I ain't gonna lie, I was pretty excited when I found BHK Quest's website. I was on the hunt for a new place to call home and their selection of 2 BHK flats in Hargovind Enclave caught my eye. I got in touch with the owner, Mahaveer, and he seemed like a stand-up guy. He promised me that he would get the flat repaired and painted by the owner before I moved in. I trusted him and paid the entire amount upfront.

Fast forward 6 months and my house is still not repaired and painted. I'm pretty disappointed, to say the least. I've tried reaching out to Mahaveer multiple times, but he's been dodging my calls and messages. It's frustrating because I feel like I've been taken advantage of.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend BHK Quest based on my experience. It's a shame because I really liked the flat and the location, but the lack of follow-through from the owner has left a bad taste in my mouth. If you're considering using their services, I would advise you to proceed with caution.

I recently had an experience with BHK Quest, and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. I was in the market for a new flat in Chhatarpur, and I came across Naresh Kumar Tanwar, the owner of Jai Hind Associates A1 Birla Farm. He showed me a property on the third floor of Chhatarpur extension, and I was quite impressed with it. After some negotiation, Naresh agreed to sell me the flat for 13 Lakh, and I gave him a token amount of 1 Lakh. He promised to renovate the flat within two months.

However, after two months, Naresh refused to hand over the flat for 13 Lakh and demanded 15 Lakh instead. He claimed that the value of the flat had increased. To make matters worse, he refused to return my token money and offered me a flat on the fourth floor for the same price. I was hesitant to buy the top floor flat due to water leakage problems, but Naresh promised to fix it. I trusted him and gave him the remaining amount to purchase the top floor flat. However, he did not solve the water leakage problem.

To my shock, a few months later, I found out that the same flat had been sold to another person. I have been fighting for the ownership of the flat, but Naresh has disappeared and is not answering my calls. It turns out that Naresh Kumar Tanwar is a cheater and a dishonest person. I did some research on the internet and found out that he has cheated many homebuyers.

I would advise anyone looking to buy property in Chhatarpur to stay away from Naresh Kumar Tanwar and his company, Jai Hind Associates A1 Birla Farm. He is not to be trusted, and he will only cause you trouble and heartache.

Attention all homebuyers! I have a warning for you about Bhk Quest. This agency is not reliable and you should never trust their representative, Mahaveer Singh Tanwar. He is a cheat who makes false promises to unsuspecting homebuyers.

Let me tell you about my experience with Mahaveer Singh Tanwar and Bhk Quest. I found them through a fake property listing on 99 Acres. Mahaveer showed me a flat and quoted a low price. I agreed to buy the flat and gave him the token amount. However, he suddenly increased the price, claiming that the owner was asking for more money.

I asked him to return my money, but he refused. Instead, he tried to convince me to buy a flat in bad condition, promising that the owner would repair it. I had already given him a large token amount and felt like I had no other option. I trusted him and purchased the flat in bad condition, hoping that the owner would repair it.

Unfortunately, the owner kept postponing the repair work and making false excuses. When I approached Mahaveer Singh for help, he backed out of his promises and refused to assist me. Later, I found out that he had received a large commission from the owner to sell the property in bad condition. He had also taken a commission from me but did nothing to help me. In fact, he took my money and trapped me in a bad deal.

I had to spend an additional 2 lakh rupees to get the flat repaired. I suffered significant losses and know firsthand how it feels to be cheated and lose your life savings. That's why I'm warning you all not to trust Mahaveer Singh or Bhk Quest. They are a fake agency that is not RERA registered and has no signboard or documents. They can take your money and disappear at any time, so be careful.

In conclusion, I urge all homebuyers to be cautious when dealing with Bhk Quest and Mahaveer Singh Tanwar. Don't fall for their false promises and don't trust them with your hard-earned money. Stay safe and protect your investments.
