I decided to purchase three comforters from this store. I learned they no longer have brick and mortar, and I had to purchase online. Upon receiving the product, I realized the quality and item were not what I wanted. I went to return the item only to learn I had to pay to return the items. There is only one option where you do not have to pay, which is by manufacturer defect or beyond error. If you return the product due to that error and they determine it's not a defect, you are billed for shipping. I called in the concern and was told I should have read the terms and conditions before I purchased. WOW... I have never had any issues purchasing a product, and it was not up to my expectations to return it.
Desired outcome: To take the product back, return my funds to the card charged, and not charge me for shipping..... Period.
