The bus was late for 2 hours and they tried changing the time of our original booking from 10:15 to 11:45 and gaslighting us telling that we were late but we were already there around 10:00 pm. They sent a bus with broken seats and very dirty and it is like a 3rd party bus. The customer service was very rude telling us that there is traffic when 4 bus have already passed and there is no traffic. I have screenshots and videos of the incidents but the file is too large so I cannot post the videos but see the photos. Take note, the booking cannot be rebooked or cancelled. We also tried reaching out to Easybook but they just closed our ticket. Do not be deceived their whatsApp number cannot be called.
Desired outcome: I want a refund and compensation for everything that they put through us.
