The bus I took from Johor barhu left very late, because it was waiting to be full ! After that it made several stops, even if it was suppose to go to KL directly... At every stop, they were waiting for the bus to get full. Because of that we arrive in the middle of the night in KL. Inside the bus it was discussing, rubbish on the floor, the ceiling was broken, seat were dirty.
The other buses we took in Malaysia were all perfect, so I would never take Billion stars again !
horrible bus service and uncomfortable seats
We booked Billion Stars from KL to Singapore (AJY6811) on 10 December @ 10.15pm. We experienced the worst services and horrible driver. He's on his phone for long time and played loud music during the 6 hours journey. There's no way anyone could rest. Even when we're stuck in the custom, he was impatient waiting for customers and wanted to throw the bags of the passengers who've yet to board. What's this? We paid RM150 for both pax, it's not cheap tickets and services sucks. Will never NEVER book again.

when i buy the ticket i choose the single seat ready.for example 5A but when the bus reach my place already seat by others . is it means that person need to move to his/her place?not i am the one who need to change to double!i just one person so i choose the single seat now i seat at others place, i really dunt know this billion star give customer chooses their seat for what reason.better tell urs worker be allert about it .

Billion Stars Express (Transtar Group) Bus Plate No AGW 6755
On the 17th of November 2017 at 12.15am, we took a Billion Stars bus from One Utama to Singapore, with an estimated time of arrival between 5 to 6 hours.
The web site we booked on easybook.com advertised Wi-Fi, refreshments in-seat computer power and in- seat entertainment with a 4.5 star rating being one if the highest in the list. Arriving on the bus there was no Wi-Fi, no in seat entertainment, charging socket or refreshments. The bus was old and filthy. The start of many disappointments to follow.
The bus made a quick stop at BTS and then onto another station. Here, the driver annouced for some passangers to get down and fill up the next coach, also a Billion bus. As our tickets had numbered seats, some passangers who were foreigners wanted to clarify whether the other bus was going to the same place and whether they would get the same seats were treated rudely by the second driver because they spoke in English. He yeld at them and ask them to move their belongings to the next coach in a hurry. After all that commotion, we had to wait for almost an hour because there was no driver to drive the bus. Either the driver went missing or there isnt a driver for the bus?! Gets me to wonder what kind of bus management is this?! We only left KL sometime between 2.15am to 2.40am.
Then at some point, we made a pit stop at Kulai. The second driver took over the wheel. I was in the toilet when the samseng bus driver decided to drive off purposely making at least 4 passangers run after the bus because we weren't fast enough up on the bus. When he finally stopped and we got onto the bus, he looked justified. We were all stunned by the sheer bully attitude the second driver displayed. Mind you, the entire stop didn't go past 15 mins.
That wasn't all, throughout the journey the second bus driver not only received calls on his mobile phone but made them while on the wheel, putting all passangers safety at RISK!
Finally, after going through Singapore immigration, the bus driver loaded more passangers onto the bus. These passangers stood in the aisle of our seat going into Singapore.
We were glad to get off the bus when we finally reached our destination.
This has been the worst bus experience for me and my friend thus far. I am very disappointed at the false advertising on the website and service this company provided. We arrived at our destination at 10.30am, making it almost double the estimated travel time.
late departure
i bought a ticket from penang tu kl for today. i am in a hurry so i bougt the earliest ticket at 7.45 am. i am very dissapointed and uoset because the bus management did not depart at 7.45 am but at 8.45 am. there was another passenger begging a few times asking to depart on time as she has flight ticket today at klia and she was in hurry too. i am very2 dissapointed and i want this to be handled. the bus plate number is wve 1551.

I booked the bus, from 1 Utama to Penang, i booked it weeks before, and i booked seat 9A, today 13/10/17, the departure time was 2.45pm, then i was told by the worker in the 1 Utama office that the bus might be delayed for 15 minutes at first, 15 minutes later they told me 30 more minutes delayed, then the bus came to fetch us at 4.30pm as promised in the paper (2.45pm departure time ), the moment i got onto the bus, i was shocked that there was someone sitting at my place, then i told the driver that someone's sitting at my place, he then yelled at me, saying "cincai duduk larh, ini free seats!" The problem is that i already booked and paid for my 9A seat, i ended up sitting a seat that i didnt want to, if everyone can be like so simply sit on others' place (free seat), then why would i have to book and pay for the ticket to reserve my seat ? Plus, i wanted to put my hand carry at the place that all others put, when i came down again the driver already closed it, he then yelled, "sudah full, pi atas pi atas !. Then i just brought my hand carry up and put it on my legs, 10 minutes later, he stopped the bus to fetch another people, i noticed that he opened the door for the people to put their hand carries, he just told me, "sudah full!" but then somehow they could just put their things, it wasnt FULL, it was all because of his laziness of opening the door again . The attitude of the bus driver should be penalized, he should apologize to those he had treated rudely . His job is to serve us and not to throw temper on us ! The arrangement of the seats for customers should be strictly improved, they shouldn't allow such "FREE SEATS" for those people, it's extremely unfair for those who had booked and paid to reserve for their seats ! complaining about bus break down
First, I booked a ticket on 25th, 1am with Billion Star Express bus company to Singapore. Secondly, the driver move out as exact timing but stopped at a rest area after few minutes & we keep waiting until more than half an hour & the driver start move out again at 1.45am finally.
Around 3.45am, the driver tell us the bus is broke down & have to wait a earliest (6.30am)bus from TBS again to fetch us together once the bus across our break down location.We keep waiting almost 1 hour more & no respond from the driver & we got 3 ppl have to work in the morning in Singapore & it is almost late to us. So we decide to take a normal personal car that taking break around to wish the driver willing fetch us by his car to Johor Checkpoint & paid RM 120 as his transport fee.
We reach at Johor checkpoint at 7am & we pay again total RM 15 to any tour bus to fetch us 3 ppl to Tuas checkpoint. We stuck on the road before Tuas checkpoint almost 1 hour cause it is already early in the morning & we are long queue in 1 more hour til approximately 9am. After pass the Tuas checkpoint we pay again total $15 to another tour bus to beach road.
Finally we late to work at 10 am & we facing cut salary in this month. I hope current company to refund or pay back to us about all our losting.

counter bad services ; easybook website information is incorrect
This is my ever worst bad experience on a bus service.
I booked the bus ticket from Easybook. Depart location stated that is from Komtar, Penang. I went to the counter to collect the bus ticket before 30 mins (following the instruction stated in the booking voucher). The lady in the office said she couldn't print the bus ticket and told me to get on to a van (which parked in front of the office) and collect the bus ticket at Sungai Nibong. I can't understand what is going on. I show my booking voucher to her and asked am I suppose to take the bus at Komtar. The lady started to lost her patient, she stood up and said : " Aiyo ~ here where got bus for you. You know, if I stop my bus at here more than 6 minutes, the police will come and summon me. " I was thinking, "How I know this?". I told that Lady I was going to have my lunch in the mall, and now you want me to get on to a van. The lady told me I must came to the office before 2.30pm to catch the van. The van will send us to Sungai Nibong Bus Terminal. I still could not understand the whole situation and when I was looking further for clarification, the lady just stared on me, like I'm not supposing to ask any question. As a customer, I don't even have a right to ask isn't it ? My departure time is 2.45pm. The van departed from Komtar at 2.33pm. Absolutely I was late. I was so nervous in the van and start to search for another optional plan. When I reached Sungai Nibong Bus Terminal at 3.08pm. The van driver told me to collect my bus ticket at the counter. I asked the lady at the counter, what is the departure time, and then she said 3.30pm. What?! How come the ticket that I booked from Easybook is totally different at what I facing now.
And there was no information stated that the bus will stop at few stations. It took 6 hours to reach my destination.
There is no any information stated in the website during my booking
1. The actual departure location is at Sungai Nibong instead of Komtar
2. The actual departure time is 3.30pm instead of 2.45pm
3. This is not a direct bus, where it stops at few stations.
I could understand that bus company may change the pick up point due to some unforeseen circumstances. I am glad they provide the van service instead asking me go to Sungai Nibong by myself. But when I was clarifying the situation, could the lady be more professional and explain the situation to me ? Malaysia is not a safe country, you asked me to get on to a van without explaining the reason, of course I will be curious about it.
I hope there are improvement for the bus company and the Easybook website :
1. Stated actual pick-up point & departure time
2. Stated where is it direct bus or multiple drop-off point journey
3. Inform passenger if their departure location is actually a meet-up point
4. Basic Customer Service Manner - Smile & Polite

Please stop operating from now. Your driver sucks and left me at larkin bus terminal instead of tun aminah (skudai). I bought a ticket to go to tun aminah and not larkin. Also please dont oversale the tickets, it's so [censor]ing stupid. I been asked to change my seat there were two tickets with same seating number. [censor]ing bus services because of its [censor] company. And please, if your driver were to wait for passengers at tbs kl, can you let you current passengers to have a break time. Omg [censor] you driver and the bus number was pjj 8875.
late/no show bus from tbs-sgp
Bought a ticket for 3rd september 2017 from TBS. Depart at 1530hr to singapore - beach road. Waited until 1700 and Bus did not turn up. Presumabky due to jam for haji. Instead another bus came (the bus was one of the perak BOS taurus team bus) to pick us up.
The new bus is a 40seater instead of a 27seater that i bought. To make it more uncomfortable, the tbs staff was trying to fit in as many passengers possible (presumably from another bus that did not turn up) into this 40seater.
Bus departed at 1700hr. We only reached beach road at 0300hr next day.
How can you treat your paying customers this way? No compensation for change in bus allocation (27seater to 40seater)? No commitment from company to ensure bus departs on time (1530 to 1700)? No commitment from company to ensure bus travel time is kept within limits (from 5hrs to 10hrs)?
I personally travel on bus to and fro kl and sg alot. And this is probably the worst trip i have taken til date. And will definitely share this experience to everyone out there.
cancellation trip without information
We suppose take bus to JB LARKIN at 04/09/2017 @8.45am.And We waiting till 9am, one of the TBS staff just inform us this trip cancel due to only 3 of us only.What a shame!We bought this 3 tickets at 03/09/2017.If you want to cancel this trip, why not inform us early?and now, we have to waste another 1 and half hour to wait another bus.Can we have a good explain from your company?
a horrible experience with billion star coach
This is long as I have to elaborate the details of our horrible experience.
My husband and I travelled to Singapore from KL 2 days ago. We decided to take Billion star as it had the earliest schedule amongst all buses available during that day, plus we needed to travel with comfort as I am pregnant. We arrived at 1utama terminal 15minutes before the time and we still couldn't see the bus. On schedule (6:30am) the bus arrived, but to our surprise the driver came out of the bus wrapped in a towel. Yes, he decided to take a bath at the terminal's toilet. After 20 minutes, passengers decided to enter the bus without anyone checking the tickets. When the driver finally finished his bath time, he asked his colleague to let everyone come out of the bus for he has to change clothes inside. Of course, everyone was pissed.
Finally, we departed. And as if the delay was not enough, the bus stopped at TBS to pick up some passengers. At that point I just told myself to calm down and don't mind the delay as long as we are safe. I couldn't see the driver from my seat but I could hear his loud voice while talking to the phone, and his music was annoying. I felt unsafe and unable to sleep.
During the entire trip, the driver stopped only once to allow us to pee only. He announced "only 2 minutes". The R&R had no proper food stalls, only had a few unhealthy snacks. So with empty stomaches, we were hoping he would stop on a proper R&R. Sadly, he made 2 stops as his partner picked up something, not to allow us to eat. No announcements on why we stopped. To make things worse, the bus stopped at Larkin terminal because they actually picked up passengers bound for Larkin. At this point, I really felt cheated, regretting why we chose this bus. Some passengers who were unfamiliar with the place asked if they should go down, but the driver and his partner never cared to answer. One passenger asked the driver if we could please hurry because he has a meeting to catch. The driver of course, acted as if he hasn't heard anything.
Atlast we arrived at the immigration. And again no announcements, left the unexperienced passengers clueless. Driver left without checking if everyone's inside the bus. The passenger at the back kept on shouting to please wait as his family is still outside buying food. The driver went on anyway. The passenger had to run and stop the driver, so we made a quick stop and waited. One last passenger arrived and the second driver was murmuring something that made the passenger angry. Passenger yelled at the driver, you never stopped so that we can eat (in malay). The first driver had to ask the passenger to calm down and take a seat. We then proceeded to SG border, where the queues for immigration were very long. We were the first ones to arrive in the bus and the driver didn't wait very long. They left some passengers and took a few chance passengers for 2dollars each. At that moment I just prayed that we will arrive soon as I am already stressed out and starving. To make it worst, the reckless driver bumped the car in front (another cause of delay).
Finally we arrived! But nope, they did not drop us to the promised destination (Kitchener Complex). I couldn't take it anymore, I got so mad and just had to speak up. I showed the ticket to the driver and he just told me that we are already in Kitchener. I argued that it was not the place, I knew it was Golden mile complex. I got really angry as the driver was acting like he never understood me, even though I told him that we booked a hotel next to Kitchener because of what you promised. I felt really stressed out all throughout the trip.
I would highly recommend that people will avoid this bus company. I am writing this post while I am seated comfortably at a much cheaper bus with much better service.

On 26 August 2017, I booked two tickets from easybook.com from TBS-KL to Singapore (Beach Road) at 3.30am depart for RM55/seat. The bus was late 20 minutes and arrives at 3.50. (We got onto AGW 6855 bus) Then the driver stopped at sungai Besi PLUS highway stop for 30 minutes then resume journey. I could not sleep at all due to SMELLY interior and very dirty seats. The recliner broke so I was forced to remain sit straight until Singapore. The aircond vent almost fell off and the lights mostly not working. How can you operate a long-haul coach like this? Then the bus stopped again at Yong Peng another 30 minutes. Then they stopped at Larkin-JB to drop passenger and by 9.15 reach Malaysian custom. By 9.40 we reached Woodlands. The clearing customs at Woodland was late therefore when we got down at 10.00am, the bus already LEFT US. Imagine you are first time travelling in another country and then missed by the bus? It was such a panic moment. I was not the only passanger. There are 3 more passengers left out. Two of them are international passenger. We in a group found out way to the city ourselves. This is unacceptable. The fare was paid to send me to Beach road, instead we took another bus to get there. I demand my money back. The journey was not completed. - 1)Bad seating that cannot be fully adjust, it only can be adjusted 1 level back down while the others can lay back at least 3 levels down. 2)Air-conditioning above my head is badly broken and cannot be adjust, cold air keep blowing towards my face which is very uncomfortable and cold. 3)The WiFi which is provided in the bus, is not working.
Frankly speaking, it's torturing me during the 4-5 hours journey, and I paid RM75.00 for it, yet I got myself into this miserable situation.
-Requesting for a refund, hopefully. And i'm also hoping that they'll solve the issue by repairing it, so that other passenger can enjoy their ride better. Thank You.

I bought bus ticket online with chosen seat. Due to poor system of bus company, other passenger came and rebut seat with me. Then driver and bus company staff asked me to let go my seat to another party as they said it is free-seated. I am very not happy with it as i have to be seated on another seat i less preferred which is behind seat. I strongly dissatified on the system. If there is free-seated bus, please do not offer option to choose seat when i am booking the ticket online.

unethical behaviour-
July 2, Penang to KL at 0000hrs, Plate number BND9711. I witnessed the driver of the bus physically assaulting a passenger. The passenger reported a water lick in his aircon, as soon as that happened, he stopped in the middle of the road and approached the passenger screaming, after a while he drove to the nearest filling station and started hitting the passenger. (he spoke malay so i couldn't understand what he was saying), he hit him and tried dragging him from the seat, the passenger kept apologising but he continued hitting him and screaming at him. The surprising thing was his aircon was not the only aircon that was dripping, from where i was sitting he just happened to be the one who reported the issue. This went on for about 20-25min. Until he decided to fix the issue. Through out the trip he was screaming at people and the bus was supposed to stop at KL sentral but he decided to just drop everyone off at TBS.
I believe the driver should not drive any other bus, he puts people's lives at risk

I bought a ticket today at JB Larkin Sentral Billion Express by 12:45pm, requested 1pm the KL non-stop coach can leave in time, mention if not puntual I will make refund. Then I kept the cash balance and ticket rush to platform C39 to boarding coach, just appear ticket show coach number incorrect, change to platform C37 AHD6855. I double check again with driver also said sure non-stop coach, but waiting until 1:15pm finally ticket checker come in, from their talk I found that the coach will stop Tun Aminah & Seremban before reach KL TBS. I straightforward leave the coach and go back to the counter ask for refund done. After reached KL I check my pocket money, appear that I give RM100 upon that time but the cash balance given by Billion's staff was wrong... due of my careless so that I lose RM50. I will never never never use this coach service again.
