Both items returned & promised refund of $489.51 by March7, 2025. Still waiting.

Damaged / Poor Quality Control / Poor Resolution
The wood was cracked in two places: On the shelf, and one of the side supports under the sink. Also, one of the under-drawer supports was unattached. I offered to fix one of the cracks and the drawer support if B, B & B would replace the shelf and compensate me for my time and effort. They offered me $40.84, and no replacement shelf. Kind of insulting. Instead, I am now repacking this bulky, heavy item to ship back and wait for a replacement. Not impressed. If the quality control of the next unit is equally subpar, I will go with Wayfair, which has an identical model. Two stars because the unit is beautiful and easy to assemble. Customer service reps were polite and friendly.
