My daughter was quoted a price of $287.00 from store manager as a worst case for rear brakes on a Ford Focus 04. When she brought her car in for the rear brakes she was told the price would be over $500.00 Dollars. I immediately called this manager to tell him not to fix the rear brakes. After work I was told, Belle Tire Woodhaven repaired them anyway at $440.00 and I never agreed to this repair. A week later I noticed my young daughters brake line was hanging inches off the ground in front of our house, so, I went into the " Corporate Office" and spoke with a Customer Service Representative ' Mike Hauselman' who reassurance me that he will take care of this matter. Well he called me back on the phone minutes later yelling at me, while calling me a liar and nothing will be done about this matter and that the additional money is more than justified, because the store manager already reduced the price to $440.00 even though I never agreed to this. The additional money he yelled was said to be created by Belle Tire Corporate for the two brake solenoids because the right one was said to be leaking. Then Mike from Corporate yelling told me he was going to call my daughter immediately to tell her what a dirty SOB her dad is because I am concerned.

I bought tires in March and there has been a shake in the front end they cant get them balanced and i have been to 2 different locations and now they dont want to get an appointment that is convenient for me this is the worst place to buy tires so now I am ut 800 going to go back to Discount tire for all my purchases

Just went to the Fenton Michigan location and AGAIN yet another problem...
Honestly I don’t know how they stay in business at this location.
6 empty bays and the guy tells me they close in an hour and they’re to busy to put tires on my truck... talk about a lazy sob...

Well today is the last time in first time I ever had a bad experience with a well known place of business NAMED BELLE TIRE OUT OF BELLEVILLE MICHIGAN. I was in need of a Wheel Alignment on my Pick up Truck, that I just had a lot of front end work done on. So I made many phone calls to many other places before I ended up here, Oct 27 2021 9:30am I decided to call in see if my day would be made. Because its been along time coming with this truck in I'm so ready for this winter I'd say. After speaking with the gentleman an be quoted $250 For wheel alignment and outer tire rod I was convinced . So upon arriving I notice that there are many people being serviced with me about to be one of them. Big smile on my face, so once inside I'm thinking to myself lets see what else I may can add to this tab. So I wanted to look at some tires as well, cool no problem 265 75/r16 mud tires great you need them anyways. Tab at about $700 take my keys call me when its done 10am so 3 hour job I'm with it. Here comes the issues 3pm I called 4 times just for in update to see if there could be any other hidden issues that I'm not aware of. Kept being placed on hold an never heard back from anyone, so now I'm getting upset because I get a phone call saying the tires you wanted we don't have but the ones you have on your truck I can get those in for you. Tab goes up because these are firestone mudder's . Okay cool since price going up put me some wheel locks as well, no problem... get there hours later to pick up truck I'm being told everything is done just waiting on wheel alignment . okay cool 20 minutes later after sitting outside looking at my truck parked, right in the parking lot its all done not sure why the guy told you its not ready yet . So I'm like okay no communication going in here, but can I speak with the wheel alignment person to assure its done. Never came to speak with me just paid $800 Bucks in sent on my way. Get home a little not pleased with the steering wheel having play in it, to notice that my wheel locks aren't on the wheels. So now I'm going back a little uneven now after this one here. I get their looking for answers that they had waiting for me already from the look on the 6 guys faces that was standing there telling me they did there job in if the wheel still has play in it, its because of my 1999 GMC has a gearbox. Which has nothing to do with a wheel alignment an far as the wheel locks they put them on in the mist of the looking for answers to also be told its not there problem in we cant fix it here. I felt almost taking advantaged of at that moment after speaking with the store manager thinking it would get me some type of compensation for my inconvenience to be walked outside in told have a good day. Very rude in unprofessional Never again i will be going back, in if i do it needs to be free.

Never get you brakes done at Belle Tire they will rip you off.

Belle Tire - Comstock Park, MI and Plainfield Avenue Location (Grand Rapids, MI)

11-12-2022 - Went to each location and encountered the most rude and unprofessional customer service associates. I was greeted with, "next in line, over here." There was no, "hello, how can we help you today." Just an angry looking associate who clearly wanted to be somewhere else. I explained that I had a tire sensor issue and the associate responded, "It's a 4 hour wait." I did not care to continue dealing with that attitude so I drove to the Plainfield location and after dealing with an associate there he responded with, "Did you fill it up? It's a 6 hour wait." I completed my due diligence with troubleshooting the tire prior to going to Belle Tire and was in no mood to continue working with this company.

I drove to Discount Tire where the friendly associate went out to my car and within 5 minutes determined that the tire sensors weren't calibrated correctly AND found a 3 inch nail in my rear driver side tire. The original sensor indicated a problem with the right front tire which was actually the tire with the nail in it.

Belle Tire is a big name and clearly do not spend any time training their associates to be friendly, cordial or professional.

Daughter bought 2 new rear tires for her car and the very next day one went out while diving and they will not replace the defective tire because she did not buy there insurance, What ever happened to factory warranty the tire has an obvious soft spot on the back side of the tire. Bought 4 tires at Firestone and did not have to buy insurance on my tires

I picked up a screw in my back tire. I stopped at Bell Tire on Haggerty Road. They ordered the tire for a $50 non-refundable deposit and told me to drop my truck off tomorrow at 10AM ( I assumed that was an appointment) and it would be done by 2PM. That was Wednesday 11/15/23. I was not told that they were booked up for 1 and a half weeks already or that I may or may not get my car back on time due to their busy-ness. I dropped my 4 year old granddaughter at preschool, then dropped off the truck at Bell. I got a ride home. Now, at 3PM I was supposed to pick my granddaughter back up at pre-school. But my truck wasn't done (no call) I scrambled and got someone to pick up granddaughter. I then called Bell. A rude and surly service guy answered the phone and told me in short, rude terms that unless I had an appointment I could not expect my vehicle at a certain time. I told him I thought I had an appointment, he looked it up and then told me (rudely, again) drop offs are not appointments (I guess even if TOLD to drop off). I was not upset or rude, just asking questions, the surly truck-stop attitude from Bell Service was uncalled for. If I had been told about their booking issues, I would have gone to Discount Tire (right next door), and an 10 hour window on preschool day would have been important to know about, don't you think. Bell Tire Associates were sweet as pie getting my order, then nasty and surly when customer service was needed. From now on I will be going DISCOUNT TIRE only. If I ever get my one lousy tire replaced that is.

Had a appointment for 3 pm made 2 weeks ago showed up at 2:45 gave counter guy keys went for a walk one hour later car still where i parked it. counter guy said repair guy working on anther car so what the hell is it good to make a appointment? mngr jeff that made my appt.i said i had a appt. at 3pm and he gave me a stupid look and ignored me. what a bunch of [censored]es! went to safelite for windpw chip repair paid double but was completly satisfied. belle tire will never see me in there store again! roseville belle tire in michigan should be in the hall of shame on tv because their employees once they get you thinking your getting something great it turns out to be a goose egg. i don't think corporate has a clue in these complaints or they are just as argorrant as their managers that run their shoddy business. but lucky for them they still have a bunch of nieve suckers that still go sit and wait because they have nothing better to do. then when they get their bill or poorly worked on vehicle they will see that their decision on BELLE TIRE was a HUGE MISTAKE.
