Rude Driver
Today I took billion stars express bus at 4.15 (PPF 6555) From TBS - AWANA GENTING HIGHLANDS . The bus driver was so rude ! 😠 Even don't know how communicate with the customer !
Please teach some manners to the driver ! Because this is not the first time 😊 Hope the management take action on him . The bus was neat and clean 👌 but unhappy with the way he talks to the customers ! TQ

KL to Singapore Bus
Awful bus journey on 20 September 2022.
Bus was to leave KL at 13:30, but was over 10 minutes late. The bus driver was ignorant, didn't wear a mask (which he should do still), was on his phone watching videos while driving, was smoking while driving and was loudly burping roughly ever 30 seconds (THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION). He is a very unpleasant person. Around Johor we ran out of fuel and we are on the side of the road for over 2 hours while numerous other people came to try and get the bus going again.
Every passenger needs to be refunded and also compensated as we've lost out on numerous hours in Singapore and we're subject to the most awful journey.
The bus was also in very poor condition (see picture).
We also had no food opinions available for this prolonged period.
Billion Stars is a disgrace in my opinion after this farce.
Desired outcome: Refund of ticket cost and also compensation for the lengthy delay of well over 2 hours after the time we should have arrived in Singapore.Please correct regarding compensation on [protected]@gmail.com.
The worst bus service ever
One of the worst bus ever
Bud should arrive at 9.45 am
But then it arrived at 10am
Didn't stop anywhere till 1.00 pm
And now it stopped at tbs kl
This seems like a normal issue
But the worst part is the seating is the worst
My mum and I booked ticket and when we came our seat was occupied by a random person and the conductor told us to seat randomly
Till 1.30 pm we were seating in a separate place
Easy work it seems having extra people but what's the point for us to pay for our seat and being treated like this each fare cost rm 56?
I seriously hate this kinda attitude
Once getting to Nu sentral a few passengers got down at their stop and i was able to be with my mom
After getting down at Tbs Kl for a quick lunch n etc
We seated tgtr Right at the next stop other ppl came and argued that we sat at their seat

Cause both of us had the same number 🤨

Very bad experience from kl1u to singapore golden mile
Trip booked for 4 from 1utama to singapore mile on 30-aug 2022 time 11pm.Coach was very late and arrived at 1u about 1230am.
When was at woodlands custom, the coach left without us and my family with young children and I have to walk a distance to take a taxi with all the luggage.
Furthermore coach is not very clean and will not take this brand anymore.
Seat numbers and bus driver
Same seat numbers were issued to 2 different passengers in the same bus. When I asked the driver, he was rude and shouted and said to sit anywhere I want. I paid for my trip and don't deserve this type of a treatment. What is the purpose of having seat numbers when you don't follow? Cheap mentality drivers. I'm very upset of this disrespectful driver and your useless seat number system.

I would like to lodge a complaint about your driver left my mother and I at rnr and did not admit his fault. We ask the driver to stop to take a loo at the rnr. Instead of waiting, he left us as soon as we get down the bus. We need to ask our family member to pick is up at the rnr. My friend chase the bus and meet the driver at the bus stand (sg Nibong). When he ask the driver the driver said “ dah depa kata nak turun sini saya pun turun lepastu jalan la depa takda kata nak ke tandas” where as my mother ask him politely to stop at the rnr and go to the toilet for a while. I want you as a management take action on this driver of not there will be more victim. Not only that, the driver drove above the speed limit, smoke inside bus while drive, rude to passenger.

I hope this is good channel to lodge a complaint , no capital no harsh words. 1 h 30 minutes is not a delayed.. it is a problem , i can manage if 15-30m. Why customers choose the time , because customer already estimate what time to arrive , who will pick up and etc. Since i have business to do , because of this problem , i had to cancelled many things. And this is not acceptable. I want a refund(ASAP) because of your company service , i need to cancel all my business matter. And when i refer to TBS staff , they said , 'billion stars always like this , u buy through online rite? Nothing we can do'. Wow.. really wow.. just please refund my money. 1h30m is not 'a while' and please forward this to TBS to reconsider to continue business with this company. many customer had been scam by this company. Rude driver
I try to hold my pee then I request the driver to stop at any R&R nearby. He said "go to your seat, I'll stop at nearby R&R"..I saw we passed the R&R Ladang Bikam then I try to positively think maybe bus cannot past through or toilet locked. Then he stop at R&R Tapah to drop a passenger. I run to go to toilet but driver said "you're not, you have to wait the next stop"..I said "I can't, I will pee here if you stop my way"..He with angry voice said "Just pee here, I wanna see you pee here...". I slowly request him to stop at any tree to pee then he stop me at nearby tree. I pee at the tree middle of R&R - 16Aug22 8pm trip no:492 TBS-Butterworth...

I booked ticket under billon star at 0930 hrs in 07/08/2022 Larkin to Seremban. I been waiting until since 0920 at terminal . They managed to move at 1015 from Larkin terminal bus. Along the way 4 hours journey there is no toilet break for passenger and driver didn’t ask anyone urgency to toilet. Not every passenger is healthy to control their urinary bladder a normal person can control urine bladder 2 to 3 hours. How about elderly person travel with bus pls try understand passenger situation and inform passenger if no toilet break while traveling
I Hope management understands and take action on it .

The bus driver for bus KEQ8111 is VERY RUDE .. He stopped at ipoh station to drop passengers and to go toilet .. In the bus there is another person incharge got told us that who wants to go toilet i gave you 5 mins . Then i woke up and want to get down the driver asked me where are you going ? I said i wanna go for toilet .. he said sit first i want to count how many person are left .. The way he told to me was very rude .. i have no problem if he want to take count atleast he should tell it nicely and politely .. but he is VERY RUDE AND SHOUTING ..
Super delay trip with bad drivers
Taken the bus from Penang to Malacca. Normally when depart from 11:30pm will arrived on 7:00am but on 10 Jul, the bus only arrived destination at almost 10am. Drivers just keep on chatting and stop buses and going for meals and smoking. Driver some more scolding passengers.

I just arrived from Penang to Terminal Bersepadu Selatan, bought ticket from this bus company because executive, yes the seat is nice all well function but the driver is worst! I can tolerate if delayed due to traffic but attitude of the driver is really bad. Hot tempered, and when he stop rnr he just go to the toilet without telling 5 mins rest or what, he get on the bus close the door & left! He doesnt check at all wether all the passanger is there or not, we have to run and wave on the driver to stop. He drive fast in angrily, dangerous, even in bad traffic, keep honking other mobile who get in his way. In 5-6 hours journey he just stop once, poor to old folks. He stop at other station to drop passanger at kl sentral and scold other passanger who need to stop to toilet, scold at foreigner who doesnt know to speak malay, really bad service & i would never book from this company again!

Very rude bus driver
Today when I board the bus ( plate no: PNQ 2111) from Penang Sungai Nibong to Ipoh Amanjaya that depart on 6pm, there is 2 hand carry luggage that I bring up the bus along with me since there are valuable things inside. There is no luggage compartment for putting, so one of the luggage I put on my leg side, of course another one I put the space beside my seat, which considered as walking path. Of course I gt considered whether it will causing inconvenience to other passenger, but since I am sitting at the very last row, I don’t think that it will block other ppl. However, afterwards the bus driver ( photos refer to attachment ) shouting at me with a very rude tone, that I can’t put at there, I should put my leg side there. Then I just follow his instruction to try my best to squeeze 2 luggage front my leg side. Of course, there will have a bit edge of my bag that can be see on the walk path ( as I squeeze 2 luggage front my leg side) but he still nt satisfied yet, continue shout with in a rude way which causing me unsatisfied. Well, i tried my best to put inside which causing my leg no other place to put and very uncomfortable along the journey.
The point here is
Firstly,
if this is your company policy that bag can’t put on walking path, but there is no luggage compartment on the bus, Kindly advice/teach passenger on how they can put their luggage if there is few hand carry bags with them. Or, if squeeze all the luggage in front leg side that causing uncomfortable to passenger along the journey is your company solution to passenger. SORRY billion star company is definitely I will nt recommend to my friends or relatives.
Secondly,
Yes I understand that maybe the bus driver is really concern about this will bring inconvenience to other passengers (even ppl with common sense will think it won’t since I am sitting at the very last row), but, shouldn’t he shout to passenger at such the rude way right ? I am passenger, I paid for the fare, what is the reason I need to being scold my him which is ridiculous. Imagine paid for rude service which I am very unsatisfied. There is another polite way to speak to me, but he didn’t! This definitely my last trip with billion star, after this unflavoured experience. At 1st i feel this bus is comfortable with leather and larger seat, and plan to share with my family and friends. But now definitely won’t! I will tell them if they want to pay for being shouted and scolded, then just go on.
Lastly, I wish your company will take this down and pls make sure the well-manner of every driver. This not only can improve the reputation of your company, but also can help to boost your passenger also. Yes they maybe has already perform their duties to bring passenger to their destination, but billion stars as employer won’t know how they treat the passenger. Most of them are rude to passenger, which your company won’t know if there is no passenger complaints. The reason that I will file this complaint is because the driver is really rude to me just now and this causing uncomfortable to me. Secondly, I don’t want he continue to use this type of attitude for passenger whenever he drive. This is definitely causing unhappy to passenger, and why passenger need pay for this type of service? This definitely will drive away passenger which will also causing loss to your company
I hope your company will take this down seriously and maybe have a talk to the driver that he shouldn’t treat passenger like this. So that he can aware it and next time maybe can talk in a more politely way.

I'm here to complain about a bus license plate DDK7111 That billion star express bus. The thing is that when I want to get on the bus with an eco bag and a schoolbag I was told by an Indian driver that I can't bring my backpack on the bus and also use Speaking in an impolite tone, I was very uncomfortable but I still respected his opinion. I put the reusable bag in the car and did not bring it on the bus and reduced the weight of the backpack to get on the bus. I was told by the driver in a rude tone on the bus that he said what he said, I need to follow it. Do I need to follow it? He meant to be deprived of human rights by him. Later, I was told by another person that it was because of the rules of the bus so I had to obey. This person was a man at the station and also a Malay. I often take the billionstar bus, but I have never heard of such a thing. It is also the first time I have met. I hope your company can give me some answers. Why is this happening? Is there something wrong with the way your company is managed, or is it your employees who are using their rights without authorization? I can clearly tell your company that I am very unhappy with this bus journey because I think it is ridiculous to encounter such a thing. Even on the plane, there are instructions for hand carry and the allocation of suitcases.
