I went to Mark Jacobson Toyota to get my oil changed. They also rotated my tires for free. They told me my cabin air filter was dirty, but I had just changed it a month ago, so I said no. After an hour, they finished the oil change and gave me a bill for $99. They also did a 40000 mile service that I didn't ask for, which made the bill higher. I called to ask why it was so expensive, but the service person couldn't explain and said a manager would call me back. But I never got a call. I don't recommend this dealer service department.

I'd give zero stars if I could. My car started messing up literally a week after my warranty. My car needs a transmission. It's truly sad that you put your faith in someone to give you a safe car for you and your child and they sell you a *** car and will do nothing about it. Makes me really think about the "deal" I got on this car. I would understand if this was years down the road. But a week... I now have to figure out how to deal with this being a single mother getting to work and back and getting my son to school and back with a messed up car. And they truly don't even care about the situation! I have never in my life been so disappointed. I will never go back there and I will tell everyone I know not to also.

I went to Mark Jacobson Toyota in Durham, NC on Thursday, March 4, 2022 at 5:00 pm to get my tires rotated. When they finished, they parked my car on the other side of the building. I asked one of the guys if there was something wrong with my car. He took me inside to talk to ***, Advisor. He said I needed an engine and carbin filter replacement, which I wanted to do that day. *** was not nice and kept getting too close to me. He charged me for the filters, but they never replaced them! The customer service was bad, so I won't go back there.

I bought a 2021 *** from Mark Jacobson Toyota for $33898.00. The car was listed for $32399.00, but the dealer added tinting during signing for $1499.00. I checked the car and there was no add-on because the tinting was already embedded in the glass. As customers, we lose $2000 just driving off the lot, so no one would pay more than the list price unless something was added. This is stealing money from people, and if I don't get my money back, a lawyer will get involved. It's not fair, and it could happen to someone else.

Mark Jacobson Toyota messed up big time! They pulled my credit without my permission or SSN, and they did it 5+ times in one day! I was just there with my girlfriend to help her buy a new SUV, and they accidentally used my name instead of hers. Because we live at the same address, they were able to pull my credit from 5 different loan agencies! I'm in the middle of a mortgage loan process, and this unauthorized access is going to cost me almost $30,000 in interest over the life of my loan. I told them right away, but it's been 3 weeks and they haven't done anything about it. This is illegal and they need to fix it ASAP!

I filled out a form to cancel my extended warranty with Mark Jacobson Toyota on December 28. The form said it would take 3 to 4 weeks to process. After 4 weeks on January 27, I called their admin department to ask about my refund. I left a message because no one answered. I called again on February 1, and left a message suggesting that I might contact the ComplaintsBoard.com. Finally, someone called me back within 10 minutes. The lady who called said they never got my cancellation form and told me to talk to the salesperson who filled it out. That's crazy! They should ask him why. She also said they changed warranty companies on January 11 and that the refund would come from the new company, not them. But my cancellation form from December 28 says the selling dealer is responsible for all refunds. They're trying to cheat me out of $5723.
