I bought a t-shirt as a present and had nothing but trouble with Teespring. I want to start by saying that they charged me twice and refused to give my money back. My bank statement clearly showed that there were two charges from Teespring, but these clowns keep telling me that they have nothing to do with that. I told them that I have all the proofs but they claimed that they charged me only once. The second problem was when I opened the package and saw the shirt and I was shocked when I saw that there was no print. It was just a white shirt with no print on it. I made a photo, sent it to Teespring and asked for a refund and they replied that they did not believe me and that they did not receive any photos. Avoid!

Teespring have charged me for purchases that I did not make! I ordered from this site in the past and it was bout 6 month ago. I received my stuff and forgot about this company. But recently I noticed that over $100 just disappeared from my bank account. I have tried calling their customer support countless times and no one ever picked up! There was only automated message stating that they are busy and that I need to call back later. I also tried to contact Teespring through their online chat but there was no response. Total scam!
TeeSpring is the former TeeChip, the ones who ripped me and so many others off. How do I know? They were DUMB enough to use the same slogan, "Would you wear this?". I visited their website and, sure enough, they have "Fundraisers", just like the did when they were called TeeChip.

I made my order back in January and they said it could take some time to deliver it to my country. I told them that everything is ok and I can wait. But I never expected this would take SO long! It is now March and I received nothing yet! Every time I contact them they ask me to be patient! Teespring, are you kidding me? I did receive my tracking number but my order is still processing and I have no idea when it will be shipped! Absolutely ridiculous website and their customer service is a joke! Don't order from them!

Ordered from this company a month ago and received nothing yet! My order id still processing and I have no idea when it would be shipped. Tried to contact Teespring customer service, wanted to ask about the status of my order but received no answer! I got a message from them only once, they said that my order is on its way, but I know that was a lie. I'm so disappointed. Their service is extremely poor and slow. Better shop elsewhere. Spend your money with a more reputable company who will fulfill your order in a timely manner. I will never order from them again even if I will get my shirt. I hate waiting!
totally useless service
I purchased a t-shirt in the beginning of November. The offer was for free shipping and the estimated delivery was November 14th. But I received nothing, so I contacted Teespring customer service. They apologized and said that my order would arrive few days late. Well it’s now January 18th and I still haven't received the product. Every time I check the tracking website, the estimated delivery date is later and later. I tried to ask Teespring customer service, but they have no idea where my order is. I had to pay for their mistake
I was starting my clothing line, so I decided to try this service. I wanted to see if people will like my designs. So I uploaded my design, set the campaign for 7 days and met the goal of 50 shirts. The first message I got from my customer was about him waiting three weeks for the item to arrive. The thing I wasn't expecting was people sending me emails with complaints. I didn't sell them directly, so I couldn't do anything. This was embarrassing, because out of the 50 shirts I sold I had about 30 emails asking me where the items were. Upset customers emailed me as there were no responses from teespring. I didn't want to associate my name with bad service, so I refunded all customers personally. I'm very disappointed.

My friend had a bad experience with Teespring, but he is afraid to do something with it. So I decided to deal with it myself. Well, he ordered five things at once. Their website states that they need two weeks for items to be delivered. It was true. He received his package two weeks later, but there was one little problem. He received only two items. But he was fine with it, mistakes happen he said. Then I decided to help him. They sent him tracking number on the 5th of November and three of the items didn't ship until I complained. I don't know what wrong with them, but I feel they just can not be trusted. I feel ripped off. When my friend placed an order in October, he was hoping to get it by the 25th of November the for a special event. But that didn't happen. If you don't have problems with Teespring, feel lucky. Very bad company. Their products are quite nice, but customer service is just horrible.
seller lied and didn't provide what has happened with the order
I went to the website www.teespring.com and ordered the T-shirts with the logos. I received the email from the seller that they had all logos, and they would send me another email when the order would be ready. I received it, but after that they disappeared for 10 days. When the rep finally replied, he told me that the order hasn’t been shipped. I emailed him again, but he ignored me. I don’t understand this company.
I got wrong size. no idea how to change it
I bought t-shirt for my husband from www.teespring.com. I don’t know how it has happened, but the seller has sent me the size XXL, but I needed only L size. All my emails, which I sent to the seller, were ignored. I checked the availability of these t-shirts and they were in stock. I need to change the size, because the XXL size was really useless to me. How to do it, if the seller avoids me?

Don’t buy from the website www.teespring.com. I have ordered t-shirt from these people, but I placed the order 20/5/15. Today is July already and still no news or delivery. The company turned to be terrible. I understand that I have wasted money and have gained big experience. I will never again buy from such company as this one. I hope my review will help other people.

I ordered 2 t-shirts from the company www.teespring.com. The payment was prompt, because I have used PayPal. The seller unfortunately fooled me. He hasn’t sent any info and didn’t reply to my emails. I was really upset and already contacted the PayPal and asked to help me to return money. I know that it will take time, but I’m sick of waiting and really need some help. It was the worst company, which I have used before.

I purchased T-shirt with logo from the company www.teespring.com. I got confirmation info and the tracking number, but after 4 days I decided to check my order. It turned out that they sent me wrong tracking number. I tried to change it, but they again and again told me ###. No delivery, no correct info. I have no idea what to do now.
