Bouncing back of dollar with overcharging fees
First I sent 500$ to my dollar account , and it bounced back returning 425$ overpricing of fees. They said my account in on doormat account that’s y.
So I reactivate my account. My account has a maintaining balance of 500$ , to reactivate I have to do transaction to withdraw or deposit. So I did a withdraw of 200$
Now when I got home I Sent 500$ to my account thru online to obtain the maintaining balance and bounced back again 477$ on my acccount. Cutting 25$
BDO is getting all my money. When I closed my account staff told me it’s already an active account. So why bouncing back ?

Greetings!
This is King M. Obeal. I would like to follow up the undispensed amount of Php 7,000.00 transacted last May 16,2022 in the automated teller machine at SM Annex Ecoland, Davao. This was reported already dated May 17, 2022 at BDO, Claveria, Davao City, and Landbank, Nabunturan, Davao De Oro the same day. The BDO Claveria issued an incident report and was endorsed me to my bank provider which I did. I went to Landbank-Nabunturan branch and filled out the form and was advised afterwards that they will email Landbank Head office to investigate the said issue and wait for 15 banking days since they will wait the investigation from BDO first if it's confirmed that there's undispensed amount occured. Since it is already 18 business days, I went to LBP-Tagum to follow up and they made a phone call to LBP-Nabunturan and they told that LBP-Head office is still waiting for the final report from BDO about this matter. I was advised then to follow up BDO. Then, I went to BDO Tagum and was advised again to follow up Landbank instead. I hope this will be expedited as this is beyond the turn around time

Payment not credited to account - home loan
I paid my monthly amortization over the counter. I have receipts. But it was never credited to my account that ended to a demand letter. They were asking me to pay interest and the whole amount. They forwarded the case to a collection agency without investigating first. I was emailing them but nobody is looking after it, always say, talk to the collection agency.Inwas asking where is my payment, and why they are not crediting it instead asking me to pay almost a half million including interest.
No answer at all. Been almost 3 months.

The honeloan department is not taking the complaints seriously, we just paid the interest last may 31st 2022, but then since june the did not credit again the payment we made monthly till december 2022, now they are asking again another interest that we should pay since june interest when we pay out account monthly.. they ate now keep on telling to call collection officer, and collection officer keep telling it was bdo who order them, we have receipt that we are paying monthly after we paid the total interest from delayed payment, so how come after paying huge amount again they did not credit and now asking us again another interest? Qnd no one we can talk to even we have proof that we are paying, the collection department is only after for the interest and not interested in the proof we are presenting. Pls who we should talk about this?

Prepaid mobile reload unsuccessful
I load my smart prepaid and my sons also last May 17, 2022 at around 10:30pm using BDO online banking the transaction is unsuccessful we didn't receive the load but it deducted from my savings account . Please resolve this as soon as possible . thank you

Hello.. I just want to share my experience on unsuccessful bdo reload.. The amount was debited to my account even though the reload was unsuccessful. I called the BDO hotline and they are very helpful and addressed my concern properly.. Unsuccessful reload was last May 8 then received my refund today May 12.. Hope this helps.. Dont worry, if it is really an unsuccessful reload, they will investigate it and if proven, they will give you back your money. Hope this helps.. ❤️

I used my BDO account to reload my Globe cellphone number [protected] php 100 but I didn’t receive any load. It said that transaction delayed, I waited for 1 hour, and I still didn’t receive my load but the amount was deducted from my savings account. How can I refund my 100 pesos. We took BDO homeloan and was in arrears , been contacting multiple times for homeloan restructure/lengthening of terms/payment assistance due to pandemic we were struggling financially. Same case here. No notice letter, demand letter or formal email of foreclosure. All verbal communication thru collector agent. Been chasing them for recomputation since 2022 to be able to pay what we missed last 2021 due to pandemic too. But only to find out they are foreclosing the property. We have reported them to BSP.

i apply for bdo installment card because my previous card is default but i already paid the said amount in full with interest i apply in my payroll bank i hope that i will treated fair because it is our payroll bank branch applied almost or a month and nothing happen i go round in circles connecting calls in [protected].. and collection call to the bank nothing really happen then i decide to complain to the customer service [protected] after that day 5:44pm i receive a txt that i was not approve. it is exactly the opposite of finding ways... and decided to pursue complain on BSP to report to neglect and incompetent staff in a branch and to the call center
Unresolved bill payments issue
I paid my internet bill through BDO online app payment channel last February 18, 2022. But unfortunately my ISP said they did not receive any payment from me that month, so I contacted BDO on their email regarding this matter. I received one reply from them saying that the issue has been filed under a case. They gave me a case number and said expect a feedback on or before March 19, 2022. Needless to say I did not receive any up unto this point. I even emailed them on that day, but still no response. They are so useless and they don’t see any urgency to my issue or they just love pissing of their customers.
