I placed an order (#[protected]) with Biovea, but due to delivery issues, the package is being returned to the sender. When I requested a refund, Biovea refused, stating their policy that 'all sales are final.'
This policy is deeply unfair. The product will be returned to their inventory and can be resold, while I am left without the product and have already lost the shipping cost. As a returning customer, I find this lack of accountability and customer care unacceptable.
