On Nov 24,2023 I ordered a Baerskin 3.0 hoodie on sale (order #4VWTY9Z4). While paying for this order, a pop-up offered a chance to buy another hoodie for $20 less. I opted to purchase a women's hoodie (order #A8Zk02td). I received 2 confirmation emails on Nov 24,2023, one for each order. I received order# 4VWTY9Z4 on Dec 6,2023 via the USPS.
When I went to track the orders, both orders had the same tracking number and both showed delivered on Dec 6. When I went to the USPS to check on the second order, I was informed it is illegal to use one tracking number for multiple packages and to keep the packaging of the order I did recieve ( because it is not big enough to fit 2 hoodies).
I emailed [protected]@email.baerskintactical.com on Dec 11, 2023 regarding the missing order and received no reply. I emailed again on Dec 13, 2023. I used the chat program to try to resolve the missing order and still have gotten no response. I am getting tons of promotional email and a satisfaction rating. I would like to have the hoodie that I ordered, but at least I want my money back.
