Billion Stars Express review: Bus delayed without any notification

This is the first time I taking this billon stars express and I had the worst experience with this bus service. I booked a bus ticket scheduled for 10:30 PM. However, on the morning of the travel day, a staff member contacted me via WhatsApp to inform me that the bus had been rescheduled to either 9:30 PM or 11:30 PM. Given no other choice, we opted for the 11:30 PM slot.

Following the ticket's instructions, we arrived at the pick-up point 30 minutes before the scheduled time. However, it is now 12:10 AM, and the bus has still not shown up. To make matters worse, the person who contacted us this morning is now uncontactable. There is also no customer service area for the bus company at this location, leaving us completely stranded without any assistance. This is incredibly irresponsible and unacceptable service from the bus company.
