Payment for gift card (order # [protected] sent 2/20/25 and to date 3/9/25 NEVER received it. I have been calling last 2 weeks and all say wait another 48 hours. Judie 2/20, Judith 3/2, Hazel 3/5, Mariegel L 3/6, Lexie and Hazel 3/7, Kristin and Busnai 3/8... been trying to apply that for 2 recliners but BB&B won't fulfill order now I want my $150 money back.

Claimed loss: $154.06 total

Desired outcome: Would like to order 2 recliners with ALL THE DISCOUNTS promised, it's also on your recorded lines. If you cannot do as promised, refund my $154.046 total.

Still no satisfaction to get my card or money return. I will be contacting my credit card to stop payment...BB&B is USELESS
