Billion Stars Express review: Lost package

I am an Indian tourist.

I left behind a black plastic shoe bag with 2 brand new Adidas shoe boxes with new shoes inside when I got down at Hentian Duta stop, Kuala Lampur, on 28.5.24 afternoon around 3.30m. I was travelling by Billion Stars Express bus number W6603G from Penang to KL. I desperately tried to contact the Billion Express helpline but they did not extend any help, refused to give the driver’s number and was extremely unhelpful and rude.

I am a tourist in your country and would expect all possible help in case of an emergency but was shocked to find this kind of noncooperation. I have lost shoes worth Rs.16,000 INR and seek help immediately to locate my package. Attaching a copy of my bus ticket. The tickets were booked in the name of my son Mr. Aditya Ghosh as we were travelling together. Please do locate my packet and get back to me.
