my parcel is taking too much time to deliver since the black arrow dagupan received it already 4 days ago.
I'm Gildalyn Molina from Dagupan City Pangasinan. I made an order in shopee. Upon checking my parcel it was delivered and received by Black Arrow Dagupan January 21 (Monday), it's been 4days since they received it and until now they didn't deliver it to me. First attempt rider Christian agreed to rediver at 4pm the following day as I was still in Manila. 2nd attempt the rider Nino said my orders will be cancelled as I was not home which was just 1040am, which I did not agree on. I got furious as I thought it was clear that Chrustian agreed to redeliver at 4p the following day. I understand you are delivering a lot of items but all Im asking is consideration to get payment at 4pm since I was on my way home. Or anytime Sat.. but rider refused.
This is miscommunication and you cant consider this difficult situation.

The phone case is nice but the courier: Black Arrow Express sucks 👎👎👎 Napaka sinungaling nang courier na yan, ang sabi eh nag deliver daw pero consignee unavailable, eh pano nangyari yun? So I ordered on shopee and since I have no choice, I picked back arrow for delivery with a much higher cost for shipping, as I was saying I have no choice because other courier isn't availble. So I picked your courier.
Yesterday, An unknown number txted me telling me Where's the landmark for my place... Guess what? he only just texted me insteqd of calling me ahead of time telling me I have a parcel scheduled for deliver today! you should've informed me through phone call man lang telling na I'll be receiving my package anytime this day. But I didn't received any! What a poor service of yours! What If I'm not home yet?
Or maybe texted me twice or trice, what if im late receiver during thay moment! Im so disappointed!

I ordered some things from kuhong. ph and it was supposed to be delivered on October 24, 2018 according to the shipping information. I have another errand on that day and was hesitant to go out since I'm expecting the delivery. I waited until until 10am and no text message or anything that will inform me about the delivery so I decided to just make a quick trip downtown to settle something and go home by 12pm. But then the rider texted me around 10:55am saying I have a delivery. I replied and asked if what time will he be able to deliver it since I went out for a bit but no response or anything. The following day, October 25th, I stayed at home hoping to catch the delivery but nothing came not even a text message informing me about a delivery and today, October 26, it never really came. I went to check the shipping info in shopee and found out that it's alrdy in sorting center to be returned to the seller.
Please this is so frustrating. Please inform your addressee ahead, like the night before or first thing in the morning. Please look into this. Thank you

Last Oct 19, 2018, I ordered Girl Sanitary Napkin Storage Holder (18101721436N9BS) and Travel Dresser Pouch (181019072042A1J) in Shopee. It was delivered Oct 22 thru Blackarrow Express. Upon delivery my mother paid the Girl Sanitary Napkin Storage Holder worth P700.00 then asked for the amount to be paid for the Travel Dresser Pouch. Apparently, the rider from blackarrow requested for P2, 000.00. My mother paid P2, 000.00 for the Travel Dresser Pouch and claimed the items. The rider did not ask my mother to sign the acknowledgment receipt indicating the actual price of the package and did not return the P500.00 excess.

Same problem, they texted me that they will deliver my parcel today so I waited all day but no one came and then suddenly I checked my shoppe app to checked the tracking of my parcel and it says that "consignee not available" i'm so disappointed, I even texted the no. I placed my order at shopee last 9/26/18. Shopee is slightly cheaper than lazada but be very aware that their courier black arrow express delivers your item very late. Sobrang delay. I recommend if your in a hurry dont buy at shopee unless they change their courier. Until now oct.6, 2018 still has no update. I called them and told me its still in transit going to cebu. September 27 nag message sakin yung delivery boy na idedeliver na yung in order ko sa shopee and mag prepare na ako ng pera pero sabi ko na kung pwede na ipagbukas na lang kasi wala ako sa bahay and walang sinong magpipick-up, nag okay siya. Pagkabukas (september 28) I keep on calling him pero lagi niyang pinapatay and I know sinasadya niya kasi nag riring naman so minessage ko ilang beses pero walang reply kaya tinawagan ko ulit hundred times pero wala, binabaan pa rin ako like hello?! Why you gotta be so rude?! Importante pa naman yung inorder ko, kung ayaw niyang magdeliver at gampanan ang trabaho niya sana tinext niya na lang ako na "ay0qo edeliv3r sayo maam, pang3t mouh" or much better na mag resign na lang! Sayang effort tsaka load ko! Eh parang naglolokohan lang, mas masakit kaysa sa heartbreak kakaloka nakaka stress!

I file complaint regarding this deliveryman from blackarrow to Shoppee but apparently they want us to file compalin to BlackArrow express. Mr Roque Von Navarrette has been asking extra fee for the delivery of my packages which the delivery is already PAID. I just found out this after I personally recieve the last parcel. I hope blackarrow will take action.

I had experienced more than 10 delivieres with shopee and all delivery service is a bad experience. But this one is the worst. Common situation, the courier is lazy. Will not deliver, because im not at home, that's common. If I dont ask for a manager, he wont deliver. Another situation, he said that he contacted us, that he went to our house, and actually didnt. I dont think I need to eleborate as I know you have this multiple complaints. With how bad your delivery service is (and im also talking about ninja van) but this one, is the worst. My package is on rts. Delivery guy said, he is coming.. I waited outside my house for more than 3 hours and kept calling him, where is he. Next thing I know, my product is in transit back to china. I cant tell you how many angry I am to all your delivery guys and worst is, this happens in all my delivery. This return to sender situation is the worst. No.1, first attempt, he said he is coming, I was not at home so I told him to wait. He did not rey, did not contact back, we kept calling him but he didnt answer. No.2, second attempt, I stayed home whole day, I went out when he said he is coming, even asked for a landmark outisde my house. No one came. Now my package is back to china!?!?! What the actually [censored] is this. Excuse the language but this is the worst. I sure do hope you can do something about my package, & most of all about your delivery service.

Ordered an item on shoppee last 4/19. Order should be received on or before 4/24 as per shoppee's system. 4/21 it was already in BAE sorting center in Parañaque and until now no update. Already raised this concern to the CS email support but still nothing happened. The CS email support just keep on sending a template that the item will be delivered anytime soon but no exact date.

Haaaay worst courier ata to! I ordered from shopee and provided complete address. Saturday sept 22 nagtext sila na for delivery na. Then walang dumating. Kinabukasan i checked the status, nakalagay incomplete address. Ni wala man lang nagtext or tumawag kung di nila makita yung address. Lahat naman ng order ko using my address dumating naman.
