For many years I’ve tried unsuccessfully to get on the email list but can’t seem to get email promotions. I’m a loyal frequent customer, so when I see promotions online that require an email, the local stores grant me the promotion. On Friday the Tysons store would not allow me the 20% off without showing an email, which I can’t do. Sarah, the manager, said she’d get in trouble if she did it. I called Customer Service today and was shocked at how B&BW has gone downhill. She said all stores are run differently and can do what they want so just go to the stores I like. I am a frequent and loyal customer and am not impressed with your new attitude. She said she could give me 20% online which I don’t want to do. Some of the stores value me. Raphael in the Fair Oaks store is amazing. I tried to give a good report one day about her but couldn’t get through the phone lines.
