They advertise a 5 yr warranty which was just to sell a bad product. I have had mine for just over a year and it quit working. I have emailed them 3 weeks ago and received no response. I have also tried calling their "customer service" number and never been able to get anyone to answer. I feel like I need to complain about the complaint board here since they dont want to do what they say they will. How much info can you give about a defective electric blanket and a company that doesnt want to accept responsibility for a poor product. What picture could possibly be helpful. The complaint board here is about as useful as the company selling junk
Desired outcome: refund, apology and or replacement

there was no reason to "clarify" that this board and biddeford are not related. I never indicated or suggested that it was. There is also no reason to post receipts since you have never resolved anything with this company to date and they wont respond to customers either. My reference was to the min number of letters for you to accept on a complaint. While some things would be easy to write that much about, a failed electric blanket and no response from the company and no answer to phone calls doesnt need that many words. Knowing biddeford is such a lowlife company, I just want to help as many people as possible not make the same mistake myself and others have done by buying their junk
Sounds like Biddeford Blankets is more interested in keeping you warm with their promises than with their actual product. A five-year warranty thatās really just for show ā quite the marketing strategy! Couldāve been worse, though; at least the blanket didnāt catch fire. Maybe the only warmth youāll get from them is the heated frustration. Hereās hoping they eventually wake up and honor that warranty.
I dont think they care enough to even respond to anyone. The fake warranty sold a lot of blankets
