I ordered a play mat and a slime set for my baby ..it said na. On delivery na daw po..i waited so long.. simula kaninang umaga nung nakita kong on delivery na.. hindi ako sumama sa mga lakad namin for that blackarrow.. i waited so long at walang nagdeliver ng parcel ko.. tapos ngayon.. nakalagay na na "consignee not available" ? Sa tagal kong umoorder sa shopee. Naging top buyer ng shopee sa mga month na tulad ng 1.1 1.2 1.3.. ngayon ko lang naexperience toh.. what happened black arrow?
I never received my ordered items
Around 8:27am I recieved text from black arrow delivery boy saying ""good morning po, san po kayo banda sa bogtong? sa black arrow po ito salamat."
I responsed around 8:32am, I make ff. up 12:26pm and 12:27pm, he responsed around 12:31pm"mam pde po ninyo iwan ung bayad nio sa maiiwan sa bahay nio po, nauna po idrop ang bayambang mam. di lang item ninyo ang dala nmin mam, salamat"
I make ff. up agad. around 12:47pm, 12:48pm, 12:50pm, 3:04pm, 4:03pm make and then suddenly I check my delivery thru your website at around 4:42pm, its said consignee unknown time reported 2:27pm, how come? I dont recieved any items, I stayed whole day for waiting for nothing, I cannot my appointments because of that delivery and then I never recived it!

Hello! Follow up ko lang yung order ko, Almost 2weeks na wala pa. Nakakainis na. Nung 18 pa nasa inyo yung order ko, hanggang ngayon wala pa. Ilang araw na dyan nakatengga.Baka pwede naman ipadala niyo na dito. Tagal ko ng hinihintay yan. Dapat 3-8 days nasa akin na yan. Pero lagpas na ng 8 days, wala pa din.Inextend ko pa yung shopee guaranteed. Sobrang tagal. Sana naman bukas dumating na dito. Baka paabutin niyo pa ng isang buwan yan sa inyo!
2 times na akong pababalikbalik sa office nila at yung delivery man ni hindi sumasagot ng tawag o text.

As indicated, the parcel was received by bae may 3, 2019 and it is only in may 20, 2019 that there was a changed in the status update with regards to my order. It says that the item is now out for delivery. I already instructed my niece with regards to receiving it and the payment but no attempts came from the courier. No messages, no calls to reach out and then viola! In the status update it is indicated that the consignee was out! Really! Don't you have any hold on your delivery guy? And don't you have any checking system to make sure if there is really an attempt to deliver the product or not? Or actually there was no delivery guy that was assigned to the parcel and you are just updating your system to show that there was an attempt to deliver when there is really none. I am in wit's end to whom we can really complain about your services. I even complained to shopee already but to no avail, no suspension was given to you but instead it is the buyer who was already hassled and all that was restricted... Omg! And your name is black arrow express! Please have a shame...

They always say consignee not available. Though they really didn't went to the house of buyer.
They will always end up calls. Never answering it. Even in text, they'll ignore it.
They'll make the customers wait in vain in a way they'll that they'll deliver and then afterwards no one's ever showed up.
Business means they need to be good with their customers but it seems that this express is not.

He told me he was not familiar with the place and he has no load to call me the ttime he was delivering my order. May 05 ako nag order ng case then May 8 naendorse na sya sa bulok na courier na to. 9 days na sya nasa courier bago maideliver ung item samin, tapos ung marereceive ko is a totally different product. Sabi ng reseller napagpalit palit ng label ng courier ung items. Nagreklamo ako sa kanila thru messenger, sabi ko I hope they can do something about it, wala man lang silang sinabing "we will investigate for it" or any action na pwede nilang gawin, sinabi na nila agad na fault ng reseller un. Until now wala Pa dapat nung 15 Pa naidelivered yun it's been 10day's when I ordered the items and as you know wala Pa rin samantalang dumating na sa cotabato nung 15 Pa. I expect na ma i deliver kanina pero hintay ako ng hintay wala pa rin sana naman po kung ano ang nasabing date ng pag deliver sundin po sana kasi paano naman po yung mga katulad naming nag o online business. This just happened 5mins from now, May 15, 2019 at approx 6:10pm. Upon delivery of the item (Equal Gold from Shopee) the delivery boy called my number asking me for directions. So I answered him accordingly. But instead he insisted that I text him the directions. Just what I did. Upon reaching the landmark stated in my text message he then called me again asking for direction and so I directed him on the phone. But when talking to him he said "Maam salubungin nyo na ako kase ang layo-layo. Kung ibang delivery man po eto may additional charge na." But I didn't mined it and just waited for him to reach our gated home. When he finally reached our gate he handed me the item still continuing to rant. Upon handling the item I said "I check ko lang muna sir." And he said "Ay maam hindi po pwede." I answered "Bakit naman eh yon ibang kasama mo nagdedeliver dito eh pinapacheck naman ang item." He answered "Kase maam pagsinabi nyong kulang/mali yan item babayaran nyo parin. Eh pag di nyo binayaran kami ang mag babayad. TPOS BILISAN NYO PO KASE MAY LAKAD PA AKO." He's saying it in a irritated manner. Noticing that he's being unmannered i asked him his name. He told me his name and at the end asking me "Bakit ho?". I said to him "Kase ang dami nang nagdelivery dito from your courier and from other courier eh ikaw lang ang nagreklamo." Kesyo daw malaki un packaging ng item. Then I told him "Actually yon kasama mo last nagdeliver dito from black arrow rin eh powerbank lang un dineliver nya at umuulan pa yon eh wala naman sya reklamo." Then he continued ranting na may lakad pa daw sya and ilang beses na daw sya nanakawan, etc. When I finally asked his full name and take a picture of him he said "Cge po kung jan po kyo masaya sa ireklamo ang kapwa nyo." Hindi ko naman po sya irereklamo kung maganda ang trabaho nya. Actually ayaw nya magpapicture and sabi nya "Kahit wag nyo nalang po bayaran yan item at sasabihin ko nalang na hindi nyo binayaran." But I insisted that he get my payment and handed him the exact amount (1, 180.00) and said "Thank you sir for delivering the item." And he finally say in a sarcastic way "Salamat rin po sa pagreklamo nyo sa akin."

I ordered at shoppe. 2 orders actually then the courier is BAE so i am expecting a text message or call from them when my parcel arrived here in cotabato city but i haven't receive anything. Then after that i tracked my parcel but the status is "cosignee not available". Paano po nangyari yun, wala naman po akong narcv na kahit na ano at wala naman pong pumupunta dito sa bahay na delivery man. Ang mahirap pa, hindi ko po alam ang address ng BAE dito sa cotabato kaya diko po mapuntahan and wala din pong contact number. Please help. This is to formally file my complaint and ask for refund regarding my parcel received yesterday, May 2 2019 with reference number: 19040919539KW3E delivered at Tuguegarao EC to Princess Anne Singun 18 Mayon St. Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. Items to be delivered are purchases from Shopee by Lydiagodoy3 of Bulacan EC 530 F. Dazo St., Meycauayan City, Bulacan, North Luzon which are Personalized 92.5 Silver Necklace 20" and Personalized 92.5 Silver Necklace 16" Chain amounting to P1595 but to my surprise, NO ITEM FOUND.
I have been a Shopee customer for a long time and this is my first time to get scammed, specially by the courier. I have coordinated with Shopee and the Seller as well regarding this experience. They have proofs of legitimacy of there transactions. Attached here are the photos of the tampered parcel for your reference.

Black Arrow Express informed me almost 3x that they will deliver the item. We waited for those days but the deliver never came. Per checking with the Shoppee app as well as witg parcel locator, the status of tge item was *delivered*. How come this happen if we did not receive any item from them? They did not contact us when they arrive, we keep on calling and texting them but they keep on rejecting our calls and never rwspond to any text we sent.

I just ordered a Mechanical keyboard which is the Rakk Ilis. Afterwards, yesterday April 27 at 2 o clock in the afternoon shopee notified that my parcel is for "RTS, " Which stands for return to sender. It stated in there that the location was unserviceable (the location i pinned was our home in cebu.)So i just want to know whats going on so please give me more information because i need that keyboard so bad. Last week we left the money for the item on the guard on duty, but the delivery never came. There was a report that maximum delivery attemps were made and the item was eventually returned. PH194854754460G was the tracking of the said item. Just earlier today we went to the office to complain about the said event to the manager, but the manager sarcastically laugh telling us that the deliveryman we were complaining about is a good deliveryman. Is this the right attitude towards your clients? The manager should have acted on the complaint right? Or should have investigated. No offense to LGBT community, but if you have relations with your subordinates be professional enough to separate your personal relationship with your job. Thanks
