Blacks Unsatisfactory Service and Disregard for Consumer Rights: My Experience with Blacks.co.uk

Blacks (blacks.co.uk), in my opinion, is not a company I would recommend to anybody. The reason for this is two-fold. Firstly, I have had an experience where I paid for an item only to find out that they no longer have it in stock and it took several weeks for them to refund me my money back. This is unacceptable as a customer, as I expect to receive what I paid for in a timely manner. Secondly, they sent me a different item than what I had ordered and it took weeks for them to give me a refund for it. To add insult to injury, they did not refund my postage even though it was their fault for sending me the wrong item.

I must admit, I was quite unhappy with the service I received from Blacks. The fact that they are not willing to comply with Consumer Rights Laws is appalling and unethical. They have blatantly disregarded the rights of their customers and have caused them inconvenience as a result.

In my opinion, Blacks is not a company that one should engage with. They are charlatans, cowboys, and crooks. They have failed to provide satisfactory service to their customers and as a result, I strongly recommend you take your custom elsewhere.

Blacks Unpleasant experience with Blacks: Defective jacket, poor customer service

I have had a very unpleasant experience with Blacks. I received a jacket that was torn, and when I contacted them about it, they told me I had to send it back to them at my own expense. This was very frustrating, as it wasn't my fault that they had sent me a defective product. I felt like they were trying to blame me for their own mistake.

To make matters worse, they said that they needed to do some "experiments" to find out how the jacket got torn. This made me even more suspicious, as it seemed like they were trying to avoid taking responsibility for the defect. It also seemed like they were trying to make me feel like I was in the wrong, which was extremely frustrating.

Even though I was already unhappy with the situation, I sent the jacket back to them as they requested. But now, they won't even respond to my messages. I feel like they have completely ignored me, which is very rude and unprofessional.

Overall, I would not recommend Blacks to anyone. They sell poor quality products, and their customer support is terrible. It's very disappointing to have had such a bad experience with this shop.

Blacks Blacks Failed to Deliver My Tent - Disappointing Experience

I had a pretty terrible experience with Blacks. I shelled out a whopping ?1100 for a tent on Monday, and was promised delivery within 3-5 days. Unfortunately, after waiting a week without any news, I found myself on the phone with a customer service rep who informed me that they had lost my tent, and hadn't contacted me to let me know. Needless to say, I was getting pretty frustrated at this point.

When I asked if they could send me a replacement tent on next day delivery, I was told that I would have to order again through the website like a normal customer. Seriously? I wasn't thrilled about this, so I asked for a refund instead. And wouldn't you know it, just after requesting a refund, I got an email telling me that next day delivery was an option after all. It was too late though, since I had already been issued a refund.

Long story short, my camping trip with my kids is now cancelled because I don't have a tent. Needless to say, I won't be recommending or using Blacks again.

Blacks Disappointing Experience with Blacks: Lost Money, No Product

I had a pretty bad experience with Blacks. I was browsing their website and found an amazing deal for a Fenix 6s for just ?369. I placed the order on 4th January and the money was taken from my account straight away. I was getting regular updates about my order and was excited when I received a message on 14th January saying my watch was on its way.

However, when the package arrived and I excitedly opened it, there was no watch inside. Can you believe it? I was absolutely gutted. I immediately contacted their customer services explaining the situation and stated clearly that I wanted a replacement ASAP. But, to my dismay, they told me that they had a 28 day investigation period before they could take any action.

Despite the frustration, I patiently waited and requested updates every week. However, on 2nd February (they've had my money for almost a month now), I received a refund. To add salt to the wound, the watch was no longer available in stock and they didn't even offer any alternative.

I was left feeling incredibly disheartened and disappointed. I would not recommend ordering from this company if you want to avoid losing your money for a month and ending up without the product you ordered.

Blacks Disappointing Service: My Experience Ordering from Blacks

So, I gotta be honest here, my experience ordering from Blacks wasn't exactly smooth sailing. I mean, I ordered a bike over a week ago because I'm planning a trip to Centre Parcs soon, ya know? But then things got all jacked up, man. See, my original order somehow disappeared into the ether between Blacks and the courier, and I had to go through the whole process again. They didn't even ask if I still wanted the bike - they just went ahead and made a new order. That kinda irked me, you know what I'm saying?

Now, I'm stuck in a bit of a sticky situation. I can't cancel the order, and it seems like it's taking forever and a day to get it delivered. And to make things worse, now it looks like it's gonna show up while I'm away on my holiday. Like, what's the point of that, you know what I mean? It's pretty disappointing and frustrating.

Honestly, I feel like the service I got from Blacks could have been a lot better. If I had known what a hassle this was gonna turn out to be, I probably would have gone somewhere else to shop for a bike. I mean, if I had done that, I would have had my bike like right away, you feel me?

At this point, I'm seriously considering just taking my business elsewhere and returning the bike when it finally gets here, assuming it even does arrive. I mean, I just want to have a bike for my trip, is that really too much to ask? All in all, I'd say my experience with Blacks has left a lot to be desired.

Blacks Disappointing Experience with Blacks - Order Canceled, Refund Hassle, & Broken Promise of Discounts

So, I was looking to buy a new jacket from Blacks, but unfortunately, my size wasn't available in-store. So, I decided to order it online and eagerly waited for it to arrive. But what happened next was a complete disappointment. After waiting for 7 long days, I received an email from Blacks stating that my order had been canceled and I needed to reach out to the store for a refund. This was a bummer, as the store was quite far off with a 60-mile round trip for me.

I called Blacks online to inquire about the canceled order and to my surprise, they said that the jacket was actually in stock but the order was canceled anyway. They wouldn't send me the jacket now and I was asked to go to the store for a refund. It was frustrating to learn that I have to go all the way to the store again to get a refund. When I asked for assistance to a higher authority, I was told that I couldn't talk to the manager or complaints department.

Moreover, I was promised a 10% off coupon for my next purchase and next-day delivery, but the coupon never arrived. It was really annoying as I had to go through the whole process again, only to find out that I was not getting any additional discounts.

To top it all, the store informed me that I have 60 days to make the journey and get my refund, on a jacket that was never delivered to me in the first place! It was an absolute disaster, and I was very disappointed with the service offered by Blacks.

In conclusion, I would say that my experience with Blacks was definitely not a good one. It was a complete waste of my time, effort, and money. I would not recommend this store to anyone, and I will surely make sure that the higher authorities know about this experience.

Blacks Disappointed with Blacks: Order Cancelled, Money Taken, No Refund

I remember recently purchasing a tent from Blacks (blacks.co.uk). I was quite excited to use it for an upcoming camping trip. After placing my order, I anxiously waited for my package to arrive. A few days later, I decided to check the status of my shipment. To my surprise, I discovered that my order had been cancelled! I didn't receive any notification or feedback regarding the cancellation. Furthermore, I noticed that the shop had already taken my money from my bank account.

Naturally, I sent them an email asking for more information, but to no avail. I didn't receive any response from them. Frustrated, I decided to give their customer care team a call. The representative was polite, but unhelpful. They couldn't give me any reason for the cancellation of my order. When I asked about the money, they assured me it would be refunded to my bank account.

Unfortunately, I checked my bank account and saw that the money hadn't been refunded! This only added to my disappointment. After a few more attempts at contacting the support team, I still didn't get any useful response. I felt like I had no other choice but to report the situation to the police.

It's understandable that businesses experience technical issues and mix-ups from time to time, but it's important to communicate such problems with customers. Otherwise, it leads to confusion and dissatisfaction. For me, I was left without the tent I needed for my camping trip. It was a disappointing experience, to say the least. If you're planning on buying from Blacks, perhaps think twice and proceed with caution.

Blacks Blacks.co.uk Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Tiny Leggings

So, I made a purchase from Blacks.co.uk for some women's "Peter Storm" water-resistant black leggings, and let me tell you - they were made for midgets or children! They were ridiculously tiny, and I couldn't believe it. I quickly sent an email to the company because I had sixty quid tied up in this transaction, and I needed a solution. Unfortunately, all I got in response were those automated replies that tell you your email has arrived and that they'll contact you within 24 hours to sort out the problem. I was starting to feel pretty fed up by Saturday, and I didn't want to pay even more money to phone them. It just didn't seem fair.

Finally, I decided I needed to take some action and begrudgingly paid them £3.25 to their return/collect system. It was my only option at this point. Once Blacks realized that I had done this, they had the nerve to email me on Sunday with the promise of a paid returns label! Can you believe it? I was so angry. I'm currently in the process of emailing them to request a refund of my postage charge as soon as possible, but I'm not sure what will happen. I really hope I get my money back, but it's not looking good.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Blacks Outdoor Wear & Equipment if you're looking for a helpful and caring online company. They haven't been great to me, and I don't think they'll be great to you either. If you're looking for an alternative, I'd suggest shopping elsewhere. I hope I can give you an update soon, but for now, stay away from Blacks!

Blacks Terrible Service and False Promises: My Experience with Blacks Customer Service

Customer service at Blacks is just the worst, in my opinion. I can't believe how many times I've had trouble with them! I've ordered from them four times now, and three of those times they took my money but didn't actually have the item in stock. What's the point of having something on the website if you don't actually have it in the stock room? They always assure me it's on its way, but then I have to keep following up and find out that actually, no, it's not coming.

The last time I placed an order, they did have the item I wanted, but they only sent me half of it. I was really frustrated and kept calling customer service, but nobody could give me a clear answer -- and worse, I wasn't even given a refund. Just a voucher. I figured that was okay, but when I tried to use the voucher, it turns out it wasn't valid at Blacks at all. What's even the point? I couldn't get a straight answer from anyone and it was driving me crazy.

I've talked to twelve different customer service reps now, and each one has given me a different story. Nobody seems to be on the same page! They keep telling me to go to a physical shop to use the voucher, but the nearest one is two hours away. In the middle of a pandemic, no less. It's impossible and nobody will help me.

At the start, the regional director called me to apologize, but nothing's really been done to fix the situation. I keep asking for help and for it to be escalated, but nobody's listening. It's really frustrating and I'm feeling pretty ripped off. This is just not how to run a business, in my opinion.

Blacks Disappointing Experience with Blacks: Poor Customer Service and Misinformation

So, let me tell you about my recent experience with Blacks. I have to say, it was not a great one. I placed an order for four items on April 7th and received an email confirmation from the company. They said they would send me another email once the order was dispatched. However, that was the last I heard from them. It had been a few days, and I was expecting my order to arrive any moment, so I decided to give Blacks a call to enquire about my order on April 12th.

When I spoke with the representative, she informed me that one of the items I had ordered was out of stock. I was not too thrilled because Blacks had allowed me to order something they could not fulfil and never bothered to inform me. So, I asked the representative to cancel my entire order, which she said she would do, and I would receive a refund within 3-5 days. I was disappointed with the poor customer service and response time.

I had placed the order to help my mental health, so I quickly ordered the whole thing from another company. However, on April 13th, I received an email from Blacks saying they dispatched part of my order. I was confused because the woman I had spoken with said they had cancelled the entire order. So, now I have to wait another 4-6 days for them to arrive, and then I have to return them. I assume that I will also have to wait another 4-6 days for the return to process, and wait for up to 14 days for a refund.

This whole experience has been a bit frustrating, to say the least. Instead of having ?111 back, I have nothing to show for it, and it has been almost a month now. To add insult to injury, I purchased the whole order elsewhere, spending over ?111 again, under the impression that I would receive my refund in 5-7 days. However, that was far from the truth.

Overall, I would say that Blacks really let me down with this experience. The customer service was poor, and the communication was lacking. I was under the impression that I would receive my refund promptly, and it never happened. Instead, what happened was misinformation, a delay in receiving my order, and added stress without any resolution. It was a poor show on Blacks' part.

Blacks Disappointing experience with Blacks: Poor customer service and wrong product delivery

So, I stumbled upon Blacks while searching for some outdoor gear and thought of giving them a try, but I must say the experience turned out to be quite disappointing. I received a different product than I had ordered, and when I approached their customer service, it was no less than a nightmare dealing with them. They were unresponsive and unhelpful, making it totally impossible for me to recover the cost I had paid.

Honestly, I would suggest avoiding Blacks if you don't want to be ripped off like me. The whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I wouldn't want anyone to go through what I have gone through. It's a shame because I was looking forward to a good shopping experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete joke.

All in all, I would suggest trying other options out there for your outdoor gear needs. There are much better companies with excellent customer service and quality products that won't leave you feeling ripped off.

Blacks Disappointing Experience with Blacks Online - Be Warned!

Bought something from Blacks on their website and boy was I disappointed. Ordered a new jacket which was supposed to look great on me, but ended up being the wrong item! I could not believe it! And to make things worse, when I tried to return it, they expected me to pay for the return cost. Can you believe that? I feel like they should have paid for it since it was their mistake. But no, they told me I had to pay for it if I wanted to return the item. And even after all that, I only received a partial refund that didn't even include the postage fee. That's just not fair, you know?

I will definitely be looking elsewhere for my outdoor gear in the future, that's for sure. And I'm not the only one. I've seen other people online saying they've had similar problems with Blacks. So yeah, let this be a lesson to you all - be careful when you're shopping at Blacks and make sure you double check everything before you buy it. Otherwise, you might get stuck with something you don't want and have to pay for it anyway.

Blacks Blacks.co.uk Review: Incompetent and Disappointing Customer Service

So, I ordered a bag from Blacks (blacks.co.uk) a while back. The money was taken out of my account right away, which I thought was pretty normal. However, after three long weeks of waiting, I still hadn't received any emails about the status of my order or anything. That's when I decided to reach out to them and ask about it.

Unfortunately, the news wasn't good. They told me that the bag I ordered wasn't actually in stock, which made me wonder why they even let me buy it in the first place. But they said they'd get it in soon and that I could expect it to be delivered at some point.

At this point, I was pretty frustrated with the situation. But I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait it out. Another week passed, and I still hadn't heard anything about my order. So, I decided to reach out to them again.

This time, they told me that the bag was in stock after all, and that they would be shipping it out to me soon. But once again, I had to wait and wait. And when I finally did receive my package, guess what? It wasn't even the bag I had ordered in the first place!

Needless to say, I was pretty unhappy with the whole situation. But I figured I'd cut my losses and just ask for a refund. Even this process was a bit of a headache, however. I had to contact them multiple times before they finally processed my request.

And then, when I finally did get my refund, I found out that they hadn't even refunded me the full amount I had paid! They failed to reimburse me for the cost of delivery, which seems pretty unfair considering I never even received the bag in question. Overall, this whole process was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. I wouldn't recommend Blacks to anyone.

Blacks Disappointing Quality from Blacks, Milletts and Ultimate Outdoors – Time to Shop Elsewhere

I've been shopping at Blacks, Milletts, and Ultimate Outdoors for quite a while now. However, the recent stuff I've bought from them has been terrible in terms of quality. And you know what's more interesting? Most of their branded t-shirts, that they claim to be of high quality, are now being made in China. This, I think, is the reason behind the poor quality. So, I think I'll have to look for other stores from now on. And, I suggest everyone else do the same.
