I got auto and tenant bundle insurance which total should be $473($409 for auto and $57 for tenant) after tax. They charge me $552($496 for auto and $57 for tenant). After I called them regarding this issue, I was informed they did not bundle it together and they are going to do it for future payment. However, when I asked for a refund for the excess amount or to deduct the amount from future payments, I was informed that it was not possible anymore even though it was their fault. When I threatened to complain regarding the issue, the agent's response changed and said that he would inform his supervisor for help. When asked for his name because he did not inform me, every other agent introduced themselves first from belairdirect, he outright said he couldn't provide his name because he was trying to scam me. Best advice, don't take insurance with Belair directly, they always try to scam more money out of you. I called at 11:06 on November 26 2024.

For resolving this, put your grievance in writing (e-mail or formal complaint) by providing details of your case in your words: for instance, overcharging, not providing a bundle deal as they had promised, and not refunding back or giving credits to your account. Convey to them that they should analyze the situation and rectify the error. In case this is not done in a reasonable timeframe, feel free to take it to the next level in the organization or contact a society dealing with consumer protection.
