My husband brought our Jeep Patriot in for an alignment and while he was sitting in the waiting room waiting for them to even bring the car in to get that request done a representative called him and told him that there is a bunch of loose parts on the vehicle. Now take note that they were trying to sell parts and work before they even brought our vehicle in. When he responded that the car doesn't have any loose parts, and they haven't even moved the vehicle form the spot, yet they told him it must have been a different Jeep Patriot.
Then once the alignment was complete on and the invoice was inquired it still had a note stating that our vehicle had a bunch of loose parts that would need to be replaced. My husband has been a mechanic in the past and already looked over our vehicle before the alignment needed to get done and 100% there were no loose parts on our Jeep Patriot.
Recommendation: I would plan on staying the entire time your vehicle is getting worked on. They try to sell parts and labor before they even move the vehicle in the shop to look at them. This is a classic case of a company that tries everything to scam people out of their money.
