So I have no problem with my delivery. PH1989997400981. The driver was very rude to the caretaker of the parking lot here in St Francis Church Poblacion Meycauayan Bulacan. He first asked the caretaker if he could just turn, and not pay the fee, they agreed but come the endless threats. He told them that he is a person from the government and he would get back at them. He even asked for their names and shouted at them and continued to threat them. All I can remember is he is the driver of a white elf van. Pls act on this rude behavior.
delayed delivery of shopee order
My order from Shopee was shipped August 6, 2019 from Nueva Ecija, Philippines and arrived in the Black Arrow Express warehouse in Bulacan August 9, 2019 at 6:25am. Today is already August 13, 2019. My order has been sitting in the warehouse for the 5th day now and there are no updates from Shopee or seller or even in Black Arrow Express tracking site as to when it will be possibly delivered when it should have been delivered August 12, 2019 as scheduled. I may have to possibly extend Shopee guarantee tomorrow if my order will not be delivered by then.

Yet again, Black Arrow Express is a failure and incompetent. This the 4th time that may ordered item assigned to Black Arrow Express was not delivered, 2nd consignee not available. Black Arrow Express should be ashamed that they disregard customer service. Mr. Franco Glenn Alvarez is one of those deliver guy who don't deliver the product to customer.

I track my item the whole day (August 12, 2019) and I am surprised that it posted by your rider that "Consignee Not Available" which I am on my home all day.
This is not the first time, every single time I ordered at Shopee and black arrow is the courier it is always like this. Your company reputation destroys your people for this kind of attitude and behavior.
I think you need to find an honest person to represent your company, this kind of character will surely destroy your company services.

Aug 3. 19073118207WFCP. PH194035380248I. I dont know what client number is haha. The driver is salamatin erwin florida. On his first delivery attempt, he did not call me and later on the delivery status was 'consignee not available'. Second delivery, he called me asking what subdivision im near at and after 30 secs he immediately hungs up. After that the delivery status was RTS, without even contacting me. Black arrow is by far the worst courier for me and for other customers that experienced what happened to me. I want to resolve this by delivering what i originally ordered no more no less. I have my parcel from shopee (PH195776279270I) which the seller booked it with Black Arrow and It's been 1 week already but the parcel hasn't delivered yet. I check the tracking details yesterday and it shows that is is out for delivery and I expected to received the parcel yesterday (July 30) as per status but tracking details have changed to "unknown consignee" and email the Black Arrow for complains and they assured me that the will coordinate it with their branch outlet which is near in our place. Then today (Jul 31), as per latest tracking details it is out for delivery again and as expected again we waited until evening but no parcel received and checked again the tracking details and it appears again the "consignee unknown". I really don't get it, we've been a valid customer of Black Arrow but this time it really causes as trouble as we have an urgent matter with the parcel.

PH190743262244U no updates for the deliver I'm residing in Mendez and my parcel has been sitting in General Trias which is too close to mine so I don't understand what's taking it so long. Text updates is a must like any other shipping companies do you. I've seen lots of complain reading this and same issues regarding your delivery time, you could at least do better

i have items ordered with shopee last month but i wasn't able to receive the items since the delivery man magno wilmer alianza made a report as indicated in the tracking that "consignee not available"...but i haven't received any text nor call from him..on the 2nd attempt of delivery, the same thing happened, until such time that the item was returned to the seller...i ordered again to shopee with the different seller...PH194581014923U as my tracking code...after 12 days, i received a text message that my item is scheduled to be delivered today...i've waited it the whole day..and upon checking the status of my order in shopee, AGAIN, Magno Wilmer Alianza reported "Consignee not available"...but again, i wasn't able to receive any call or text from him...i am afraid that my order will return to the seller again...i've waited too long for that item to be delivered...i hope this time i can have my order delivered to me...
I received no text. None at all. Just the status "ON DELIVERY" on the Shopee app. I waited all day to be texted by the courier/delivery guy, but there's no text at all. Then now, I also have the "CONSIGNEE NOT AVAILABLE" despite being here the whole day.

I would like to make comment of how your delivery man communicates with your costumer. What a unapproachable and unkind behaviour the way he talks to costumers as he delivers parcel. I don't know this person personally but he delivered me twice with same hilarious acts.

Worst carrier I've ever dealt with. Sobrang delay. Pinagpasa pasahan na yung item paiba iba delivery man di naman nadedeliver. 1 week na nasa kanila yung parcel di man lang madeliver. Expected kong darating ang parcel kong ng July 15, 2019. Since nagtext na on the way for delivery na, I've waited the whole day, unfortunately walang dumating until Tuesday wala pa rin. Unexpectedly wednesday nag deliver sila were'in wala ako sa bahay, and they delivered it without informing they contact me when they already arrived. Sa kamalas-malasan di ko nasagot ang call since nasa byahe pa ko pauwi. I tried to contact them, ang sabi ide-deliver lang nila. So I waited again until today na na gawa pang mag reply sa text na "mamaya". Tas nakalagay pa na consignee not available at July 19, 2019 where in wala nmang delivery na nangyari at nsa bahay ako for whole day.Okay lang kung ayaw n'yong I-deliver ang parcel pero remember na for a shoppee customer na COD ang prefferred way ng payment it's not our fault. I hope na maging responsible kayo sa trabaho nyo.

He could just contact me if he's not familiar with my place but he didn't even tried to text me. It's not my first time to order using BAE. Please resolve it as much as you can. I work in a BPO as a Manager and I don't have any idea as to when my package will arrive. Now, 5 days ago, I received a call from your company about the delivery of my items and I wasn't aware about 2 attempts of missed calls since I was asleep that time. Now, that time I received your text message I immediately responded about picking up my order and the payment is ready at home. Until I realized now, when checking the status of my shipment it was RTS or Return To Sender, thus affecting my account status.
You guys so [censored] and so lazy. I keep on calling your number everyday and ask where is my package but now you guys putting my account in harm. I did not refuse the package nor decline the delivery.

Dapat ngayon (7-16-19) ako makaka receive ng inorder ko, nakapag text sila kaninang umaga na mag dedeliver sila ngayon. Kaso walang dumating. Behind na sila sa schedule according sa estimated time of delivery sa shopee. Time management sana ayusin, inabot ng halos isang linggo don sa BAE Parañaque. Napakatagal sobra. Ang mahal pa naman ng shipping Php 560 tapos ganyan ang system. Sana magkaroon man lang ng concern for customers na makapag deliver on time.

This gentleman txted me asking me whether I was available @ 7:40 am I replied stating to come @ 12pm noon since I was still at the office . I went home before 12 pm waiting for the package only to find out that he updated my shoppee status to "consignee not available" - he did not only violated my consumer rights this is also an act of data falsification.

At around 2pm, someone was calling from our gate. I thought it was the delivery guy but I was so surprised to see that it is our neighbor, carrying with him my item. According to him, the delivery guy dropped it over to their home and told them that the item was already paid in full. (I pay my shopee items thru 7/11 Kiosk)
At first, I thought I wrote my address wrong but I checked the address written in the item, and it was correct! Every single detail is correct, I just don't know why he had it all messed up.
Good thing my neighbors are good people. If not, they could've kept my item for good. I don't want any of this to happen again. Please put a stop to this.
I attached a photo of my address written in the item. It clearly says "B3 L34" but he delivered it to "B2" which is a block away.
