So starting around July 22,2020 is when I was first approved for EDD which is also when the unauthorized transactions started to occur in which there was an immediate transfer of $3000 to another account all the while I I didn’t receive the actual debit card until July 25 also between the July 22, & July 25,2020 there were numerous back to back transactions made on my account. When I finally started to see things weren’t adding up and I looked at my statements on paper through the mail I immediately called BofA and filled a dispute in which they gave me a new card but they did not recover the 3000 funds I’ve had so many problems with the old Edd card the customer service was a complete joke I provided all paper work they still denied it because they asked why did I wait so long to dispute and in the notes the representative even stated that at the time edd was loading mt account with large amounts of sums each day it was very easy to not detect it and I even provided the deposit screen shots they have emailed me 3 sepatate times about this particular claim in which they open it just to deny it each time & say they could not recover my money I have the emails to prove it out of the blue I totally had left it alone when they sent me an email on 9/6/22 11/4/22 & just recently 9/5/23 which they denied ….. I’ve also been given the run around for 2 claims that were for fraudulent charges. Claim #[protected] Claim# [protected] are both for fraudulent charges with the transactions starting from again july 22,200 I didn’t receive my debit card until July 25, 2020 and I even sent my photo ID which had my correct address at the time in which the address of the the things that were being ordered was a completely different address I also sent those documents in as well I have tried to dispute these transactions with prepaid Edd BOFA and I’ve been calling them every day in which it clearly says if they can’t come up with a solution within 10 buisness days they have to provide a provisional credit well they have not done so for either claim I’ve provided them with every piece of documentation they asked to see and they have still not updated my claim it’s been over 30 days each representative say they are going to put in a complaint in the system for me for how long it’s taking and for the mis-communication but nothing has been done
