On hold for customer service for over 20 minutes and still no rep. has answered my call. For the "so called" largest bank in the Philippines, this is completely unacceptable.
It seems BDO is no different than most businesses in the Philippines, they don't really give a dam about their customers. If they did, they'd invest in providing great customer service.
While writing this review, I'm still on hold, and still no representative has answered my call.
Desired outcome: Terminate the CEO, and most of the top executives.
