i buy online ticket by using easybook. from sg nibong terminal to shah alam seksyen 17 on date 12 aug 2023 schedule 11.59pm. unfortunately,until 1 am still not arrive and got nothing or update any news from their side. About 1.20 am they give us to take others bus. Really exhausted. Seriously, so shamefull to show foreigner how our transportation system being like.
Desired outcome: Just advice from me,please provide a more allowances for the driver. It will makes them more happy and glad to serve us with a professional way. Maybe the driver have to do extra job for money to support their family.
