undespense of money at the atm
Hello
I am [removed] from Cagayan de Oro, incident happen last Friday June 9, 2016 at around 8:05pm at BDO atm SM-Premier downtown CDO 2nd Floor. I withdraw 3, 600 amount using my BPI atm card on your machine but then the bdo atm freeze for about 3mins or so and then my card finally released but no OR and cash was despense. I assume it wasn't been deducted to my account but when i checked my online bpi banking after 2mins the amount has been deducted. Attached are the screenshot of my BPI online balance that time. I already file a complaint in BPI last Saturday and advised me to send one as well on BDO. Kindly coordinate and help me with this please. Thank you.

Loan aproved in July 2016
Augest BDO requests more paperwork to be completed notarized and certified by Councelt. We made a trip (16hr drive and an overnight hotel stay) Everything completed and certified by consulate in Chicago and Fedex. Paperwork arrives in mid august.
In October BDO request updated affidavit of Power of Attorney in October. Again paperwork was delivered in person to philippines concelt and fedex i=on October 16th.
BDO again in November asked for more updated perwork becaus of the dely in the processing of the loan other papers filled out during application is no too old. One more trip made to chigo and got paperwork completed and fedex.
Bdo at this time guarantees money would be released Nov21.
December we were informed that because Affidavit was completed in October is now also to old a new one would need to be sent. paperwork notarized, Aleppo document was certified by our state office as per requirement again taken to consulate in chicago certified and fedex to BDO.
It is now January and we are still getting request for more paperwork because it needs to be recertified do time from when paperwork was first filled out.
BDO seems to not have a process in place to look over all of the loan paperwork. From initial approval in June we have had a constant nightmare of one person requesting one item then giving it a approval to the next person we get a different request.
I understand the need for updated paperwork. But when the process takes over 7 months we have been bombarded with constant request because of the difference in time from when original paperwork was filled out. At this rate we have come to the conclusion that if we stay with BDO and the time in between requests for paperwork we will never get threw the process. If everything was requested at one time we would have all paperwork dated on the same date, we would have saved thousands in fedex and travel costs.
BDO might be a good bank for saving and checking. But if you have to go threw such an unorganised system to get a loan what wuld happen once you get it. You would be junping threw who knows what just to make sure nothing gets lost, forgotten, misplaced. it is a joke.
If you are looking for a home loan, are a natural born citizen of the philippines but live in the us run yes run from BDO there process will bleed you dry.
Same thing happened to my Housing loan. The stress is too much . Best to get a loan abroad and pay the property in cash .
Avoid BDO home loans, save your sanity.
fake money released by bank
Banco de Oro gave us a fake money last 12/03/16. Hindi namin alam na fake yung pera until we tried to use it as a payment for my eye glasses. By the way, this was happened on BDO SM Clark, Pampanga. Nag withdraw yung husband ko ng 7k from my daughters savings bank account (passbook over the counter withdrawal), while I'm opening a Cash Card on one of the tellers. The teller told him na may transaction fee of 100php and it will be deducted sa kung passbook. 5 mins later, we received a call form BDo saying that the transaction fee was not deducted on the account and they asked us to come back to ay it. Luckily, we're still inside the bank and just hand the money over to the teller, that's the tellers first mistake. After i my transaction with the cash card, depositing 2k inside, nag lunch kami. After that, we went to EO for my eye glasses. I hand the money over the cashier and she said that my money was fake. FAKE! Eh kakakuha ko lang sa bank nun. Wala akong ibang dalang pera maliban sa kuhng anu yung winidraw namin. We tried to make a purchase sa dept store using the money, and they also told us that the money is fake. Bumalik kami sa BDO to complain, manager said na pag lumabas na daw yung pera, wala na silang magagwa dun. We told them na yung teller na nagabot ng pera samin eh nakalimutan pang kumuha ng transaction fee, just for them to know na may problem yung teller nila, and before us, sobrang tagal ng transaction nung isang lady sa teller na yun (nabot sila ng 30 minutes). They confiscated the fake money and he sad, na irereport daw nya sa highest management and Banko Central ng Pilipinas. We asked him, what now? Sabi nya, nothing. Kukunin nila yung pera and that's it. Di nila pinalitan yung nawala samin, tinatanong namin kung panu nakapasok sa bank nila yung pera, and worse, nakalabas pa without them knowing na fake yun. They can't answer us. We also asked him kung panu mapoprotectionan yung mga clinet snila against fake money from their bank, kung meron bang machine na avaiilable sa clients para ma check if their money is real or not. Sabi nya, wala. The sad part is, they blamed us. Pinapalabas nila na samin yung fake money at hindi kanila. Nilabas ko lahat ng perang hawakko just for them to know na wala akong ibang pera maliba sa winidraw namin sa kanila. Actually, and bawas lang sa 7k is yung 2k na dineposit namin sa cash card at yung pinag lunch namin. That's an evidence but they don't care kasi daw lumabas na kami ng bank. The bank is inside SM Clark Mall, kumain kami inside SM Clark Mall din cause we're on family day. That makes us conclude that even banks don't know how to differentiate fake money from the real ones. To all BDO clients, please, be aware po sa mga perang binibigay ng banks satin, we'll never know. Ingat po tayo.

Since I havent get the real and fullname of the girl but I search in facebook and wechat account using the account of my husband. But unfortunately I havent get the real fullname of the girl but only the picture and her a. K. A profile in facebook and in wechat. The name on his facebook before "jea griño" and change to "eaj gonzaludo" friend and co employee of erika cabanit gliponeo. Now im sending you a complaint for the behavior of your staff who become a mistress of my husband. Named jea "jessica", as a big and respected financial an banking institution I would like that the management will pay attention with this emplyees beahavior. I know this is a personal but its too much affect us. I am pregnant now will deliver the baby boy this december 20, 2016, and my husband left me because of her, she gives everything what my husband needs, since I cant give anymore what was his demands because my priorities are my kids, we are legally married in the law and the church dated december 28, 2010, we have 2kids and become 3 upcoming baby.
Im writing you for this behavior because I dont want the this girl will shout me always as what she did to me gago? Is that nice word, she act like a legal wife.
Was planning to file a case against her and to my husband of they did to me, to us. And hoping to help me to consult that employee, or else your company name always in the case which shes working now.
Please help me to settle that kind of behavior.

automated teller machine
I tried to withdraw money from this BDO ATM in a mall here in our province because there was no ATM machine from my bank. However, the ATM machine did not dispense any money but my account showed no balance left. It was very inconvenient because I went there with money only enough to go to that ATM. I left the BDO bank crying because they just told me they cannot do anything since I am with a different bank. I had to solicit money enough for me to get back home in my hometown.
Can anyone help me what to do on how to file complaints against BDO regarding this?
enrollment of cash card
I already have an online banking account with them and I am trying to add a cash card account in it so that I can manage it online. They said to give it within 5 working days to activate. I enrolled it the afternoon of dec. 11, 2014, but on the 18th I followed up since its still not active. They said to give it another 24 hrs. Come the 19th and its still not there. I followed up again and requested to have it expedited, they said they need another 5 days to do it. I asked them why is taking so long for them to do that, its my account, my money and my personal info. And I also ask them to just tell me if they cant do it or wont allow it but they cant give me a straight answer, they just kept telling me to give it sometime and they are still working on it.

unauthorized withdrawals
I have a personal account in the Philippines (BDO) we had filed a dispute case regarding unauthorized transactions since Sept 7, 2011 till OCT 12 2012 but to our stunned the bank declined our case without a valid proof of evidence they said that the atm card and pin number were matching, what happened was we are depositing the money here abroad while the deposit were been made on the same day using exchange houses here abroad withdrawals were done on the same day as well there were about 28 withdrawals which was also showed in the statements and passbook also there was one transaction done 2 hours ride from our city Dubai to Abu Dhabi how could that happened some of them were in diff places happened on the same day, we are very sure that the atm card was with us all the time the bank never informed us that this atm can be used here we were never treated well by this bank we lost everything all they can say that they cannot credit the money back to us I am very disappointed on this i am very sure that that i didnt created all those transactions this was my savings everytime i deposit at the same day or two it was being withdrawn how they can say its valid its an international deposit im being charged for everything pls help

I had a problem accessing my account (in other bank) abroad. So I decided to open an account with BDO, thinking that it would be better. I was very disappointed when I was applying for new account in BDO. I gave them my passport, drivers license, residence ID from abroad, and PRC ID, which were all legit. But still they have doubts, and started asking questions they even took a picture of me and the 2 customer service representatives were whispering in front of me.. very unprofessional! Is that how u treat a client in BDO? with no respect or manners?! So disappointing!

I wanted to signup for an online banking on my existing account with BDO. I filled up the questionnaire which I thought was fine but that is not the end of it. They have to contact me on the phone number I gave them, Unfortunately, when they called my cell 4 days later, I was at work and saw that there was a missed call and later found out from BDO's website that the number was from them. So I received an email that I need to contact Customer Contact Center in the Philippines. They gave me a toll free number to call because I will be calling them from the US. The toll free number didn't work so I bought a phone card the next day and called them. First I used my home phone to call but the person that picked up told me that I have to call them on my cell. I called them on my cell. I got disconnected twice and 1 hanged up on me (she couldn't hear me, I guess). I finally got in touch with someone after several tries and $2 left on the phone card. The person asked me questions which I answered but the cell reception started to get ugly. I cannot understand a word the person on the other end was saying. So I asked them to just email me the questions on the email address I registered with them. Anyway, they already know that I own the account that I need access to, because I called from the registered cell number and gave them the reference number they included on their email message to me. But he refused to email me the question or approve the signup. He said I cannot answer the last question he was asking me but how could I if I cannot understand what he was saying. I finally gave up and hanged up. Man, this is the worst online signup I have ever experienced. I cannot believe they are doing this to their customers. There's got to be a better way to do this signup...like how others banks does it.
I have an atm account dun nagpapadalaa ng pers mga anak ko nasa abroad.. so naipon ang pera dun nung one time mag wiwithraw ako nawala na lahay ng pers sa acoount then i called bdo i even go sa branch sabi nila iimbestigan daw ilang buwan na ang nakalipas wala parin..no news from them..then ttwagan ko ulit ssabhin wait lng daw ttwagan daw ulit ako ilang buwan na wala parin walang aksyon na nagganap..

To the management of BDO Daraga branch, they prioritize pending documents than the people that were presently in line. Bunch of documents are on their table and the queue keeps getting congested, the queue on monitor shows invalid numbers, hence not following the proper order. I have waited for an hour for nothing.

I keep getting messages regarding my expiring bdo vehicle insurance. I have received 100+ repeated messages. I know its bot generated but 100+ is just a spam now and frankly if its getting annoying.
