Reckless Driver RAB 6111
His been driving very recklessly from Ipoh heading towards KL today Friday 27th Jan 2023. People lives doesn’t seem to be important to him. We will lodge a report in regards of above. We hope the management of Billion Star will take necessary action towards this particular driver. I have the video footage but unfortunately it can’t be uploaded here. 23 January 2023 10pm from Penang to kl i will start journey, the Reserve driver has too bad behaviour. Be like he Don't want to go, we forces him to come with us, and we are free of cost going this bus.
He didn’t respect girls or babys, he just do bad behaviour with them.
I though he is drunk or smoke weed, his eye is red color.
Billion express need to teach behaviour manner, otherwise lost customers.
After this i will never journey by billion express and i Don't recommend my friends or others to journey by billion express.

My First time travel from kl to singapore and being abandon by the diver at woodland customs on 23 Dec without any notification.. Reason given by the customer service - bus cant wait for more than 30 mins , police will chase them move.. This is not making any sense, cant driver explain to us if there is this rules in advance and also tell police there are passenger still in the customs que and yet back to bus? ruined my travel mood and wasted at least 4 hours to find another ways to travel into my destination !

30 December 2022(7am). Dr ktn ke TBS. Driver dan membantu drive sangat biadap. Sekiranya tidak benar kan membawa makanan ke dalam bas tolong sediakan tempat letak makanan yang sepatutnya. Makanan yang dibawa bukan utk dimakan. Driver bas tersebut Dan tidak mengetahui nama menyuruh sy meletakkn makanan di atas dashboard dengan sgt biadap.

Bus not punctual at all
My ticket from Penang to Ipoh on 29 Dec 2023 7pm. However, almost 8pm but the bus still not reach the terminal bus. Please make arrangement on the time properly as why other bus can reach at the same time but Billion Stars still stuck on the road? Rushing of time but get such kind of service? It is not worth 4 star as per rating stated on Easybook.

Late bus and rude driver
I was take the bus from jb to ipoh,the bus came on time but never start the journey,after waiting for an hour the bus starts about 11 plus. About 2.15am,I req to stop for toleit at the first time.But bus never stop after afew toilet point. After waiting about 20mins,I req for second time,the driver respond so rude and told me to wait till nilai for toilet. He ask me if not satisfy don't ride their service.
Bus illegally stop at side of highway and drop some parcel to a guy with motorbike near ipoh. Seat not screwed to the floor.

1) The bus only arrived 7.45 am.
2) The bus driver illegally stopped the bus at side of highway at dangerous place just to drop some parcel illegally to a guy from motorbike near Ipoh at 10.30am. Please educate your drivers to not stop the bus illegally at dangerous place in highway. Putting the life of everyone in danger. I really dissatisfied with this kind of service.
3) Im very disappointed with my seat (seat 7A). The 2 screw holding the front of my seat is not there. As the result, my seat been terribly shaking and make me feel like being thrown to behind. I had to hold on to the seat in front of me. I had a bad back pain and terrible journey due to this problem. I pay for the bus ticket and get something lower than my expectation. Spoiled my mood through out the 6 hour journey. I can't even took a nap because the seat was shaking like crazy. I wanted to request the driver for a change of seat but all seat was occupied.
Desired outcome: Please refund me and i would appreciate a response. I deserve a refund because the seat that you guys give me is unacceptable. Please call me at [protected] if need any clarification or evidence.
Worst service, timing out
I took ticket from klang central to larkin central 11.30hrs on 07th December 2022.. from 1100hrs until now 0230hrs bus haven't reach yet. Called customer service they even cannot give proper updates, and lastly ignore the call. Is this the proper bus service.? Last week my brother took bus same from klang central to larkin central at 2300hrs.. he reached by 1110hrs, bus move ready said 2300hrs bus but within 10 minutes bus move ready, when asked for staff responding very rude, saying that it's bus driver's wish to take bus early or late.. come on we are paying, not having free travel.. everyone have responsible's, everyone have to go for work.. please think that "WE ARE PAYING FOR THE TICKETS" not FREE.. better stop ur stupid service.

Delay for 1hr+ and not sure when the bus will arrive, extra information got people also waiting the same bus at Larkin facing with the same situation.
Disappointed and dissatisfied with the service, the staff at Tun Aminah told us to stay until the bus come but what's the point for me just sit down and wait for something that's full of uncertainty. It's confirmed affecting and disrupting my plan. Btw I waited for 1hr+ with mosquitoes. Thank you Etika Billion Star express for ruining my trip💩

Irresponsible attitude
I really don’t understand why such a poor service can continue to operate until now. With such an irresponsible attitude, I made many calls to the customer service. The first time I called they said that would help me to check the driver’s situation, however when I called again, I was hung up all the time. The bus was delayed at least two hours without any reason.According to ur poor service ur company will close down soon.
Not happy with the bus, dont ever take this bus service
I booked billion star express bus from tbs to singapore on the 20th Nov. Bus schedule for 11.45pm. However bus delayed for almost 2 hours. Till 1.45am bus still at tbs. I booked for billion star bus and i paid rm118.00 but i got a normal tourist bus with not comfortable seats. I dunno if i can reach on time to work on the 21st Nov. And i hope i wont be tired coz of the seating. This will be my last ever booking with billion. For that price i cld hv booked kkkl or LA holidays. I regret so much. The most horrible bus service ever. Q

On 13/11 at 2am at jasin merlimau highway billion star bus breakdown. now 7.37 till now there is no replacement bus or mekanik is here.

Service: driver with smoking addiction
This is the worst trip I ever experienced in my life. 1st of all I bought a ticket travel from Kuantan to Penang which should be departed at 8.30pm. The driver reached at 9.30pm. Along the trip he smoke at least a cigarette per hour! I swear to god staring from 1am, I couldn't sleep becuase he keep smoking in the bus. I am sitting right behind him and I feel like I'm choking because of the 2nd hand smoke! His action has threatened the life of passengers. Its OK if he stop at the side of the road and smoke but he just choose to smoke inside the bus.
Desired outcome: Please stop hiring driver with smoke addiction. It threaten the life of the passengers especially those who travel in a long trip. It affect their health and their sleep so please stop hiring them.
Etika Billionstar from Hentian Duta to Sungai nibong
On 5th nov 2022, i had booked a Etika Billionstar for 8.30am via Redbus app. I arrived there an hour early. The bus was an hour late. And due to alot people being on the platform, i was sitting inside. I asked the driver showing my ticket, he declined it to be the bus. Apparently the guy called out, BUT HE DID NOT. I have wasted my money, my time and my energy on this. YOU GUYS BETTER REFUND ME MY MONEY, IF NOT I AM GONNA GO ON SOCIAL MEDIA ABOUT THIS, and its not gonna be good.

Yesterday (14/10/22-Friday) at appx. time range 6.15pm-6.45pm your bus driver almost hit cars and one motor cycle. Luckily the motorcycle and other cars was manage to emergency break. If not, you can imagine what would have happened to the cars and motorcycle.
Kindly please teach your driver to be a responsible person. As a driver they should be responsible for other people's safety when driving.
With that kind of attitude, I will not recommend your service to my family members, friends and other institutions.

Second driver age around 45-50 quite big weight around 100kg.. First driver is OK..

Bus driver smokes inside the bus
I was on this journey from Ipoh to TBS (7/10/2022 1.00pm) on this bus BLF8891
First of all its departure was delayed by 30minutes to 1.30pm but i can still accept it.
However since boarding the bus the driver has been smoking multiple times in the vehicle and the second hand smoke has caused us passengers a lot of discomfort.
This is totally unacceptable.
Please look into this strictly and take action on said driver
Bus service Penang (komtar) to TBS
Dear management,
This is my first time using your service and unfortunately had bad experienced. I have booking my bus ticket from penang (komtar) to TBS 2/10/2022 6.15PM
I received call from your staff to change my schedule from 6.15PM to 5.15PM with no reason. I had to reject due to i have limited time (my mother warded at ICU at Penang GH). The staff told me to just come at komtar counter at 6pm. When i arrived, the staff told me to go to sungai nibong instead. I was rushing from hospital to go to komtar and your staff simply forced me to go sungai nibong with no guilty at all? Is this how your company run business? We bought the ticket and chose the time and you all simply change just like that? So what purpose we chose the time if you all cannot commit?
Because of this matter, i had to pay extra for my taxi fare that is higher than my bus ticket! Kindly revert asap or i may viral this issue to my social media
