Mixed Experience with Bargain Dumpster: Easy Ordering, Dumpster Issues, and Poor Customer Service
I recently had an experience with Bargain Dumpster and I have to say, it was a bit of a mixed bag. I needed two dumpsters for jobsite A and one for jobsite B, and while the process of ordering them was fairly straightforward, there were a few issues that came up during the rental period.
Firstly, one of the dumpsters at jobsite A was dumped prematurely, which meant I had to order another one to finish the work. While I wasn't thrilled about having to pay for an extra dumpster, I didn't make a big fuss about it and just got on with the job.
However, things took a turn for the worse when the single dumpster at jobsite B was removed in less than 24 hours, despite the contract stating that I had it for 14 days. I was pretty annoyed about this, especially since I had already spent a lot of money with Bargain Dumpster, so I asked for a refund of $500.
Unfortunately, the company was not very helpful in resolving the issue. They claimed that the error happened because they were trying to accommodate my schedule, but I argued that it was their mistake and that I had video surveillance to prove it. Despite my efforts, they refused to issue a refund and I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
Overall, I would say that Bargain Dumpster is an okay company to work with, but they definitely have some room for improvement. While the ordering process was easy enough, the issues with the dumpsters and the lack of customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. If you do decide to use their services, just be aware that there may be some hiccups along the way.
Bargain Dumpster Review: Misleading Pricing and Poor Customer Service
So, I was looking for a dumpster rental service and came across Bargain Dumpster (bargaindumpster.com). I requested a quote and was quoted at $345 for a dumpster. I was happy with the price and sent an email to confirm the order. Later, I called them to schedule the delivery and was told that they could deliver it in three days, but it would cost me $545 per dumpster. I was shocked to hear that and told them that I couldn't afford that much. I requested them to send the dumpster whenever they could and I would pay the quoted price of $345. They agreed to it, and I was happy that I could get the dumpster at the quoted price.
However, my happiness was short-lived as I received another call from them. They informed me that they couldn't deliver the dumpster at the quoted price of $345 as it was a sale price, and the actual price was $500 and something per dumpster. I was very disappointed to hear that as they never disclosed the sale price to me in the email or the phone conversation. I felt cheated and misled by the company.
I am not satisfied with the service provided by Bargain Dumpster, and I don't think I will ever do business with them again unless they find a way to make it up to me. I feel that they should have been transparent about the pricing from the beginning, and I wouldn't have wasted my time and energy on them. I hope they learn from their mistake and improve their customer service in the future.
Bargain Dumpster Review: Frustrating Delays and Miscommunications
I recently had an experience with Bargain Dumpster that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had ordered two 40 cubic yard dumpsters for a job that was scheduled to start on a Monday. I made sure to place my order two weeks in advance to ensure that everything would be ready to go on the day we needed it. However, when my crew of five arrived on Monday, there were no dumpsters to be found.
I immediately called Bargain Dumpster to find out what was going on, and they told me something about a franchise. I was confused and frustrated - why hadn't they called me in those two weeks to let me know that there might be a problem? The delay ended up costing me a lot of money, and I was not happy about it.
After some back and forth with the company, the manager told me that she would personally take over my account and make sure that everything was handled correctly going forward. I appreciated the gesture, but I was still wary.
I needed the dumpsters emptied and returned, so I called on Friday to confirm that everything was on track. I was told that they would be emptied and delivered back to me on Monday. I even texted my new account manager on Saturday to double-check, and she told me that one of the dumpsters had already been dumped.
So imagine my frustration when I showed up on Wednesday with my crew of five, only to find that the dumpsters were still not emptied. It took until 4pm that day for them to finally get the job done and return the dumpsters to me.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Bargain Dumpster. While I appreciated the effort that the manager made to try to make things right, the delays and miscommunications were simply unacceptable. I will not be using this company again, and I would caution anyone else to think twice before doing so.
Mixed Experience with BargainDumpster.com: Delivery Mishap but Helpful Driver and Good Dumpster Quality
I would have been more understanding. But no, I had to call them and wait for someone to answer. It was frustrating and a waste of my time.
However, when the dumpster finally arrived the next day, the driver was very friendly and helpful. He even helped me position the dumpster in a way that made it easier for my crew to load it. The dumpster itself was also in good condition and was able to hold all the waste we needed to dispose of.
Overall, I would say that my experience with bargaindumpster.com was a mix of good and bad. While the delivery mishap was a major inconvenience, the quality of the dumpster and the helpfulness of the driver made up for it. I would recommend this company to others, but with the caveat that they should be prepared for potential communication issues.
Terrible Experience with Bargain Dumpster: Poor Customer Service and Unreliable Delivery
I recently had a terrible experience with Bargain Dumpster. Although they were quick to bill our credit card, they failed to deliver the dumpster to the correct address, despite it being clearly stated in writing. We had arranged for a seven-day rental, but after only three days, the dumpster was removed without our consent, leaving our workers stranded on the job site with nothing to do.
When we reached out to Bargain Dumpster for help, they were completely unresponsive and showed no concern for our situation. They didn't even bother to contact the waste management company to return the dumpster, leaving us to deal with the mess on our own. The only solution they offered was a $50 discount on delivering another dumpster, which was completely unacceptable. Why should we have to pay twice for their mistake?
Their customer service was extremely poor, and it was clear that they had no interest in rectifying the situation or making things right for their customers. It's a shame that they have no concept of honesty or integrity, and I would never recommend their services to anyone. In fact, we are currently in the process of reversing the charge and filing a claim against them.
Overall, my experience with Bargain Dumpster was a complete disaster. They are not a company that you can trust, and their lack of concern for their customers is truly appalling. If you're looking for a reliable dumpster rental service, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
Bargain Dumpster Review: Terrible Service, Hidden Fees, and Overcharging Customers
I recently used Bargain Dumpster in Sacramento and let me tell you, they really know how to empty your wallet. At first, they quoted me $125 for a 10 yard dumpster, but then they called me back and said it would be $500 because I was "too far." I asked if that was the final price and they assured me it was. But when I got my bill, it was $540! And to make matters worse, a month later I received an email saying I owed another $240 because of an overweight issue. I was never notified about this by email or phone, and they threatened to send me to collections! They just charge people without any warning or explanation.
Our bin was definitely not over the weight limit, but they still wanted to squeeze every penny out of us. The service was terrible, and every time I called, the receptionist was rude and the billing people were awful. They didn't care about how much they charged people for dumpsters. It's no surprise that they don't have a Yelp page or their own review page because I'm sure it would be filled with negative reviews.
I will never use this company again. I would rather take my stuff to the dump myself than pay almost $1,000 for a stupid dumpster. It's ridiculous how they treat their customers and try to take advantage of them. Stay away from Bargain Dumpster if you want to save your money and avoid the headache.
Disappointing Experience with Bargain Dumpster for Tucson Recycle Tip
for the tip, Tucson Recycle!
Overall, my experience with Bargain Dumpster was not great. While they did drop off a larger dumpster than I ordered, they failed to inform me of the weight limit and charged me an overweight fee. Additionally, it took multiple phone calls to get a charge reversed and their customer service was not helpful when it came to scheduling a pickup. I would recommend going directly through Tucson Recycle instead of using Bargain Dumpster.
Terrible Experience with Bargain Dumpster - Would Not Recommend!
Wow, let me tell you about my experience with Bargain Dumpster. As someone who works for a big Engineering Firm, we use dumpster rentals all the time on our job sites. But let me tell you, we have never had such a terrible experience with a company like we did with Bargain Dumpster. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. We always give honest reviews on all our job sites and we will definitely be warning others about this company.
We gave them so many chances to make things right, but they failed us every single time. We had to ask for refunds multiple times because of clerical errors and they didn't honor our drop off dates. On April 19th, 2018 we requested a pickup and Kim said she would put us on the schedule. But two weeks later, after several calls requesting pickup, the dumpster was still on our client's property! Kim said they had a lot of deliveries on May 4th, 2018 and couldn't pick up our dumpster until May 7th, 2018. Today was the day it was supposed to be picked up according to their schedule, but instead I received an email saying they charged our company card for a 7 day extension! Can you believe that? Another refund I had to request.
Honestly, this company has no business being in business. We will be sending our next review straight to the BBB and Chamber of Commerce. It's just not worth the hassle dealing with a company like Bargain Dumpster.
Poor Service and Delays: My Experience with Bargain Dumpster
I recently had an experience with Bargain Dumpster and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I placed an order for a dumpster on a Wednesday and was told that it would be delivered by Thursday, but no later than noon on Friday. However, when Friday came around, there was no sign of the dumpster. I tried calling the company to check on the status of my order, but I was hung up on four times. Finally, I was able to get through and was told that the driver had a flat tire and still had three deliveries to make before mine.
While I understand that things happen and delays can occur, this mishap caused me to have to reschedule my contractors for Friday, Saturday, and Monday. I called the company to schedule a pick-up for the following Wednesday and was told that it would be gone by Thursday, at the latest Friday. I scheduled my grader to begin work on Friday and Saturday, but the dumpster was not picked up on Friday and I didn't hear anything from the company. It wasn't until the following Wednesday, a full week after I scheduled the pick-up, that the dumpster was finally picked up. This caused me to have to reschedule my contractors once again.
To make matters worse, I was later charged an extra $77 for overage in weight. This overage would not have happened if they had picked up the dumpster on time so that I could have another one delivered. I asked for some sort of compensation for the time lost on my house remodel, but all they offered was $50 off my next two rentals. Needless to say, I will never order from this company again and I would not recommend them to anyone.
I was told that they had to hire an outside driver because my area is a little farther than they are used to working. The driver had a flat tire and then the truck was in the shop. It makes me wonder why they took the job to begin with if they knew they were not equipped to handle it. Additionally, the delivery driver did not have a GPS, so I had to spend 20 minutes giving him turn-by-turn directions. Overall, my experience with Bargain Dumpster was frustrating and disappointing.
Bargain Dumpster Review: Shady Business Practices and Hidden Fees
I gotta say, Bargain Dumpster has a real sneaky way of doing things. They'll tell you that your dumpster is heavier than it actually is just so they can hit you with extra fees. And sometimes they'll even say that there are things in your dumpster that shouldn't be there, just so they can charge you more for each item.
I've rented two dumpsters from them before - one last year and one just a few weeks ago. Both times, I got a 20 cubic yard dumpster with a 2 ton limit. And both times, I loaded the dumpster myself so I knew exactly what was in there. The first time, I filled it up with all sorts of construction debris - 2x4s, sheetrock, old plumbing, plywood, you name it. And even though it was completely full, it still weighed less than 2 tons.
But the second time was a real doozy. I had the same kind of stuff in there, but there was actually some empty space in the front of the dumpster - maybe 2 or 3 cubic yards. And somehow, they said that dumpster weighed 6 tons! That's 12,000 pounds, according to the landfill slip. I mean, come on - that's just ridiculous.
And to make matters worse, they said that I had thrown in 3 big car tires, which I definitely did not. I even got in the dumpster myself before they picked it up, just to make sure everything was okay. And there were no tires in there. But when I called customer support, they just gave me some BS about how the tires must have been removed before they got to the landfill. Yeah, right.
To top it all off, they were 4 days late picking up the dumpster, even though we had scheduled it in advance. And because of that, I was almost fined by the city.
Honestly, this company is just super shady. They can say whatever they want about the weight of your dumpster or the things that are in it, and you have no way to prove them wrong. And now they're trying to charge me an extra $700 on top of the $500 rental fee. It's just not worth it. Stay away from Bargain Dumpster.
Bargain Dumpster Complaints 10
Bargain Dumpster: A Complete Scam - Terrible Customer Service and Hidden Fees
This company, Bargain Dumpster, is a complete scam! I was in the middle of renovating my home and needed a dumpster to dispose of the debris. I thought I found a great deal with Bargain Dumpster, but boy was I wrong! They always charge extra for overweight, but they never show you the actual weight. It's like they're trying to pull a fast one on you!
And if that wasn't bad enough, their customer service is absolutely terrible. When I called to inquire about the extra charges, they treated me like I was stupid. I couldn't believe it! I've never been treated so poorly by a company before.
Save yourself the headache and go with a different company. We ended up using Waste Industries and they provided excellent service. Don't fall for the "bargain" in Bargain Dumpster - it's a complete lie!
Bargain Dumpster: Unreliable and Unprofessional - A Total Letdown
I gotta say, Bargain Dumpster is a real letdown. They promised to bring me my dumpster on a certain day, but they never showed up. Not once, not twice, but three times! I mean, come on, how hard is it to keep your word?
And when they finally did bring me a dumpster, it was the wrong size! I paid for a 12CY container, but they only had a 15CY one available. They said they'd bring it to me late, but then they had the nerve to charge me an extra 150 bucks for the bigger container. That's just plain wrong.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They're totally unprofessional and seem like a total scam. Save yourself the trouble and go with someone else.
Bargain Dumpster Review: Unreliable Service and Questionable Charges
I recently rented a rolloff from Bargain Dumpster for 10 days. However, when the pickup date arrived, the dumpster was still sitting in my driveway. I called the company and was informed that I needed to call earlier to reconfirm the pickup date. As a result, I was charged for an additional 4 days when they couldn't pick it up over the weekend.
To make matters worse, weeks later, I was charged without notification for more than 2 additional tons plus a fuel charge. I find it absolutely impossible that the weight was what they claim. I am thoroughly disgusted with this service. I have rented rolloffs several times before and have never had issues like this.
If you care about fair and reasonable pricing, I would not recommend using Bargain Dumpster. Their lack of communication and questionable charges make them an unreliable choice for your waste removal needs.

Bargain Dumpster: Unreliable and Unprofessional Service
I gotta say, Bargain Dumpster really let me down. I was expecting a dumpster to arrive on the day I ordered it, but it never showed up. I called them up and they kept giving me different times, but it still didn't come. The next day, I called again and they did the same thing. They didn't seem to know what was going on and kept telling me that they didn't know where I was on the schedule. I mean, come on, don't they have a route planned out ahead of time? They said they did, but then they said they didn't. It just didn't make any sense.
Overall, I was really disappointed with the service I received from Bargain Dumpster. They were so unprofessional and didn't seem to have their act together. I definitely won't be using them again in the future.
Bargain Dumpster: False Promises and Poor Service
I gotta say, I'm not too happy with Bargain Dumpster. I was promised one thing, but when I got the contract to sign after I paid, it said something completely different. They told me I could toss in all sorts of stuff like appliances, garbage, bins, office chairs, and vacuum cleaners, but the contract said I couldn't put any of that in there. What gives?
To make matters worse, they took my money on Friday and won't deliver until Monday. And since they're closed on the weekends, I can't even get a hold of them to sort this out. They're saying I might only get a partial refund, if I get one at all. I don't know about you, but that doesn't exactly inspire confidence in me.
Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with Bargain Dumpster. I don't think I can trust them anymore.
Bargain Dumpster: A Terrible Rental Experience - Overcharged, No Communication, and Damaged Property
Bargain Dumpster is not a good place to rent a container. They charged me $1400 more than what they initially quoted me. They even charged me for water, which was never mentioned before. I tried calling them multiple times, but they never answered. When it rained, the drywall in the container absorbed all the water, and they charged me an additional 7 tons for it. They waited a couple of weeks to charge me, which made me suspicious of their intentions. If I had known how this company operated, I would have never rented from them. Even now, they are not answering my calls, and I am planning to report them to the BBB. This is not a wise place to rent a dumpster. They have no communication skills at all. If I could, I would give them zero stars. To make matters worse, they also damaged my door.
Bargain Dumpster Review: Overcharged and Unprofessional Service
I recently rented a 30 yard dumpster from Bargain Dumpster and I have to say, I was not impressed with their service. The dumpster was only filled about 60% full, but they still charged me a whopping $1400 for an alleged overcharge of 16 tons. That's a load of B.S. if you ask me! I know asphalt and shingles are heavy, but there's no way it was that much over the limit. At most, it was probably only 4 or 5 tons over.
To make matters worse, when the driver came to pick up the dumpster, he pushed it onto a concrete ledge and ended up ripping up my sidewalk when it got stuck. And get this - Bargain Dumpster says they're not responsible for any damages! Can you believe that? It's like they don't care about their customers at all.
I'm definitely going to be disputing the charges with my bank, but I wanted to warn others not to do business with this company under any circumstances. They're just not worth the hassle and headache. Save yourself the trouble and find a different dumpster rental company.
Bargain Dumpster Review: Misleading Information, Wrong Delivery Dates, and Expensive Cancellation Fee
I recently had an experience with Bargain Dumpster and I have to say, it was not a pleasant one. I called to reserve a dumpster for some trash removal and explained what I needed it for. The operator on the other end of the line did not mention any restrictions on what could or could not be put in the dumpster. I thought everything was good to go.
However, after I had already hired the company, I found out that there were indeed restrictions on what could be put in the dumpster. I was frustrated because I wouldn't have ordered the dumpster if I had known this beforehand. It seemed like a waste of time and money.
To make matters worse, when I called to cancel the order, I found out that the delivery dates were wrong. The dumpster was actually on its way to my location the morning of my call, not on the date I had requested. This caused a lot of hassle and inconvenience for me.
And to top it all off, I was charged an expensive cancellation fee. I was not happy about this at all. It felt like I was being punished for something that wasn't my fault.
In the end, I decided to hire a local firm instead. It was the right decision for me and I wish I had done it in the first place. Overall, my experience with Bargain Dumpster was not a good one and I would not recommend them to others.
Bargain Dumpster: A Shady and Disappointing Rental Experience
I gotta say, Bargain Dumpster ain't the best place to rent a dumpster from. I mean, I'd give 'em a score lower than one if I could. The call center is a real mess, with this one girl who answers the phone and won't let you get a word in edgewise. She's also pretty rude, which ain't the best way to treat customers.
So, I was supposed to get my dumpster delivered on Friday, but it never showed up. I called back and the girl on the phone straight up lied to me, saying they were short and couldn't bring it. Turns out they were actually closed. Like, what the heck? That's just shady.
Then, they told me I had a 3 ton limit, but when I got the bill, they said it was only 2 tons. And get this - they said the dumpster was 10.9 tons, but wrote 6 in the description. When I called them out on it, the girl on the phone got all defensive and said it was just a glitch. Yeah, right.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend renting a dumpster from these idiots. They've got a whole bunch of complaints against them, and I wouldn't be surprised if they were investigated for fraud. Stay away, folks.
Mixed Experience with Bargain Dumpster: A Review of Our Rental
our experience with Bargain Dumpster was a bit of a mixed bag.
On the one hand, they were able to provide us with a 30 yard dumpster on short notice, which was a huge relief given the time crunch we were under. However, we did run into some issues with the paperwork and billing that left us feeling a bit frustrated.
For starters, we never received a rental agreement or proper receipt from the company, which made it difficult to keep track of our original agreement. Additionally, the dumpster was not delivered on the day it was promised, which caused some delays in our project timeline.
To make matters worse, we were charged for an additional two weeks of rental when we only needed the dumpster for three more days. This mistake ended up costing us almost $150 more than we had budgeted for, which was definitely a disappointment.
Despite these issues, we have to say that every representative we spoke to at Bargain Dumpster was very kind and helpful. They apologized for the mistakes and worked with us to resolve the billing issue as quickly as possible.
All in all, we would recommend Bargain Dumpster to others in need of a dumpster rental, but with the caveat that they should be prepared to double-check all paperwork and billing to avoid any surprises down the line.
