Had a bad time at Rocky Mountain Eurosport
Had a bad time at Rocky Mountain Eurosport. They sold me a car that wasn't inspected right, I guess they put them up for sale before checking them out. I got it for a road trip and it was all downhill from there. The sales guy made calls that his boss wouldn't like. They tried to fix it but didn't succeed. Luckily, they cancelled my deal. Be careful at these dealerships.

I work at a bank and I okayed financing for my client to buy a car from Rocky Mountain Eurosport. But when I called and talked to the sales guy, he said they only sell cars to people who finance with them! I've worked with lots of dealerships over the years and never had such a bad time. They wouldn't change their mind about financing, so my client is going to go to another dealership I know that's better. Rocky Mountain Eurosport doesn't even deserve one star.

I had a bad experience with Rocky Mountain Eurosport. I cancelled my extra insurance policy within the 30 days they give you to cancel, but they still charged me. I tried to talk to them about it a few times, but they kept saying they would give me my money back and they haven't yet. It's been 6 months now and I still haven't gotten my money back. The manager's name is Ryland G.

I bought a car from Rocky Mountain Eurosport on 12/15. The paperwork wasn't sent to the credit union at first, so I had to call them a bunch of times to fix it. Then, on 3/16, we used the 4 wheel drive for the first time and the rear diff acuator broke. We took it to the dealership and found out that our paperwork was wrong again - it said we bought the extended warranty on 3/16. Our car has been in the shop since then, and it's now 3/26. I had to send my contract to the warranty company to prove that we bought it on 12/15. This is a really big mistake on the dealership's part and it's causing a huge delay in getting our car fixed.

They promised to fix any broken items found during a third-party inspection, fix steering issues, fix the non-functioning rear spoiler, and repair the body on the bottom of the front clip. However, they didn't complete the promised repairs and now refuse to fix them. They replaced some parts but the issues still exist.
When I took the car for a PPI, an independent shop found an issue with the thermostat housing bracket. I brought the car in for service to fix this issue and the other promised repairs. The service manager, ***, told me the issue was normal and wouldn't be fixed. Another service manager said they would proceed with the repairs but I would be charged for labor if they found no issue. I agreed and they fixed the thermostat housing and attempted to fix the steering issues.
I dropped off the car again for the steering issues but was told by *** that they couldn't find any problem. He suggested I take the car to a Porsche dealership and if they found issues, he would make repairs. I took the car to *** and they found $7,024.56 in repairs needed for the steering/suspension components, not including the rear spoiler.
I called Rocky Mountain Eurosport on 11/18/2022 and spoke to ***. I explained the findings and what *** had advised me to do, and dropped off the car again. *** confirmed the issues found by ***, but they refused to fix anything.
