We booked Billion Star Express bus to return to JB Larkin Sentral from KL TBS on 8/6/2024 at 5pm. Guess what! Almost 7pm, we are still waiting at TBS.
Staffs at counter chit chat but no one make inititiave to inform and update passengers on the delay. When someone is asking just said on the way and delay without apologize at all.
I wonder buses are on the same expressway. How come other bus company can be on time without facing traffic jam issue?
On the same day morning, we took Billion Star Express from JB Larkin Sentral to KL TBS at 8.30am. Bus is slightly delayed and departed at 8.45am which is accepted.
Booked 3 seats in a row together, when board in the bus, seats have been taken. Only being informed by driver that is free seating. With no choice, we have to sit separately. In this case, what is the point to let passenger to choose preferred seat but actual is first come first serve basis.
Some of the passengers booked same bus with us even being asked to wait for next bus as the bus is fully booked. Ticketing system allows double book. Ridiculous!
