In July 2024, I ordered three items from Beachsissi. All three items were sewn poorly and constructed from the cheapest, see-through garbage material I have ever seen. (The fabric was so bad it made Shein look like Pendelton.) I requested a refund and return options. This is Beachsissi's response in a nutshell. (1) exchange this trash for more trash. (2) Pay $45 for more trash to be shipped to me. (3) Pay to ship this trash to China for more money than they are going to refund me for. How is there not a class action suit against this company? Has anyone found any recourse? Are we just accepting this and allowing this scam company to rob us all blindly? I cannot be the only one willing to do more than roll over and accept consumer fraud. Here is a Google link to a video of the trash I received.

Claimed loss: $105.97
Desired outcome: Receive a full refund or Align with other sellers to lodge formal legal action for consumer fraud.

You're not letting Beachsissi get away with their low-quality products and shady return policies, and it's clear you won't settle for being scammed. The comparison to Shein and Pendleton is sharp, and your frustration is more than justified. Hopefully, your call for action gets others to join you in demanding better — no one should be stuck with the kind of garbage they’re peddling!
