I dire warning that Bell Alliant has been hacked and those responsible probably have your personal information as they have mine including my bank account info and who knows what else. I tried to contact them yesterday Oct 20/23 that I received a strange email claiming I signed up for direct auto pay with my bank account info I the email whichI did not. I confirmed the phone number that was on the email was their own phone number, I then called and tried to talk to a manager, after the first rude gentleman hanged up on me because I kept asking for a manager because it was important and I couldn't hear him because there was so much background noise he hanged up. I called again the bell Alliant number on my bill and was transferred to a accounts Receivable rep that claimed they don't have managers but took my phone number for a manager to call me (doesn't make any sense to me) this so called manager never returned my call so client service is definitely not their priority nor that my personal information has been leaked and how many more people that are Bell Alliant customers that have paid a bill directly from their unline account with a credit card or bank account is now in the hands of hackers and from my 2hr experience on the phone yesterday trying to talk to a manager not getting anywhere "as usual with them" they don't give a damn about us customers! IMPROVED CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY CLAIM WHAT A JOKE
