Hygiene of the bus
Bus No: KFH 9333
The journey from Penang to KL took me 8 hrs. But it understood, as the traffic was damn bad that day. The issue that came to my attention is the HYGIENE! I got bitten by bed bugs while I’m on the bus. It was so painful and itchy. It’s been there for 3 days, and the symptoms have gotten worse and worse. I thought it would be cheaper for me to ride a bus back to my hometown, but unfortunately, it cost me more as I had to pay for the medications on top of the discomfort. It would be much appreciated if I could get a reply from you.
Desired outcome: Please refund and pay for the medical compensation
Bus operator simply chenge my seat without obtaining my opinion
The bus operator change my prebooked seat 2A without obtaining my agreement. He claimed all Billion Star buses are free seating. The behavior of the bus operator is very irresponsible completely unacceptable.
My ticket number is BSE231000002525 traveling from TBS to Sg Nibong, Penang on 17 Oct 2023 (12.30am).
Please seriously look into this complaint and revert your investigate finding.

Service & tickets checker damn baldy rude
My journey with my family on Oct 23, due to old age I have choose the seat on the middle row, idiot ticket check says itz free seat, when I get in to the bus everyone have taken their seat and my family get a behind seat, idiot service then the bus are very smelly, dirty, the seat are dusty, the curtain smelly, no air conditioning in the bus, not suggesting to take the bus , ITZ Very VERY DAMN BAD SERVICE PLEASE DON'T WASTE UR MONEY, THIS BUS SERVICE ARE THINKING MALAYSIA ALSO AS FOREIGNERS, [censored]ING SERVICE

At first the service of billion star express especially at “ ETIKA BILLION STAR jalan duta “ the service is so [censored]ing bad tht I can’t expect. I’ve requested my tickets to pineng in 1/9/23 at 6pm n just now the guy (aaijan) last minute he just give 7pm tickets n the bus arrived at 830pm Like srsly? When I ask the worker at the counter they give too many excuses, then wht should I do? it is your staff problem u should no how to budget the time is it? n I am your customer! Why they need to give too many excuses?. And second when I was in the bas they not give me my truth seat n the worker off the bas just said “ go get the available seat there “ n it doesn’t care about our customer seat? This is too [censored]ing bad service! The tickets price does not match the servis! Please take action!

I arrived at the counter before the boarding time at 3pm and enter the counter and the old folks lady ask “did you have ticket” and i said “yes” while showing my printed ticket. I booked a trip and travelled yesterday from TBS to Singapore. Initially i booked single seat and the bus timing was 11.45pm but bus came around 12+ which is still not bad but when I wanted to find my seat the driver said just sit anywhere and I did informed him nicely that i booked for single seat but he was so dam rude and said" I said just sit anywhere so just follow me, if no just wait and take next bus"
This was the exact words said by the driver.
WTH man. Do we look like stupid to book single sit and forced to sit beside a stranger and a guy somemore where I was a girl travelling alone in midnight plus they could even say in a very polite way but this is ridiculous. The worst company ever!
Desired outcome: I wanted a refund for this as I didn't get what i booked for and for the driver's inappropriate behavior.

The helper driver is so rude exact rule of bus can bring 1 bag 20 kg he ask me who ask you to bring big luggage excuse me I’m a cabin crew as long as I know we couldn’t expect much respect from this kind of people but still we tolerate this is not flight unless I can bring cabin luggage second thing passenger is in bus driver is smoking while driving. Think of passengers situation.
Regarding mobile phone left on the bus seat during trip

The bus driver prohibited me from having my food
I took bus from Penang, Sungai Nibong to kl sentral on 13 Sep 2023 12:00 PM (12:00) and my Ticket ID [protected] and my boarding code OZWGFASZ.
The driver wanted me to not have my food, its a long trip and around 5 hours or more, is there any policy that indicate that passengers cant have his food while boarding on bus? Or is it a driver self policy?
If cant take simple bread at bus then how i should take my medicine? This is inhuman and thats why im filing this complain.
Luggage missing..
Loaded the luggage after singapore immigration. Was waiting for my wife to attive, before boarding into the bus, the bus left with the luggage. Now the status of luggage is not known to any.

I bought ticket thru easy.com to skudai johor. Departure at 3 .15pm but bus arrived at 4 15pm. This bus will go drop passengers in KL and Melaka. Than what time i reach jb? i buy online ticket by using easybook. from sg nibong terminal to shah alam seksyen 17 on date 12 aug 2023 schedule 11.59pm. unfortunately,until 1 am still not arrive and got nothing or update any news from their side. About 1.20 am they give us to take others bus. Really exhausted. Seriously, so shamefull to show foreigner how our transportation system being like.

we booked 7pm but arrived at 9.30pm
that is 2.5 hours delay. this never happens.
Usually if there is delay, bus operator will arrange passenger to other bus.
the worst thing is after that delay, they again delay during the custom chek point where they said they be changing another bus..my god. the kids were there sleepy at near midnight now... pls avoid this company at all cost!
Seat, amenities, schedule, tickets
1. The bus were delayed for more than 1 hour as the schedule supposed to depart at 13:30pm.
2. I booked for VIP 1 seater, included with few amenities such TV, socket plug, massage chair, etc, which i chosed my seat at 8A with bus no CED 5111, but they gave me a double seater with no amenities as per booked?! I booked that kind of things for the sake of my comfortable journey! And you just tell me that you wanted to fully occupied the bus regardless what i booked?! Super disappointed!
3. The were smell like cigarette!
I will not hesitate to take further action if i did not receive any reply within 2 working days.
Never turn out the pick up point & the hotline unable to reach
If possible do not purchase bus ticket from Billion Stars. Hotline unable to reach. I bought the ticket via Easy Book. The pick up point at Golden Mile Complex & drop at Ipoh. The bus ticket is 10.30pm, i have tried to call the company from 10pm till 10.30pm to confirm the location & bus number due to Billion no more counter at GMC.
The bus never turn out, i am curious why this Billions never call the passenger or email to inform delay or change location. Really irresponsible. I try to email & whatapp Easy Book they just replied me they cant do anything because Billions disagreed my dispute for refund.
I hope your guys to find trustworthy transport company if not will spoil your holiday mood.

Driver attitude
I was travelling on this bus, my ticket dated 2/7/2023 @6pm, a driver, young looking male malay guy was quite rude when was on board and started to shout regarding bags and seatings.
Driving very recklessly, sudden breaks and very rude lane cutting causing other vehicles and cars to startle and tis particular driver cursing each and everytime on road driving using foul languages and using unpleasant words such as bad words.
Then, he used some unknown roads and it looked like a kampung area with single road for car and bike path and ended up in a dead end and cause too much times wasted for him to u-turn that big bus in a small kampung area. Then, to make the situation more stressful he turned on his radio music too loud and it was alrdy 11pm plus and since he took the wrong kampung way and ended up in a dead end, we had a delay in schedule.. one of the passenger just requested him nicely to just reduce the volume abit cause he had trouble sleeping since the radio music was too loud and the songs were all kinda rock songs with screaming lyrics and it was really giving everyone of us headache and all the passengers started to tell out that its really giving them trouble to even rest. When the passenger asked nicely, he straight shouted at that person to get off his bus and stopped the bus and opened the door and waited so long and keep using bad words to that person and shouting to him to get off the bus.
Along the way in highway towards kl he keep cursing the person who asked him nicely to reduce the music, and keeps threatening that person that he will break his face and when he gets down he will punch him and break his bones and such. It was a very bad and aggressive behaviour towards customer And even that person said sorry for nothing and he had done nothing wrong but just told the driver to reduce the sound politely, the driver continue shouting and even continue putting the music even louder and he singing and shouting and driving more recklessly and very rude.
This was the worst experience that i had encounter in my rest of life. And started journey 6pm and reached KL at 3am plus just because of his rude behaviour and he even stopped the bus several times due to the anger towards that person and asked him to get down even when that passenger said nothing even after that incident. That driver even shouted in Malay “Naik bus aku, nak mengarah aku suruh tutup lagu”, and keep repeating it and cursing in bad words, whereas, the passenger just asked politely to reduce sound so he can rest. I feel these kinda driver with attitude issue like this and anger issues like this shouldn't drive transport since its very dangerous for others as well. We want to reach safely to destination, but with drivers with attitude issue this Will cause more road hazards, dangerous reckless drivers prone to accidents on the road. Please look into this particular driver.

Rude and disrespectful driver
While on the travel journey the driver played music and turned the volume high and he is also drumming. I approached him nicely to ask to lower the volume down because me and my friend wants to sleep. He then rudely ask me to go back up to my seat and saying things that i didn't understand well since he is speaking bahasa and I am not malaysian. Instead of him lowering the volume down of the music, he instead switch the volume higher. This driver is so rude and doesn't have manners and so disrespectful.
