Went in to the store liked a bed, got delivered a whole different color bedroom set. So I called the store while delivery guy was setting up the bed and told this this was not what I ordered and I did not want him to set it up because it’s not what I wanted I was told he had to leave it here, they could exchange it for me and re deliver one for no charge. She said the new bed set that was sent out to you was the new colors that the manufacturer changed, but if you want you can have the one one the show room, I said no because it was damaged and was missing pieces. & I said okay, I looked online for another and didn’t see one I liked. So I said okay I’ll keep it and see if I like it if not I will call you back and see if then you have something else I might like. Here we are I’m am not liking it and I called and I get told I can change it but I would get charged a delivery fee. Why would I have to pay a delivery fee when it was not my fault you guys sent out the wrong color of bed! All of that, & they still want to have an attitude with me. The supervisor said she is already doing me a favor of giving me store credit. No ma’am you are not doing me a favor you are doing as you should since I was delivered the incorrect thing. Never again will I get from them! Instead of helping you out on their mistake they want to make it

Desired outcome: To come pick up incorrect bed, bring one that I am satisfied with & not get charged a delivery fee.
