I purchased 3 sets Vera Wang sheets from Kohls for my 3 bedrooms. I saved my pennies to buy them because I wanted high quality sets. I have not had them very long and already the king size bottom sheet is tearing in the middle and I can't resew the rip. I paid a fortune for these sheets. The other two sets are for guest rooms so guess I have limited time for these set tear up. Not going to waste my money on her bed items anymore. Bad reputation for her company.

I just purchased a 2nd set of King size sheets Simply Verawang 100% Supima Cotton. It states extra deep pockets. I have a new 12 inch mattress. They don't fit. Super short! My other pair was not like these. I live far from Kohl's Department store were purchased. What makes you mad is not one to call!

We bought two sets of towels in gray. We’ve had them for maybe a year. The hand towels look really great but the bath towels are really faded. They don’t even look gray anymore, they’re more of a taupe color now. I’m not sure why the bath towels look so faded because they have all been washed the same amount of times. I’m really disappointed in them.

My husband and I bought 2 sets of sheets last year as we alternate the 2 between washings. Sadly one set is already tearing in the middle of the sheet. Sad these 300.00 sheets are such a disappointed purchase and Vera Wang seems to want to ignore the problem than satisfy a customer by replacement.

I purchased a california king comforter set from Kohls that has been "pilling/matting" for awhile now. Last week I showed a friend what it originally looked like when I had purchased it at Kohls. She commented how that should not be happening since I haven't had it that long and for the price and quality that you would expect from Vera Wang products it should last a long time. I had never washed it yet nor does anyone get on top of it. In the past I have purchased most comforters at Walmart, JCPenney, etc. and have had years and years or use out of them I am attaching picitures that I took of the comforter this morning and I tried to download what it should look like off Kohls site. I left a message on Friday and was told I would be contacted back. This morning I called again and spoke with Magdda and told her I would send pics. I have not contacted Kohls because I know their refund policy is 90 days and it's over that period and this would be a manufacturing issue. If this is normal please let me know because I will never purchase Vera Wang products again especially for the price I paid.

My wife purchased 3 sets of Vera Wang king bed sheets and pillow cases.The first set lasted about 6 months and the fitted sheet started to rip on the top left. thought maybe was caused by our washer, we Purchased a new washer second set started to tear and then the third set did the same thing .The sheets were purchased at Kohl's don't want a refund just replace the sheets and pillow cases Thanks Larry Wooten 1710 W Quilling Dr Muncie, Indiana 47304 Phone [protected]

Why in the world do you put cheap [censored] tag lables? It’s not fair to buy & have to cut them scratching craps...

I have 4 sets of Vera Wang luxury sleepwear that were very expensive. Each set has velour cuffs/some entire sleeve. I am so unhappy about how they wear. The cuffs on every one (don’t even know how to explain) ravels up and does not stay in place as a cuff. It drives me crazy as I’m always pulling on the cuffs to pull back into shape. For the cost of each set $$$$ they are very poor quality.

I am complaining about a comforters I bought at Kohl's that are Vera Wang products I have paid good money these comforters, one was $300 and the other one was $200 they're picked up color faded not good qualities made in China if you going to carry the go Vera Wang name then you should at least have the same qualities that she do her wedding gowns I am just fed up with Kohl's and with their Vera Wang's products.I got one at the Goodwill I paid $7.for and it's a better product.Can I get my money back.

I bought two comforters from Kohl's, they were some of the worst is comforters I ever had one I pay three hundred and something dollars for and the material without picked up and then I bought another set and color faded in it Vera Wang's products and some of the worst products I have ever bought I got some from the Goodwill I paid 754 and it's the best comforter I ever had their one step up I need my money back

I bought a 400 thread count sheet set 4 months ago and the fitted sheet is already ripping. Would not have expected this kind of quality from the Vera Wang brand. Very poor quality! I enjoyed the sheets until then. I hope that theres a solution to this problem so I'm out alot of money.

I have had great service with HH Gregg and I have to say that not every store is like that. It depends highly on the store, and the kind of associate you get. They get paid on commission so you have ended up with one that wanted the quick buck, or maybe you got a new guy whom didn't know how get the other box spring on the same delievery truck. With all of that being said, you should have brought it up to the manager and tried to see if they would compensate you for the salesman's poor judgement.
