Mixed Experience with Becextech AU: Out of Stock and Alternative Offered
So, I went on Becextech AU website to order some electronic items, and paid for them. But to my dismay, I later received an email informing me that the products I had ordered were out of stock. They offered some more expensive alternatives, which I found to be extremely frustrating. I then asked for the lead time of the original items, but they told me that they did not have any information on that. Eventually, I chose one of the more expensive items they had suggested. Then I authorized for them to charge my credit card the extra amount. However, to my surprise, I received another email informing me that the original items were now, in fact, back in stock. Boy, it was really annoying, and I can tell it was a pretty common mistake on their end.
On the bright side, the person who was communicating with me about the issue was very polite and straightforward in their communication. When I agreed to change my order back to the original items, they were delivered to me promptly and in good condition. All in all, I think the promptness of the delivery and their efforts to make sure that the customer gets what they want is commendable. Plus, they showed good service when things didn't go smoothly, which is a huge plus in my book.
All things considered, although I had a few hiccups in the beginning, I am happy with the way things turned out. Becextech AU has excellent products and good customer service, which made up for the small issues that I encountered along the way. I am definitely going to consider buying from them again in the future.
Mixed experience with Becextech AU: Smooth shopping, questionable pricing tactics
First off, gotta say, I was pretty happy with my experience shopping with Becextech AU. It was all smooth sailing until I started trying to find the absolute best deal - I mean, who wouldn't, right? But then I noticed something that kinda rubbed me the wrong way. They had this phone that was the exact same as the others, but they lowered the price - which sounds great, until you realize that they jacked up the shipping costs from $29 all the way up to $78! Like, come on, what's the point of that?
And don't even get me started on the discount coupons that they put out that don't even work. Some of them say they're expired, but they're clearly still in their allotted time frame! That's just a waste of my time, you know? And if the voucher isn't even supposed to be used on that particular product, then why even bother putting a code at all? That's honestly what lost them a star in my book when I filled out the feedback form.
But, I gotta say, besides those annoying things, everything else was a breeze. The shopping process was easy, and I felt comfortable throughout the whole thing. So, thank you very much, Becextech AU, and I'm looking forward to getting my phone soon. I'll definitely be sure to check back with you guys first for any future purchases!
Peace out,
Martyn Bartlett
Questionable Practices and Poor Experience with Becextech AU
So, I made the bold decision to purchase a camera from Becextech AU (becextech.com.au) on January the 1st. However, as I started receiving emails stating that there was an amount of just under $1 on my credit card and that I had to confirm the payment with my bank, I became a bit worried. After confirming with my bank, they considered it to be fraud and so I cancelled the order. You can imagine my surprise when I saw that the full amount had been charged to my card regardless of my cancellation.
I was informed that the amount had been refunded and the order cancelled, but to this day, I still have not received the credit for it. But here's the thing, if they had to charge less than $1 to find out if my credit card was valid, then why did they go ahead and charge me the full amount anyway? The whole ordeal was indeed quite strange and a tad frustrating. This experience has resulted in me not wanting to purchase from them again.
Now, in all honesty, the camera I wanted for my Pixio robot was not easy to find anywhere else, so I gave them another chance and ordered it again through PayPal. I am hoping this will be a smoother transaction than the previous. Fingers crossed I receive the credit for the cancelled order, or else I'll be waiting for a call from Becextech AU to clarify why I was charged for something they had already cancelled.
All in all, my experience with Becextech AU hasn't been the best, but I am hoping they can rectify things and provide a better service for future customers.
Becextech AU Review: A Rollercoaster Journey with Holiday Closures, COVID, and Delays
Wow, my experience with Becextech AU was definitely a journey and a half! It felt like a rollercoaster ride dealing with Holiday Closures, COVID and Australia Post delays, but thankfully their customer support was available 7 days a week to help ease the stress.
I placed my order on the 1st of December, but unfortunately, the incorrect product was sent out on the 3rd of December. I was disappointed, but not too deterred, as I was provided with a Prepaid Express Post label to return the item.
On the 22nd of December, Becextech AU agreed to replace the product that was incorrectly sent to me. However, the correct product didn't arrive until the 20th of January. To my dismay, the quality of the item was damaged more than I had expected or paid for.
Once again, I was given a Prepaid Express Post label to return the item, and on the 8th of February, the warehouse received the product. Finally, on the 14th of February, Becextech AU agreed to replace the product.
But wait, there's more! The compensation offered was really minimal - a plastic phone cover and screen protector. I hoped for something more, especially with the long wait and the product's quality damage - but alas, it seemed like that was all they were willing to offer.
Finally, on the 4th of March (original order was placed on December 1st), I received the right product with the quality that I expected.
Overall, my experience with Becextech AU was prolonged, with a couple of bumps in the road, but they did eventually come through and deliver the right product. I do wish they had given better compensation for the inconvenience, but I am relieved that I finally have what I ordered.
Beware of International Purchases from BecexTech: My Disappointing Purchase Experience with an Expensive Lens
I recently had my second purchase experience with BecexTech. My first purchase was awesome, but my second was an absolute nightmare. I decided to splurge and purchase a Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM Lens, which was quite pricey. Despite the hefty price tag, I was excited to receive my purchase and test it out on my camera. However, when I finally received the lens and tested it out, I was disappointed to find that it wasn't focusing correctly. I tried different settings and ran various tests, but nothing seemed to work.
Naturally, I immediately reached out to the customer service team at BecexTech to report the issue and seek a solution. I sent them some samples of the photos I had taken with the lens, and they quickly acknowledged that there was indeed a problem. They offered to either have me send the lens back to them or drop it off personally at their location in Sydney. However, when I asked if their repair shop was authorized by Canon, I was informed that it was an independent repairer with no specialization in any particular brand. This made me extremely hesitant to hand over my expensive brand new lens to someone who wasn't an expert on Canon products.
To make matters worse, my purchase was international, which meant that the warranty was not recognized by Canon. This was extremely frustrating because I had to put my trust in an unaffiliated repair shop and pay an additional $200 for the repairs. I wish I had been informed of this before my purchase, as it would have allowed me to make a more informed decision.
Overall, my experience with BecexTech was disappointing, to say the least. While their customer service team was polite and helpful, the lack of authorization by Canon and the international purchase made it more difficult to resolve the issue. I am hoping that in the future, BecexTech can make a greater effort to inform their customers of such issues prior to the purchase, so that they can make an informed decision before spending a large sum of money.
Mixed Experience with Becextech AU: Push for Your Needs for a Good Outcome
So, I had an interesting time with Becextech AU (becextech.com.au) recently. At first, I ordered a 256Gb Blue Poco F2. No problem, right? Wrong. After a few days, I received an email saying that my order was out of stock and I was given a few options, but none of them worked for me. This really got my hackles up - I don't think customers should have to deal with that kind of surprise after placing an order.
But, to my surprise, Ryan at Becextech really came through for me. After a few emails, I was able to get the Grey model (which is what I really wanted in the first place) for the same price I had already paid. Delivery took a little while, but it was okay - only about 5 days or so from HK.
Honestly, I think Becextech could do with a better system for letting customers know about stock issues before they place their order. But, once I spoke directly with Ryan and explained my expectations, the service was pretty good.
Overall, I would recommend Becextech if you're willing to be direct and push for your needs. It might not be the smoothest experience, but they will come through for you in the end.
Beware of Becextech AU: Poor Customer Service, Delayed Delivery, and False Promises
Last year, I decided to buy a phone from Becextech AU. I was enticed by the good reviews and the thought of saving $200. Unfortunately, I was not ready for the time and stress the purchase would bring me. The website promised that the phone would arrive that week, but weeks passed by with no sign of my phone. I had to constantly chase them and their customer service was very poor. When I finally managed to talk to them, they said that my phone had been stolen. I waited for just over three months before the phone finally arrived.
When the phone arrived, I faced a new problem. The plug provided was not Australian, so I could not even charge the phone. It took me a long time to get them to send me another charger. Furthermore, the screen protector that came with the phone was damaged. They only offered me a $5 refund, which was not enough compensation considering I could not go to a store over COVID to buy another protector. My phone screen is now scratched as a result.
Despite the fact that they promise 1-year insurance and warranty, this is only for postal cover. This was another selling point for me, but it turns out it was not true. I have since discovered through research that many of the reviews are done by fake accounts. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere to buy your phone.
Becextech AU's terrible customer service and poor consumer experience have led me to consider going to the ombudsman when I have time. They even refused to give me my $70 refund on a postage fee when I didn't even receive the phone and had to wait for it for over three months. It was completely ridiculous!
Captivating Plot and Stellar Performances: A Must-Watch Film Review of 'The Shape of Water'
I purchased a new OnePlus Pro phone in March - it had some screen issues. I was told to send it to their repair agent - I sent it off - heard nothing for weeks - followed up (Called the repair agent), they told me they couldn't fix it and had sent it off to another repair agent (I had not been made aware of this at all).
I contacted Becextech with my concerns, they have this standard response to every complaint (no phone number so have to deal via email only - with 24 hour delay for every message sent!). They told me that the phone was being repaired by the 2nd repair agent - I get the phone back 6 weeks after I first sent it off and it is still broken (worse now than before!).
I complain again - same BS response - send it to the repair agent again (at my cost a second time) and again nothing for weeks - finally the response I get is that they can't find anything wrong (even thought I sent them a video of the issues).
I demanded a refund - but they said no. I then demanded a brand new phone and have now not heard from them in over a week!
I am pretty sure the contacts are not even based in Australia (I am guessing Hong Kong) - there is ZERO care for customer issues. I spent almost $1000 on this phone (Plus freight 3 times now) and things have gotten so bad I had to go and buy a well known brand from a reputable company and looks like I am going to lose my money.
I have made a formal complaint to the Office of Fair Trading and still waiting to hear back from them.
I would like to take this company to court (they have previously been taken to court over dodgy business practices) but it will cost me more than the phone itself to do that (which they are fully aware of and know that most people aren't able to take that sort of action).
My advice to anyone thinking of purchasing any product from this company, just think twice before giving them your hard earned cash - whilst the deals are often very good, there are consequences if the product isn't exactly as you expected.
Do Not Buy from Becextech - Horrible Customer Service and Wrong Product Delivered
I was really pumped about purchasing the latest Oneplus 8 pro, and after my extensive search for the most reliable suppliers, I decided to go for Becextech. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disastrous decision on my part.
It all began with the assurance that I would receive my order within 4-7 days. Then I waited for two weeks without any updates, and finally, the package arrived. I was thrilled to see the phone, but to my dismay, they delivered a Oneplus 8 instead of the 8 pro that I had ordered. What's more, it was being sold for $500 less than my purchase price of $1350.
If that wasn't enough, the package was under the wrong name and came with a US charger adapter, which was absolutely pointless as I live in Australia. I contacted Becextech's customer service, and they asked me to take around 20 photos of the product, box, and serial number. Even after two weeks of constant emails, they refused to exchange or refund my purchase, stating that I had received the right product despite sending me the wrong phone.
I didn't lose hope and continued to persist with customer service through email since they don't have a phone number for customers. However, it took several emails and nearly eight weeks for them to ask me to provide a written confirmation of the events. Consequently, I sent an affidavit that supported my story.
Fast forward ten weeks since I first purchased the phone, after countless emails exchanged, I was left with a phone I couldn't use, plus money out of pocket. Becextech's proposition was to send back the wrong phone and trust them to send me the correct one. However, after going through a colossal ordeal with their service, I can't trust them to do the right thing anymore. All I wanted was a refund of the difference and keep the phone I already had, but they refused that as well.
Becextech's customer service is terrible, and the wait time to receive replies to emails is up to three days. Trying to resolve the issue became impossible, and this experience is not something I would wish on anyone. I implore everyone to spend more money and go to companies that you can trust. STAY AWAY FROM BECEXTECH!
Terrible Customer Service and Illegal Trading: My Experience with BecexTech - A Warning
This company is not recommended. I bought a MacBook Pro from BecexTech less than two years ago and had an issue with it. When I contacted the company, they were not helpful and avoided Australian consumer law. They made me wait for 15 days before telling me that my device would be covered under ACL if there was no physical damage. This wait period is ridiculous and violates Australian legislation. The Apple store near me told me my device had minor wear and tear, but since it was an International Model, I had to go through BecexTech for repairs. BecexTech wanted me to pay for shipping, and it took them 32 days to assess the device. Even then, they refused to cover it under ACL because of "extreme impact marks" and asked me to pay $760 for repairs.
The customer service from BecexTech was poor and unprofessional. Ryan, whom I dealt with, was undeniably pathetic and refused to listen to what Apple had to say about the assessment of the device. BecexTech is a Chinese company and is not Australian as they make you think by using aliases for their names. They refused to do a fair assessment under ACL and didn't go to their local Apple store for the assessment. All they were doing was sending repeated emails saying "I reject your notion". They did not comply with my request for reassessment and continued to ignore me.
This company has been in trouble with ACCC before, and they are trading illegally. I advise everyone not to buy from this company. If you choose to buy from them, do not expect to be treated fairly. I hope that this review convinces people to avoid buying from BecexTech.
Apple, on the other hand, offered to cover the cost of repairs despite it being an international model. It was that simple, and BecexTech could not commit to that. Ryan and Zlatan, if you are reading this, stop copy and pasting your premade templates of "I reject your notion" and actually get a life.

Honest Review: Becextech AU Offers Affordable Prices, But Be Prepared for Surprises
Before Delivery: I was browsing through Becextech AU website looking for a good deal and boy, was I impressed! The prices were really affordable and I could already see myself saving lots of bucks for my next purchase. However, the main description page was quite confusing and had too much information packed into it, but it still served its purpose.
After Delivery: When I received my package, I was impressed with how quick it arrived considering that it came all the way from China! Although, I must admit that I was a little surprised since there was no indication during the purchase process that it was from China. Imagine my annoyance when I saw that it came with a China wall adaptor, when I live in NZ! Nonetheless, the product was unlocked and I was able to use it in my country. But it wasn't all smooth sailing, when I turned it on, the battery was completely flat. I was shocked since this isn't exactly normal for iPhones. After waiting for a while for it to charge, the touch screen wasn't responding properly. I was worried that I had received a faulty product but I tried to remain calm. I plugged it into my computer and after some troubleshooting, it started working perfectly fine!
Now that it's working okay, I'm really happy with my purchase. I must admit though, the Chinese wall adaptor was a bit of a let-down. Although it's not a huge deal, I would have preferred to receive a product with an adaptor that suited my region.
Overall, I would recommend Becextech AU to those who are looking for a bargain. You just have to make sure to read all the fine print and be prepared for the unexpected!
International hassle: My experience with BecexTech AU
My story is pretty interesting, mate.
I am an American bloke currently loungin' in Thailand. I've got a banger of a trip planned to visit my cobber in Melbourne come March. So, I decided to purchase a new camera online from Becextech AU, and paid with my trusty Visa credit card. But, since I'm not currently in Oz and I wanted the camera to be shipped to my mate's place, it caused a bit of a hullabaloo for the Becextech crew. Let me tell ya, it was a fair dinkum headache for both of us!
Anyways, after a few rounds of emails and phone calls, Becextech finally gave me the green light and sent the camera on its merry way. I reckon the camera was dispatched pretty quick smart, considering all the drama I had caused.
Now, the real test will be when I finally lay eyes on my new camera on March 2. I reckon it better be in top notch condition, mate. Otherwise, I hope that Becextech's online reputation is fair dinkum and they do the right thing and sort it out for me.
Cheers,
Donald R. Hull
Mixed Experience with Becextech AU: Order Delay and Attached Screen Protector
I gotta say, I had a bit of a hiccup with my order from Becextech AU. It seemed like my purchase somehow slipped through the cracks, and I had to reach out to them over a week later just to make sure it was on its way. But once I got in touch, things got moving pretty quickly and my order was processed right away.
All in all, I'm pretty happy with the product I received. It was just what I bargained for, and it was in good condition. However, I did have one little bone to pick: the screen protector I purchased was already attached to the phone. At first, I thought it might have been a demo or display model or something, and that I would have received it anyway even if I hadn't opted to buy it. Or maybe if I had opted out, they would have removed it from the phone. But who knows.
Anyway, like I said, the product was exactly what I was expecting, so I can't complain too much. I guess that little hiccup is just a bit of a red flag for me next time around. I might consider trying a different retailer before coming back to Becextech AU.

Unforeseen Import Fees and Lack of Transparency: My Experience with Becextech AU
for taking the time to read my review about Becextech AU. My experience with this company was not the greatest, as I had to wait longer than expected for my parcel to arrive. To my surprise, I received a call from the courier company, informing me that my parcel was being held in customs until I paid the import fees. This was not mentioned when I made my purchase from Becextech, and it was an unexpected expense that I had to cover.
Although it was frustrating to deal with this issue, I am thankful that it was resolved eventually. However, I do feel that Becextech should have provided me with more information regarding additional fees I would have to pay when my parcel arrived in Australia. This would have saved me from the stress of not knowing why my parcel was being held in customs.
After this experience, I decided to do some research on Becextech and found that there were several negative reviews about this company. Many customers had reported experiencing similar problems when buying from them. This made me feel uneasy about purchasing from Becextech again in the future.
In conclusion, while my issue was eventually resolved, I am hesitant to shop with Becextech AU again. The lack of transparency and the additional import fees were unexpected and can be frustrating for any potential customers. I hope that Becextech can work on addressing these issues to ensure a better shopping experience for their customers.
Beware of Becextech AU: Poor Customer Service and Hidden Restocking Fees
Man, I gotta tell ya, Becextech AU (becextech.com.au) is not a great place to shop. Like, I was tryna get this thing, right, and I talked to customer service to make sure it would get to me on time. They said it wouldn't ship before the Chinese New Year, so I asked to cancel my order. But then the CS person didn't actually cancel it, so the warehouse ended up shipping it anyway! Like, what the heck, man?
So then I called the Becextech people back to ask for a return, because clearly they gave me bad information on the shipping. And you know what they wanted to do? They wanted to charge me $150 just to restock the dang thing! That's like, almost as much as the thing itself! And the worst part is, it wasn't even my mistake, it was theirs!
When I told them they were ripping me off, they had the nerve to say "Should we wish to rip you off, we could have taken your money from the first place and not bother sending your order." Like, what kind of customer service is that? If they really cared about their customers and not just making money, they wouldn't be talking to people like that.
I mean, yeah, I know Becextech is cheap, but honestly I'd rather pay a little extra for better service. So, I guess what I'm saying is, if you're thinking about shopping at Becextech, find another place to buy your stuff. Trust me, it's not worth the hassle.
Buyer Beware: Becextech AU Review - Slow Dispatch Time and Unhelpful Customer Support
This company, Becextech AU, isn't the best out there. They sell products that they don't actually have in their warehouse. They claim that it takes only 1-3 days to dispatch, but that's so wrong! Instead, it takes weeks and it's really frustrating. It's clear that the customer support staff at Becextech aren't helpful and sometimes they can be really patronizing towards their customers. I once contacted them because I wanted my refund for the product that I ordered, but they told me that I might be charged an admin fee up to AU$55 for their mistakes. I refused to accept this and argued with them until they finally agreed to refund me without any fees. It was pretty much a hassle just to get my money back. In the end, I decided to buy the phone somewhere else.
Now, here's the thing that frustrated me the most - after asking when I would receive my refund, they replied that the phone was already dispatched. What? That's not what they promised me! Now, I have two phones coming and I am worried that the phone might be refurbished or a fake Chinese product, instead of a new one.
So honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from Becextech AU. It's not just because of the slow dispatch time, but also because their customer support staff is really unhelpful. And who knows what kind of products they sell - perhaps they're not even new! BUYER BEWARE!
Unsatisfactory Experience with Becextech AU: Poor Customer Service and Resistance to Resolving Issues
So, I recently purchased an Asus Rog 3 from Becextech AU (becextech.com.au) and was unfortunately met with a less than satisfactory experience. While all seemed well at first, I soon noticed that the screen had cracked from the inside. I had been keeping the phone in my pocket while in the car, but upon getting out, the screen went blank and I discovered the crack underneath the protector.
Naturally, I did some online research to see if others were experiencing similar issues with the phone, and it turns out that there were quite a few complaints. However, when I contacted the company to resolve the issue, I was met with resistance. Instead of working to find a solution or help me out, the company seemed more focused on trying to prove that I was somehow responsible for the damage. Needless to say, this was a huge disappointment.
Despite the fact that Becextech AU has received multiple awards, I am finding it difficult to see how they have achieved such accolades with such poor customer service. I have even reported them to the ACCC for their unhelpful and unprofessional behavior. Honestly, I have never encountered a company so stubbornly unwilling to help their customers and so focused on denying any responsibility.
In conclusion, if you are considering purchasing from Becextech AU, I would strongly advise against it. Do your research and read the reviews from other customers before making any decisions, as it seems that this company is more focused on making sales than on supporting their customers.
Becextech AU Review: Aussie Stock, Ex-Demo Phones, Minimal Packaging
Yo, just wanted to drop a review about Becextech AU. So, I hit up their staff asking about the quality of the display stock. They told me that it's Aussie stock, just like they advertised it on the product's title - which is good news, I mean a lot of places these days are selling dodgy import stuff.
But since it's an ex-demo phone, it won't come with original packaging and you'll only get the phone and a charger or USB cable (your choice). And they mentioned there might be some minor scratches and dents, which is normal.
They did have a condition tab with some deets, but tbh I was hoping for a bit more. So I hit them up again and said "Hey Daniel, can you give me a lil more of an explanation please? Your condition notes are pretty generic."
Anyway, I didn't get a response to my second email, so we'll see how that plays out. But overall, reckon these guys are probably decent, just need to be a lil more communicative, you know?
Poor Communication and Shipping Delays - My Experience with Dis Site
Dis site was pretty easy to navigate but man getting any help was like tryin to find a needle in a haystack. Da problem was that dey didn't come through on their end of da deal so I was bout ready to get da law involved. Had supposed to been shipped my phone but come to find out it was never even sent, like what da heck? It finally did show up but da wait time was mad long, like real talk if I knew it was gonna take dat long I wouldn't have even bothered. My cousin had da same issues. They really need to step up their game when it comes to communicating wit customers and gettin stuff shipped out on time. Dey said I was gonna get a free case as compensation but it ain't even here yet, it's been like almost a month! Honestly, I don't think I'll buy from dis site again.
Not Impressed: My Frustrating Experience with BecexTech's Site Techs
Hey, listen up folks! I gotta tell you about my experience with this BecexTech site. I had a couple issues that I think you oughta know about before you go and make a purchase.
First off, let me tell you about issue number one - it was a real doozy! I tried searching for products on their site using the search bar, but I kept running into a problem. Every time I tried to search for something, there was this limit of $500 that would come up and block my search. Can you believe it? And get this, there was this slider that was supposed to let me change the limit, but it was totally unresponsive! I tried using two different computers and still had the same issue. It was such a pain! The only way I could get around this weird limit was by going through Google instead of the BecexTech site. Geez louise, you'd think the site techs could fix this issue and save customers like me some major headaches.
Now let's talk about issue number two. When I went to sign up for an account, I had a heck of a time getting it to accept my email address. I put in my real email, the one I use all the time, and the site just kept spitting it back at me like it was some kinda fake. I mean, come on, how hard is it to accept an email address? I was getting pretty frustrated until I just decided to use my Gmail account instead. I'm not a huge fan of Gmail, so you can understand why this was really not ideal for me.
Overall, I gotta say that these two issues I had with BecexTech really put a damper on my experience. If these types of problems are common with the site, it's definitely going to keep me from shopping there in the future. I hope the site techs can get these issues fixed soon for the sake of their customers.
