i went there to get my car fixed and it was a total disaster. they took forever to even look at my car and then when they finally did, they charged me an arm and a leg for the repairs. i could have gone somewhere else and gotten it done for half the price. on top of that, the customer service was terrible. the employees were rude and unhelpful. i will never go back to Bale Chevrolet again. save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I got a 2016 Suburban from Bale Chevrolet and asked if the transmission was serviced 'cause I heard it can have issues. They said it passed the inspection. It had 75k miles and we didn't get the warranty. But now, the transmission is DEAD even though we haven't paid yet. We gotta pay $3k+ for repairs during Christmas. We got kids and a handicapped person relying on this car. The repair guy said it couldn't have passed the service and then died so fast. The dealership just said it's not their problem.

I live in Hot Springs and my car wasn't working, so I couldn't go to the lot. We talked for a few days about what car I wanted. I brought a check for the total amount we talked about.
The first problem was that he tried to get me to pay $129.00 in cash or with a credit card for service and handling. This was already included in the total on the buyer's order that I was giving him. He said it wasn't included and tried to get me to pay on the spot. I showed him the information he sent me and he realized he was wrong. I think he would have charged me if I didn't have proof.
He said the internet and wifi were free and included in the cost of the car. But I didn't get a remote start or satellite radio, which I really wanted. He should have told me that the version I was getting didn't have those features.
They also tried not giving me the $500 discount that was advertised on the site. I had to argue with them to get it.
The seats had stains and the door paneling was dirty. It looked like something spilled on it and they tried to clean it. But it still looked bad.
The car already had over 4,000 miles on it, which he didn't tell me. We found out during the test drive. I had to argue with them to get more warranties.
I called to complain and he said he wanted me to come in so he could explain things better. I told him that salesmen have a bad reputation for lying just to make a sale. I feel like he lied to me just to sell me a car.
Now the car is having problems with the brakes, air conditioning, and sound system. I was told everything would be covered by the warranty, but now I have to pay for diagnostics.

But when I called on Friday, Emily said they couldn't fix it because the tire was too close to the wall and needed to be replaced. She said it would be Wednesday of the following week because they had to order the tire. But on Wednesday, Emily said the tire wasn't in yet and would be delivered on Friday. I went to the facility on Friday and Emily said it would be delivered by the end of the day. But when I called at 5:00 pm, the tire still hadn't arrived. So I asked if I could bring my own tire and Emily said yes. But when my brother brought the tire, Emily said they couldn't put it on until Monday. I called back and asked for a manager, but no one called me back. Emily was always busy and irritated when I called. She didn't care that I had just buried my father and was a first responder. She lacked compassion and was unprofessional. I went to Firestone down the street and got it fixed for $15. Bale Chevrolet wanted to charge me $475. No one from the company followed up with me. I think this is a common practice for Bale Chevrolet.

I'm John and I live at 1234 Dr. in NLR, AR. I had a car crash on March 30th 2022 where another driver hit me on the side. After the accident, everything was fine except for the damage on the driver's side of my car. I decided to go to Bale Collision Center for repairs. You can reach them at 555-1234. I wish I had gone somewhere else. The first adjuster gave me an estimate that included removing the headlights to fix the front bumper. When I got my car back on April 28th, my automatic headlights didn't turn off by themselves anymore. I have to turn them off manually. I called the collision center and talked to the store manager, Mr. Smith. The manager didn't say sorry or take responsibility for their mistake. They didn't act professionally, ethically, or care about their customers. Now, I have to deal with a new problem that wasn't there before I brought my car in for repairs, and it's very annoying.

I spoke with Adam, the Service Advisor, who told me to come back on June 1, when the mechanic was available. I dropped off my car on Sunday and called on Monday for an update, but there was none. Ms. Leigh *** called me later that day and said I needed a turbo air tube. I was confused because the engine light was not on when I dropped off my car. She explained what the pipe does, but said she was not a mechanic and wasn't sure. When I asked to speak with the mechanic, she said he was not available. I picked up my car later that day and was charged $131 for a diagnostic machine, which I was not informed about. When I asked about it, Ms. Leigh *** said the mechanic needed to get paid. I spoke with her supervisor, Kevin ***, who looked under the hood and found tape on the turbo air tube/intake pipe. He said he would ask the mechanic if he broke it, but I disagree with his response. I later took my car to BMW and was informed that the intake pipe/turbo air tube had to be taken off to change the oil.
