Oct. 15, 2022, I ordered 5 snow globes from Belk. I changed my mind so returned snow globes to Belk store. Because the globes came from another seller. I had to mail them to Christmas Central in N.Y. I mailed the snow globes Nov. 7, 2022. April 2023, I emailed Christmas Central to find out when I would receive my refund. They said they processed a refund on Dec. 4, 2022! The past 6 months I have been struggling with Belk Customer Care. Each time I call they make new case number. One case number Belk wanted a copy of my UPS receipt showing I returned the snow globes which I forwarded to Belk. Another case number they wanted a copy of my email to Christmas Central which I forwarded. Another case number they wanted all of the UPC numbers for my snow globes which I sent. Now Belk says they can no longer find my order number [protected] dated Oct 15, 2022, so they have closed out my refund request. They told me to contact Christmas Central. I did and they told me again they processed the refund Dec 4, 2022. I greatly appreciate your assistance!
