Great customer service
I ordered my tee because I love the logo. I am size 16/18. I'm 5'3", 175 lbs. I ordered a 2X as I don't like my tees too tight. This 2X was way too big. The sleeves came down past my elbows. It was so long that it came to my knees. I sent a message to TeeSpring who responded that same day. Customer Service informed me that they would send out another in a smaller size (I ended up with size L-slightly snug-lol) That's not the ONLY thing! I don't need to return the 2X. To me, that's great customer service. As far as the shirt, it isn't the best quality. The material is on the thin side. For $30, I'd expect something better. Amazing customer service
I ordered a shirt and it was sadly too small. I had thought the size was comparable to other online stores and was mistaken. They sent me the right shirt I ordered and it was entirely my error. I sent an email to see if I could return the product or get it refunded or exchanged and their response blew my mind. "They" apologized and offered to reprint and resend a shirt at no cost to me for a larger size of my choosing and then said that returning the shirt was not neccessary but I could donate it or give it away to someone who wanted or needed it. I was floored by this response as I am used to dealing uncaring and unfeeling customer service. I know I was the one at fault but the absolute human way they approached this issue was amazing and wonderful. Truly a great buisness.

A woman in the supermarket was wearing a LET MIMI HANDLE IT hoody and I instantly fell in love. Luckily she allowed me to photograph her back and she gave me the name of the Teespring.com website. I found t-shirts and all sorts of sweatshirts with the names my siblings' grandkids use: MIMI, GRAMMY and GRANDMA. So I ordered 3 hoodies. The quality of the sweatshirts is great warm, soft, and multiple washings haven't altered brightness or size.
The Teespring website also offers apparel for sports, holiday, beer, and pet enthusiasts. They have fun leggings, phone cases, and mugs all kinds of stuff for unique gifts. The customer support I counted on was graciously given by Aireen who cleared up my questions and helped with suggestions.

An amazing experience
I ordered a fibromyalgia shirt in which my name was on. This shirt means a lot to me because I was just recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Knowing my name is among those Warriors who also suffer, whom may have lost the battle, or continue to fight for a cure for this disease, means the world to me.
An unfortunate event had happened after my shirt was delivered to my home. Unfortunately we found out that my shirt was stolen right after the mail carrier put my shirt in my mailbox. Not only did Teespring make me another shirt free of charge, they were in constant contact with me to make sure that my needs were met. To make sure that I was able to get the shirt with my name on it. They have gone over and Beyond the Call of Duty to make sure that their customers are satisfied. On behalf of my family and I, I greatly appreciate everything you have done.

Its not often that I run into a business that treats their customers so well... It's easy when things go as planned but the best companies are able to take a potentially negative situation (request for return) and turn it into a positive experience! My shirt was not as I expected, and it was a custom job... so, I could return the item if I really wanted to, but there was no item to replace it... Nancy explained the details in a concise and kind manner and instantly offered a great solution..."take a look at our inventory and pick out something you like as a replacement"... Although she was not able to replace my special t-shirt I was made to feel special and got a nice replacement as well.

A sweatshirt to be thankful for ;)
My smallest and youngest child needed a sweater for the upcoming cold weather -- winters here in the flatlands in California feel harsh to *us*, at least, even if the midwest laughs at temperatures: yes, we call this winter. Every other name has been taken, including yours. I don't know where we went wrong -- we swagged his size? We just ordered wrong? I don't know, but when it finally arrived, it was BEAUTIFUL and two sizes too big.
I sat on it for a week, actively denying that anything was wrong. It might not fit today, but it will definitely fit when he starts high school!
I finally decided to contact customer service with the full truth and see iif there was anything that could be done to help me. I had low hopes - - I couldn't even find the packing slip.
Here's the thing, though: not only did customer help at Teespring meet my expectations, Ruel completely blew the ceiling on hopes and expectations! Teespring does not take returns, so the original sweatshirt has been donated to an appropriate member of our local community, and a replacement sweatshirt in a size for seventh grader should be here by Thanksgiving.
The philosophy behind Teespring gives me hope. I am delighted by how graciously we were taken care of, even though we are the ones who made the mistake -- I'll be doing a lot of Christmas and birthday shopping thru Teespring because they really didn't have to be so understanding and forgiving, but they did it anyway.

I recently placed an order on Teespring.com for one T-shirt for my husband. It was fantastic! (He loves it - and hes the type who is very hard to buy for). Shortly after I received his t-shirt in the mail, I received an email from Teespring offering a discount on my next order when the imbedded link in the email is used. I took the opportunity of the 15% off discount and actually purchased 4 animal rescue-themed shirts for myself. (One for him/four for me).
I ordered all 4 of my shirts in a medium womens short sleeved t-shirt style (each print has up to 5 different style options to choose from!). Initially I had trouble with the email link for the discount. I contacted them right after the order was placed as the sale price did not reflect in my total charged. Not only did they answer my email extremely quickly, but they were gracious enough to credit me back the difference, even after I placed the order. I saw the credits right away. Thank you!
Then the shirts came in about 2 weeks later; receiving them in separate packages 3 days in a row. 1 shirt, then 2 more and finally the last shirt. One shirt was a medium womens premium short sleeved tee made by District brand while the other 3 were all medium womens standard short sleeved tees by Gildan brand. I like my shirts to fit comfortably, not form-fitting, so I ordered mediums rather than smalls just for that purpose.
Upon inspection, the District womens premium tee was much smaller in length, arms, waist, etc. It looked like it was still good quality but the sizing differed from the online chart and it did not fit. So I contacted Teespring again. Once again, they answered each email quickly and thoroughly (in total, there were close to 6-7 emails back & forth). They completely surprised me by helping with my order issue with a gracious and generous offer to upgrade the District brand tee to a different style by Gildan (since I already knew the Gildan fit me well) and shipped it right out to me.
They were courteous, friendly, professional and very helpful in each email. I am *extremely impressedwith Teespring.com and the level of care they offer their customers. The shirts are all excellent quality, their customer service is top notch (probably the best service that Ive received in many years!), and the selection of shirts/sweatshirts is ridiculously large! Its really fun to see so many styles on one website. Any theme you want or need, Teespring probably has it - many options of it, too. I was happily surprised to see so many animal rescue/anti-cruelty/animal lover options, to be honest. Thats how I ended up buying four shirts. My intention was to buy one but I just couldnt help myself. Each one seemed to be cuter or funnier or more powerful than the prior one.
Thank you, Teespring! Youve made this entire shopping experience so much better than I could have hoped. You have gained a loyal customer. The way you handled both issues was more than I anticipated, and youve earned my respect and gratitude.
(BTW: I was not asked to write a review; as a matter of fact it was just the opposite. I asked Teespring where I could write a review on their behalf after everything was said & done because I am extremely impressed and completely thrilled with this experience).
Sure, they could have told me to return the smaller fitting shirt and place a new order; but they didnt. They asked me to donate the small shirt (as it would not be able to be re-sold and that would have been a waste). Theyre even conscious of environmental wastefulness. What an absolutely delightful company to do business with! Good customer service and good morals? Thats definitely not the norm lately. Its a relief to know some companies do still care about their customers happiness and not just the bottom line.
I would not hesitate to buy from them again and I highly recommend Teespring.com for the next time youre looking for fun/quirky/stylish T-shirts/sweatshirts. You will not be disappointed!

I've been requesting for a refund for days and AIREEN has been giving me the run around. Customer service is awful. All I got back today was another email letting me know they will give me store credit and to purchase something else from the website. I'm posting a second review, as this pertains less to my utterly failed order, which my last review was for, and more to the service afterwards. Well, lack thereof, of course!
As I mentioned, the tracking for the mug wasn't working, despite the claim it had been shipped out. Unsurprisingly, it's still not here. The rest of the order has seemingly also gone AWOL. I've not even bothered trying to ask what's up with it, as customer service is sure to ignore my very existence despite hogging my money.
In the end, I filed a PayPal dispute, which I just immediately raised to a claim as it was pointless waiting for them to respond. This was proven true, as PayPal gave Teespring 20 days, yes, TWENTY DAYS, to respond to the claim with information, and they just didn't care to do so, so I won the case and got refunded by PayPal! You'd think I'd be happy with my money back, but this was such a waste of time! Sure, I'm glad I haven't been out sixty-four euros of my hard-earned money, but it's been out of my hands for over a month with NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT. They just hung me and my cash out to dry for all that time! Plus, I have no clue if my refund will affect the content creator I bought the merch from, I'd feel bad for taking away any of the money they made with their campaign!
Clearly, this company is good at lying and deflecting blame on the coronavirus, but we're past the point where the pandemic is causing a complete halt of service in functional companies. Seemingly, this is not the case for Teespring, and I doubt the virus is really the problem here. Maybe it caused the existing customer support and order satisfaction issues to come to a head, but regardless, it's INEXCUSABLE.
I've legitimately grown frustrated to see many of the content creators I support still only offer their merchandising through this frankly garbage company. This company and their higher ups DON'T care about customer support, they DON'T care if you get what you pay for, they DON'T care to answer PayPal inquiries, they DON'T care, PERIOD. All they care about is getting your money right away, and are seemingly hoping you forget about your order during the refund window of PayPal and Credit Card Companies!
And, to top it off, all the positive reviews on Trustpilot are looking awfully similar. It SEEMS Teespring is VERY LIKELY inflating the score with fake 5 and 4 star reviews, which are all praising fast and helpful customer service DESPITE THE FACT ALL THE LEGITIMATE REVIEWS KEEP POINTING OUT THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, AT ALL! Those just don't smell right to anyone with any grain of sense.
All in all, it seems this company is probably failing, and close to shutting its doors, all the while trying to save its image. If this company, or its executives, had any decency, they'd stop the charade.

On November 28, 2022, I placed an order for 3 items. My credit card was charged that day. Today is Feb. 2, 2023. I still have never received the items. Since Nov. 29, 2022, the Teespring website says my order is processing. I have emailed Teespring numerous times, only to be told they are having printing issues, that my items will be printed soon and I will be notified when the items are shipped - or alternatively, I can request a refund. Although I have tried my best to be patient - despite the order being two months old, there has been no progress on the order, and no further follow up notifications from TeeSprong.
There is no phone number to contact TeeSpring, only an email. With each email I send, a response from them takes days - and more than once there has been no response at all. There is no follow up by any company rep to make sure this order is processed. Seemingly no effort whatsoever has been taken to make this right. Instead, the company has charged my account over $78 for items that are endlessly stuck in "processing" as per their order tracking website. How does a company like this still stay in business?
I have requested in my emails to get contact info for a manager or owner, thinking surely management would want to hear about this and fix their poor customer service. . . . - but that request has continued to be ignored, along with my request to follow up and expedite my order.
On the company's behalf, I will say that 4 items I have ordered have been decent quality. Unfortunately, with 3 of those four orders we had significant shipping delays and issues. Only one order, which was for stickers, were shipped to us within a reasonable time.
I would like 1) to be notified that there is active effort by this company to ensure my order is processed and expedited; 2) for the website tracking info to be updated expeditiously, and 3) to be notified the issue has been resolved and my items have been shipped. Furthermore, I would like an acknowledgement that 1) management and their employees are aware that their current business practices are woefully inadequate 2) they are diligently working to remedy their print on demand order issues, and 3) they care enough about their customers and about staying in business to do so. If not, I will make the decision to take down my merchandise store, move my business elsewhere, and spread the word to other merchandisers about by experience with this company. Currently, I could never promote or suggest other print on demand customers use TeeSpring. Sad.
Desired outcome: Having my items shipped along with the actions and acknowledgments described above.
Update 2/3/23: I contacted TeeSpring again yesterday to request a status on the orders placed last November. Surprisingly, they responded quickly, apologized for having technical issues with their print partners, and said they should have their delayed orders processed by Feb. 20th. Hopefully they are making the necessary changes to get on the right track.
Did not receive full shipment
I ordered a coffee cup and two sweatshirts in approx September 2002. I received the coffee cup but not the sweatshirts. The sweatshirts should have read It is a Hanna thing you would not understand. I have the following information printed on the bottom of the cup. 11-01 [protected]-0001.

Hi there,
On 12/03/2021 I bought a domain for the store set up on the Teespring platform. It only went on until the next day, after which it stopped working. Then I contacted the support team daily, including until today at this time.
They solved absolutely nothing! Some said to wait, others said they could not fix the problem. I asked them to return my money, I did not receive any answer, I have no control over the platform to be able to delete my established store. 7 days have passed and I can't use the store with the domain I bought. Such a thing is not possible! What are the solutions?

I joined teespring in august 2020. I wanted to sell voting apparel tshirts. I posted my design. When I went into my account to set up payoneer, I accidently set up the email incorrectly. I wanted to change my email in to the correct email. Some how this messed up my ability to access my account. I am still not able to access my account. I have tried several times to contact teespring and have gotten a couple of unhelpful replies, but it take 1-2 weeks just to get a reply. I ordered a Lucas the Spider plushie back in June/July of 2018. It is now January 2019 and I haven't received any updates about my order.
I emailed them in December for an update and all I really got in reply was ‘it's on it's way, we'll email you when it ships'
It was supposed to be Christmas present for a friend but now it feels like a waste of money

I ordered a Lucas Plush on 11/03/2018 and Teespring took payment for the product and as of yet I have not received it. They will not provide any updates and no info. They just took my money and have thus far refused a refund. I have contacted the BBB, The RI Attorney Generals office, NYS Attorney Generals Office and The Federal Trade Commission, as well as filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision. DO NOT DO BUISNESS with this company they will scam you take your money and run!
