I just wanted to advise everyone to do this. BB&T really needs to change the policies they have. I have been told it was because they would get bad checks and not know until the money was out, however because of that then that is the reason they charge someone all of these fees. They always hit debt before credit so even if it is your fault you are negative you can not deposit to catch it because everything that is pending will get a fee. They say they pay the biggest amount first for the customer because of home and car payments etc. However they REALLY do it so they can get more fees. If they had taken the smaller charges first, I would have gotten one fee I got 7 because of them! They need to be sued. Here was my letter to the lawyer! Please send your story to and hopefully we can change it!

I am a customer of BB&T and they have charged me unjust fees in the past however this recent incident was the last straw:

I am currently in Bankruptcy and they are aware of this. I had a medical bill company try to garnish my account. I let the bank know as soon as I was aware and was told that it was a mistake and would be released. It was released, however because they took $700.00 the day after Christmas on hold then my other checks out bounced. They charged me $560.00 in FEES and even charged another 200 in fees the same night I made a deposit of 2900.00! They take the biggest check or purchase and put it through then the little ones so they will have more fees. They should have only had 1 fee and there were 7. They also deposit debt before credits so if you make a deposit to cover yourself you are still screwed. They advised me that they could not refund any of the fees because they have helped me in the past. I have had this account for 15 years. Not right and they should be sued!

I have had many issues with BB&T in the last year due to their policies on posting payments and posting overdraft fees. Sometimes companies take out money before they are supposed to or without authorization. Last month I had to file a fraud report to get them to stop releasing money each month to some fraudulent insurance company that continued to take money out of my account each month despite my notification to the bank that I did not authorize it. Finally they refunded the last month only. Well this week my school took out my payment before I had authorized a transaction and before I had the money in the account. I went over to BB&T and deposited enough money to pay for the item and the overdraft fee. The lady at the counter guaranteed it would cover both. Well that was on a Friday. I had one pending transaction for 3 dollars from Thursday as well. Well Tuesday morning when everything finally posted they posted the more expensive transaction from Friday before the one from Thursday and posted two overdraft fees. I called to complain for being misinformed and for the transactions being posted out of order and they told me because they had refunded money last month that they would not refund the fee. It is rediculous. I have also had BB&T charge me for the authorization and the charge on the same item. The bank definitely does not care that they are ripping people off.

Ok so last friday I look at my account and they had hit me with 2 overdraft fees. The thing is, when I looked the day before I had a positive balance of $70+. They had made "available" to me an automatic child support deposit, but lo n behold that same available balance didnt cover 2 small atm purchases that posted the same date (next day)as my deposit. For $14 they charged me $70. I was livid. So I called. 3times! Each time I was told that the atms were before the deposit. I explained that they had givin me access to my deposit (available balance) on thursday morning so why would that not cover fees that posted thursday night? Again same answer they were done before the deposit. Called 3 times talked to 3 people, and also went thru bank web site with 2 emails which garnered the same response of "MY ERROR" charges stay. (also got charged $4 for calling, $2 for 2 of the calls, maybe i should push my luck and get THESE charges back too).
Came to the internet and found info (this site possibly?!) Alot of people saying the same thing about bb&T. 1 site directed me to Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein (link above in article)
AND ALSO NC commissioner of banks (Link above in article)
I contacted both thru internet, filed complaint with both, sent signed form to NC Com. Of banks.
GUESS WHAT, I found a lovely refund of $70 this morning, of course I have recieved NO correspondence from the bank and Im not sure which method got the job done but I am very pleased to have my $ back.
I advise (especially if it has to do with automatic deposits) to contact the above links, It worked for me even though BB&T told me NO 5x's .

I agree with all of the above. They need to change their policies before they invite major trouble. I am a victim of multiple OD fees and believe they are misleading and borderline criminal.

I am soo MAD at BB & T - Like many of the people who have posted here, I have been a BB & T customer for many years (over 20) and I have had enough of their charging multiple Overdraft fees. I am pulling ALL of my accounts and moving them to another bank. I cannot not afford to deal with them any more. Please count me in for a class action lawsuit!

I had BB&T tell me that Cash no longer counts as Cash in the account. Had them send me their policy booklet, which states that CASH is always IMMEDIATELY deposited into an account. Doesn't say only on business days, doesn't say only during the week, says that so long as you deposit CASH into their account it counts as cash.

I had multiple overdraft fees pulled because I made a deposit in cash on Saturday morning thinking that it had gone through (According to THEIR policies.) and into my account immediately. Monday I come to find out I've been charge over $300+ in overdraft fees because they held the cash as if it were a check! They refused to refund my money and offered to resend a policy pamphlet to my house. Read it again, only to see...guess what... CASH IS STILL FREAKIN' CASH! They still refused to refund me.

I've been with BB&T for over 15 years, but I am leaving them forever. Absolute crooks and scammers. I have had so many issues with them taking money out of my account when I have a positive available balance, because they're "holding" charges. So I get hit with extra fees, and they hold the charges until they're able to charge me additional overdraft fees.

I hope somebody goes after them. I plan on joining in on the class action lawsuit if somebody ever does!

what is listed on the bank services agreement is that any deposits made on Saturday do not count until Monday because Saturday is not considered a business day. While it may not be listed in the bank services agreement as exception in "cash being immediately available" dection, it is listed inarea that talks about Sautrday banking. I agree that it should count immediately. I know it doesn't because of banking technical constraints. Maybe they should just be closed on Saturday?

My husband and I own a small construction company. We took out a loan with them and built a spec. home back in 2007. The home appraised for over $760, 000 at the time we were building and we were told we could borrow up to 80% of that amount. But, we only borrowed $460, 000. After we finished building the spec. home is when the bottom started to fall in the building industry. The house sat for 1 year and we made every monthly payment on time. The interest only loan came back up for renewal, and I don't understand exactly why but the only way you all would renew was if we put up our lot next door toward the loan. The lot next door was purchased for $122, 500. So we did it because we had no choice. Well another year past and the home is still sitting and the loan came back up for renewal. This was in August of 2010. This time they wanted the interest payment of $1, 582.00 plus another quarterly principal payment of $8, 000. This came up to a monthly payment of $3, 582.00. We couldn't afford it. So we asked the bank if we could do a deed in lieu of foreclosure. They came back and said no. We wanted to do a short sale and they wouldn't except. No one wants to deal with us at all. We offered them the house and the lot next door but now BB&T says the house appraised at only $440, 000 and the lot next door is at $39, 000. If it appraised at that much and I am willing to sign off on both the house and the lot why won't any one deal with us. This is the deal we received: they are taking the house, taking the lot, and want us to sign a note for $60, 000. I'm sorry but we are already struggling. My husband was without any work for four months. That's why our credit card bills are so high. I have three kids, a mortgage on my personal home, credit cards out the ying yang. Our debt to equity ratio is so bad, I don't think anyone has even checked how much we owe. The building industry has been at a basic stand still. We are competing with foreclosures so that's why we can't sell the home for what we owe.
I can't believe we are being treated this way. If the loan had been left the way it was we could have rented the home and paid the payment. But they went so sky high there is no way. We have been with BB&T for 18 years and have paid off several loans with them. I would love to join a class action law suit!

I made a purchase on Sunday morning and wrote two checks for it. On Monday morning I called the bank and asked when checks post. They told me at midnight. At three pm I made a cash deposit. I asked the teller if this was applied to the account immediately and she said yes. The next day I had a $70 charge for NSF. When I asked how that was possible, I was told that the person deposited the checks before I deposited the cash by 2 hours. When I said their check wasn't suppose to post until midnight, they said that they go by times. Yet, I know when I make a deposit into my account from another bbt account, they put a hold on it at least until 12 am. Now I have multiple fees mounting up because my account is shorted. Even if I try to cover the returned checks, they are still going to charge fees because the date they were originally deposited is before the date I put the money in to cover them. This is a no-win situation for me.

We are complaining the wrong way if you go to this link you can send your information to a top attorney and if enough people send them detailed, good information maybe we can get a class action lawsuit started against BBT Bank. http://www.lieffcabraser.com/about/1/class-action-faq
This link takes you to a law firm that handles cases nationally, so you can contact them with your information no matter where you live. Pass the word on to anyone you know that has had an issue with BBT. There is power in numbers.

Ladies and gentleman, this has really gone too far. I'm looking at my transaction history and it shows overdrafts for items that should have been paid. The account balance was positive and had sufficient funds to cover the alleged overdrafts even after the fees were posted! They responded that they have a different view of the activity on my account and that the fees were justifiable. Five different fees were charged and yea, they posted an electronic direct deposit the next day after it was received the previous day before 2pm. They have held transactions from the ledger and posted them after I took advantage of funds that were available to me. The list goes on. A class action suit will be do better, but I am personally going to pursue them for what has been illegally taken!

I bank with Bb&t I been with them for a year now I’m sure that I paid over $3000 worth of unfair overdraft fees.I get charge those fees on pending transactions, posted transactions while my account in the positive. there’s time I’m in the positive which include my pending transaction, I got $175 worth of overdraft fees for posted transactions while I’m in the positive, I went to the negative due to that overdraft fee and then more overdraft fee for my pending transaction. When I check my balance I’m negative overdraft fees. I went to the bank I ask the teller why did I get charge these fees she looked and said she don’t see why I spoke to the branch manager she claimed the fees are for posted transaction from the previous day, I’M IN THE POSISTIVE PEOPLE.I have my statements to prove it. This happen multiple times. The other scenario, I was in the negative for 6 different transaction worth $1 each from Redbook movie rental it was a Holliday I also had a pending ach deposit of $200 which was my highest transaction, all these transaction were posted together, the highest one first like the policies claim, in my case that will be the $200 and then rest, they still charge me $35 for each $1 transactions even after my deposit was the first one posted. This is not right I strongly support a lawsuit against them.

you're wasting your time with a class action lawsuit. The only winners here are the attorneys. You will receive the amount of 1 overdraft fee by joining. If you have the money or a attorney friend, file a individual lawsuit adding punitive damages, you will win and get more!

DO NOT use these guys www.lieffcabraser.com/consumer/bbt.htm

Hello,
My name is Fernando Padron. I am currently an soldier assigned to Fort Lewis Washington. I have been trying to get my bank to help our family avoid foreclosure in our Florida residence for the past few months. This is a loan acquired by the USDA in 2008. The bank has not offered any help and is seeking a foreclosure. They want me to move my family back to Florida so they can begin to see if I even qualify for a home loan modification.
Under the new Making Homes Affordable Plan there is a provision for service members who had to leave their homes to serve even stateside. BBT does not take this provision under consideration

BB & T has held my mortgage until 2010 when i was having a hard time making payments. they would send my checks back if i was two months behind and tried to pay one month. They offered no direct assistance, no direct contact person. They sent me a foreclosure notice in Nov 2010. I moved belongings out to repair floors and walls and repaint so i could short sale property. In Feb 2011 they changed the locks on home and i had no means to get inside. after several calls and 900 mile trips to try to get into property it sat for a year until i received another foreclosure statement having thought it had already been foreclosed. this whole time they have tried to add interest to the balance. in June 2012 i finally was granted permission to enter the home and make repairs for short sale. in August i finished repairs that had occurred also while i was locked out of home. house went on market end of august 2012, today oct 26th 2012 i get a letter they are selling home at court house steps on November 8 2012. their communication dept and means to help the consumer who is diligently working to try to settle the debt and get the highest possible return for them in this economy is terrible and un professional. totally stressed out about the matter for the past two years, cant sleep, lose of weight and terrible migraines, where do you turn now. i have all but given up.

I see the following transactions in my pending folder! This disturbs me because those payments have been coming out after my deposit on the 3rd of each month. That is the way I have maintained these transactions for some time. If I look at next month's transaction dates they show up on the 3rd of the month. With the pending transactions showing up on the first. I fear that I will be charged an overdraft fee in the future because you surreptitiously change information in my account! Please tell me what's happening and why did your system change my information?

BB&T charged me over 1.500$$$ in 1 month! Everytime I put money in to bring it in the positive they claimed oh well that was the next day and it wasn't enough and we don't know how your card worked, it shouldn't have but oh well give us another 500$$ I bring home about 2, 500/month so I worked almost a month for BBT. This is ridiculous. One of the times, and when it all started is when they gave us a temporary card and linked it to the wrong account which somehow linked my business card to the wrong account and my personal card to my wifes personal account (which is the account that the temp card was SUPPOSED to get mapped to. The guy at the bank said that this would have happened anyways (the overdrafts, that is) and that it was not their fault. I don't see how, if i'm looking at 1 account before I spend and go spend money that I think is there and coming from the card I'm using, but in actuality it is getting pulled from a different account that doesn't have enough money to cover the charges. We are on the verge of getting evicted because of BBT!

This bank is out of control! I have been charged over $ 500 in overdraft fees for a $30 check. I have my social security direct deposit and when it posted they took all of the overdraft charges out and they still didn't pay the $30 check . I had withdrawn the $ 200 that was left assuming they did pay it from my $700 deposit. I am disabled and that is my only income and I have nothing to live on now because they are just withdrawing whatever they want and continue to charge overdraft charges for the $30 check that they could of paid while they were sucking my funds down to nothing. How can they get away with this? They are you manipulating accounts to take all the money can. It's completely unethical to charge people like this. I wrote a $30 check, thats it and they've taken 10 times the money back and they're still charging away for it even when the money was there for them to pay it. If there is a class action against them, please tell me how to join now.

I have have made three deposits to BBT to cover checks or ACH wirhdrawals I knew were comming in, but when I checked online to make sure the funds were credited the online banking showed that the deposited funds were eaten up by OD or returned item fees. I called BBT phone 24 and was told that the checks and/or ACH withdrawals were presented the day before and were being held for review and released after the deposit was made, (the checks/ACH items never showed up on my bank statement, only the od/returned item fees approximately $140.00) so I was charged for the items and also an overdraft/returned check fee.
I had one check for which I was charged an overdraft fee before the check was written (written on the 12th and overdraft was charged on the 10th.) I called and asked about this and again was told that it couldn't happen, because the check had been in review and wasn't presented to my acount until the 12th, hwen it was charged an overdraft fee.

Everyone here is absolutely right. I've been with BB&T for about two years and have paid at least $2000 in overdraft fees. They rearrange your transactions and process debts before credits so they can hit you with multiple overdraft fees. I once awoke to over $200 in overdraft fees because apparently they don't process things over the weekend and Monday was a holiday. All I could get from them is "I'm sorry you feel that way, did you have any other questions before we let you go?" And that was with me threatening to close my accounts. They are horrible in every way. Nothing good about BB&T unless you're a big 5ime money maker and have large account balances. Then they MIGHT take care of you.

Two years ago I started applying for a modification myself then when it got denied I used two different free agencies. BB&T kept saying they never got my application, so I went back to doing it myself I"m now on my 9th or 10th application I've lost track. BB&T keeps denying me because I haven't resolved my hardship, isn't that why I need a modification? So a couple of days ago I got another denial letter and then 4 days later I got another modification application from them while all this time they are racking up late fees, appraisal fees and other fees and then sending demand letters that I pay the $20, 000.00. A lawyer I hired for $2600.00 got me approved for a modification but BB&T says they never got my paperwork back. My husband and I both lost our full time jobs through no fault of our own, my job closed down and his job moved to Mexico. I feel it should be illegal for BB&T to charge fees after I filed the first modification package and sent it to them, they should have just approved it gave me a new payment and we could have all moved on. I am going to find a lawyer and see if I can sue.

BB& ANTI-TRUST is a crooked institution, last week I did my online bill payment as I always do just to go back to find they had me over drafted on my light bill that I scheduled to be taken out on the 3d of Nov. not only that they have charged me 4 overdrafts in there seven day policy.I pray to God in heaven that he somehow puts them out of business for the sorrows they have caused me and others. Worse yet I went back on the site only to find I was blocked out of my account (NOT AN ACCIDENT by no means is my conviction till the day I die)

bb&t bank is a horrible bank. I have received over 300.00 in fees. They claim that they are a "24 hour" bank, but the cut off time is 7 pm? How are you 24 hours if you have cut off times? They also charged me 2.00 for calling there customer service, and told me "according to policy, you only can have two calls per month"., Who does that? Don't you provide a service? Also I put cash in the ATM, have a receipt saying my account was positive and the next morning charge 108.00 in over draft fees. Its like this bank lives off the over draft fees. I asked the customer service rep "how can you live with yourself by charging, and operating like you are". and he asked me "how does this apply to your account"? like really? your gonna answer a question with a question? You won't answer it because you know the little person inside you is saying "YOUR WRONG". AVOID THIS BANK LIKE ITS THE PLEAG! Im trying to see if I can work up a lawsuit against them for their actions. Someone needs to pay, and we have been suffering from this for way to long. EVERYONE Rise up against BB&T AND LETS TAKE IT OVER! ITS TIME TO TAKE A STAND! LETS DO THIS!

I was a National Penn customer, did not close my account prior to the merger. I had a "decline activity that would take my account negative" with NP (not sure what they call it, BB&T calls it an opt out/in. That being said, we were in transition of moving our accounts (all eleven of them) to another financial institution, however needed to leave money in account with BB&T until we received our new debit cards to allow us to pay bills. I mistakenly did not turn off an auto pay, which drew our account negative~ charged $36. However, instead of a person calling to say, looks like there may be some fraudulent activity, or your account is negative, BB&T allowed multiple charges process, to the tune of $154 in fees! We called to inquire and we were told that our account should have the same rules applied as we had with NP but we had to go to the branch that opened the account.

So we go to the branch and are told that is not correct, that BB&T removed that option and unless we opted in, the charges would be processed. I said that doesn't make any sense, but was told there is nothing that could be done~ however we did get $41 (wherever that amount came from is beyond me) credited. Was told that BB&T processed these charges because we've been such good customers! Really, however about not charging outrageous fees, how about have a human call to advise of suspicious activity, how about doing right by your customers before you lose them all. We won't even talk about the lag in items posting to your account, I'm sure that is also another way for them to charge you fees...

BB&T is a horrible bank. My mother inlaw passed away 2 years ago and my father inlaw passed away a few months back and we have done everything to close out their bank accounts and even with a court order this bank refuses to release the money to my wife and her sisters. For every notarized letter and even a court order from a lake county florida judge does not work for them. Now they are asking for a notarized letter from the executor of the will who hired the attorney that filed the court order. I'm sure a notarized letter from the deceased will be the next requirement. This bank should be closed and their "legal team" should be sent to jail. Good luck to any fool that keeps money in that bank, you will play hell getting it back from their greedy hands.

We have been working overseas and our pay has been deposited into a foreign account, therefore our business account went into a dormant status without notifying us. Since we assumed we still had access to our money, this December we transferred 13K from our other BBT account to this supposed dormant account and wrote a check from it for the IRS as not to get penalties for underpayment. We found out that the check to the IRS was denied. We have looked at the BBT Commercial bank agreement and it does not cover this. My Question is if the definition of a dormant account is one without a transaction, the transfer was indeed an allowed transaction. I was told that it was a withdrawal that was needed by the branch, but deposits were accepted. Furthermore in talking with the bank employees "complaint department" and branch both said that we would have to go in to branch to change this and get our account restored and the check to the IRS resent. We are overseas and unable to do so and now we are without the funds in our other account to pay the IRS. I think this is illegal any thoughts or lawyers out there that would provide us information?

I have been hit with multiple overdraft fees from BB&T bank due to pending charges. The funds have been deducted from my account for me to check and have multiple overdraft fees. I am sick of my paycheck being taken or at least majority of it due to these fees. They will return a check and still charge me 36 but all card transactions go through and I get charged that same 36 for each transaction. I may as well stick with a prepaid card than to deal with this. CB&T did the same to me that's why I left the bank. Now I'm dealing with the same here with BBT. It's sad how banks take our money.

The problem here is that it is ILLEGAL to take a larger amount to make the account go negative. They have to take the smallest amounts first. So that more are covered Like 3 diff charges can be paid for when only one goes through as negative and then the bank get to charge $36 for each additional charges.

It is ILLEGAL TO take the largest amount and cover that first putting the account negative and then they are able to collect more because the smaller amounts could have gone through just fine NOW each one is bringing them $35 a piece. This has happened to me 3 times since I was forced to be with them when they bought out PNC.
When the manager at the new bank I am with was signing me up for my checking account with them, he told me that he found out it was illegal ONLY because of a class action suit told him so after they sued his old bank. He got back every overdraft that bank ever charged him.
So if that is true this happened three times to me and this is the highest amount BB&T says I owe them now $700 and it is still going. Next was a $156 total to get back out of the negative (for 4 overdraft fee's on charges totaling $26) and the first one was only $100 or something not over hundred.
Also BB&T was STILL covering small charges just so they can charge me the overdraft fee. It's up to 700+ now. After the 6th day they stop covering charges over $10 and Now they are charging the overdraft fee for EACH time the businesses send the amount back through. Nothing has become of this? This post started in 2010 DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THIS ACTIVITY?

I agree with everything BB&T is a scam I showed a balance of $40 I did a transfer to another account within my same account this was done at 7:30 p.m. I transferred $37 the next morning I had an overdraft fee. What happened there was I got gas a day or two prior it only charged my card $1 it was done as credit I forgot about this so that night I processed it through and that's how I got my overdraft fee but yet when I transfer the money from one account to the other it showed available balance of $40 how could I have transferred money if it was not available but yet they are saying that the gas transaction went through which I did not and US customers have no way of doing anything about it they have control over our money we have to do something I cannot tell you how many overdraft fees I've been charged it's ridiculous

Jonathan Reed :I agree this bank is making money off us big time. My account is new I signed up online and when the opt in page came up I did not fully understand what to do. The wording dose not explain what they are doing when you opt in and use your card so every purchase is paid and before you know it you are in the negative when you think you have money because you have been making deposits to cover your balance which is what I did but i always have overdraft fees anyway I check my account and went up to talk to someone as to what was happening and they said too bad because you signed the form yes i did but the form dose not give a clear explanation of this so called service. I want my card to decline a purchase if I don't have money and i can keep my account balanced just like i'm doing now. my previous bank would not charge me if I had a negative and I made the deposit the same day. So I was not use to this, my account was opened in July and today I received a card saying they are concerned about multiple fee notice. This bank has charged me $786.00 in overdraft fees and my account was never negative. That's expensive and I want my money back..

My mother passed away and left everything to my sister and me. We went to BB&T to draw the funds out and close the account. They claimed they sent paper work to us and it was returned ( we never received anything from them) . They had been charging a $5.00 fee, each month, that we were never told about. The fees equaled $300.00, when my sister told them it was a bogus charge, because she had worked in a bank for several years and knew it wasn't right. They then told us they would give us $75.00 of the $300, but we said we should get all of it. It isn't the money, it is the principle of it. They had probably been charging bogus fees to mother for years as well as everyone else that has been doing business with them. We are going to get in touch with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office. To try and keep other people from being taken advantage of. If it was a large amount of money, we would get in touch with channel 5 ( 5 On Your Side) and have them come out an interview the bank. So, if any of you have been robbed of your money or anything else that is unfair . Tell the bank that you are going get in touch with channel 5 and I bet it will get straightened out.

So what can be done? Its obvious that this bank or these bankers are crooks! Aren't there any law firms out there that can do something about this bank? I'm tired of giving (or them taking) my hard earned money and being told there's nothing I can do about it or its my fault this is happening! I look at my online banking every day and can keep track of it but somehow they can take money out that has already been drawn out but they say its pending! [censored]!

I have had a Mortgage with BB&T for nearly fourteen years and while going to another Bank to get a loan for a vehicle and upon the Bank checking my credit the loan Manager told me that my interest rate would not be that stellar, I asked why I received my credit report one month prior and it was well within the GOOD range .As we won't over each item I noticed and asked where my Mortgage history was located, He stated "looks like your Mortgage was closed" I told him it has not been closed and I am up to date and current with the payments and no late payments, sure enough when I looked at it my Mortgage it said CLOSED...I promptly called BB&T customer service and tried to explain the problem them and they stated that it was the responsibility of the 3 major credit bureaus to straighten it out not theirs .As I tried to explain to them that the credit bureaus need the information from the lending company to provide it to the credit Bureaus to complete a status the customer service person within the Mortgage Department she became agitated and rude to me .I then asked to talk to a Manager who I talked to his name is James Drayton .He assured me that he would investigate it and send the errors to the three credit bureaus and then it would be up to them to add the correct information .well prior to that I made a dispute with Equifax and Transunion when I received the results back from the credit bureaus they stated that the information provided by BB&T was correct and that the account was closed .This is total BS I went to a local Branch and inquired and the said nope we have it here its open .Additionally when I pull my account up online my payment is nearly four hundred dollars more than my coupon booklet, when I asked them about that they said NO your mortgage is this which was the correct amount . I am at a loss on what they are trying to do, are they trying to take my home with erroneous information and lies, my credit dropped 60 points due to them deleting my history and now I am in fear that they are stacking charges and late fees that are again erroneous I have no way of seeing it on my credit reports as they have now completely removed any history whatsoever, and trying to get any kind of truthful answer will never happen .I am going to try to Refi my home as I am older and retired and on a fixed income but it's going to ugly be as I will not get a good rate nor will I be able to get another vehicle until I get this cleared up if I can. BB&T is terrible and there is no reason for them to of done this any ideas are welcomed please ! Thank you
