I originally placed 2 orders on Oct. 8th. The first was for an XL the second for a L since I realized the XL was too big. I immediately contacted them and cancelled the XL. Instead, they cancelled the L and sent the XL.
I ask to return the XL for a refund. They offered me 40% off to keep it, a free exchange or I pay for return shipping for the refund.
I choose the exchange. I finally received a USPS shipping label for my return in late Nov. They received my return on Dec. 2. The sent an order number for the exchange and were going to ship the it to the wrong address. I contacted them to correct the address. They never responded and the exchange never shipped.
I contacted them via Paypal dispute and their response was that the order had been delivered. The bot responding had no clue that the delivered order was the XL I returned for exchange. No clue that they had received my return and no clue they were going to ship the exchange to the wrong address.
I have reached out to the following bots, "Stephanie," "Helen," and "Melissa." "Stephanie" is the social media bot who will respond to this post, if there is a response, and will assure all that she and her team are real and are working diligently to resolve the issue. Just contact her directly and she will fix it. Read all the 1 star reviews on Trust Pilot to appreciate this as the BS it is.

Desired outcome: Refund my purchase amount.

Original order was placed on 10/8, refund was finally issued on 1/5 after hours and hours of my time writing negative reviews to get a response.

Realize they are not a clothing company. They are a digital platform that run a storefront. They outsource and drop ship the order from China.
