thanks

As payment history will show, I occasionally purchased credits for 1.99 USD through my PayPal account up until the month of November 2017.
Recently you have made a change in which Badoo automatically adds more credits to my account if the credits fall below 200.
I did not choose this option. In fact, I had to research why I could never deplete the credits I though I was purchases for 1.99 USD. I even had to research how to take off the new option of auto-refilling credits. I did not know it existed as I have never chosen this option manually.
I repeatedly tried to finish the credits that kept appearing in my account, not aware that it was because of your new auto refill option.
Now, I have wasted more than 30 USD on credits that I was confused as to whether I was being gifted more credits due to a promotion, a glitch, or some error on the part of Badoo.
I have, after researching on Google, found out that I must now opt of the new system of auto-refilling credits and not use credits as they no longer offer the 1.99 per 100 credit system as you now force people to purchase 550 credits each time.
Better care must be given to make people be award of a change in which you charge them.
I am requesting a refund of four charges to my PayPal that I unwittingly made for a total 39.96 for the month of November.
I have removed the PayPal account, removed auto-top up in response to this issue.
I am in this situation too. I don't know if they will refund or not. The way they go about this is misleading.

Since I used the portal www.badoo.com until October 21, 2017, when I in my internet banking found that during the period from 13 April 2017 until 20 October 2017 61 times amount of money 13.49 euro have been removed by www.badoo.com from my credit card - a total of 822.89 euro.
I wrote to badoo team asking to give me back this money. Badoo team have told me what I have activated subscription of points. And if my amount of points diminishes this amount of points returns and 13.49 EUR from my credit card goes to badoo team.
I many times have said to badoo team what I have not subscribe points. I didn`t want it. I subscribed super powers and that`s why I activated my credit card. Subscription of points for me is too expensive. My friends what are experts in internet have told me that it may be possible, that badoo have used some finesse for activate my subscription of points. But I hope that badoo company not acting in such way.
I asked to badoo team that I want to talk with management of the badoo company for discuss the possibility to give me back my money. For we could get the solution that is good for both sides.

I have been using Badoo for a while now as my 42 year old wife has passed away. I totally respect the site and have been always followed the companies terms and conditions of use but have had my account recently blocked. Someone has apparently reported me of sending spam to other users. I any starting to become unhappy with how the situation is been dealt with. I am a hard working nhs professional and take things like the very seriously. This person could be taking part in unlawful event if not using the profile for sexual events. I would like some response and the profile removing, along with the user blocked. Surely this is against your policies and procedures and would be classed as unlawful behaviour. Criminal offence in that matter.
