I love shoppin' on Ringside, they got great delivery and awesome products. They got the best deals 'round!

This company is terrible! I'd rather spend extra cash on *** or somewhere else than deal with them! It takes them over a week just to package up your figures, and then you have to pay outrageous shipping prices. Don't purchase anything from them.

I ordered from Ringside Collectibles before Christmas and my grandson got two of the same gifts. But since I placed the order in November and the gift wasn't opened until Christmas, they told me it was past their 30-day return policy. Don't order Christmas gifts from this website. You won't be able to return them if they don't work out. The customer service is terrible.

I got banned from their site for no reason. Can't order anything new. They lost my stuff and never gave me my money back. Their customer service guy Ben gave me wrong info, making it harder to get my item back from ***. They control the wrestling figure market and treat customers badly. It's not fair.

I've spent thousands of dollars with ringsidecollectibles.com and yet I seem to have problems with every order, no matter how simple it seems. Orders are always late, there's no communication, and when I try to call to find out what's going on, no one answers the phone or returns messages. Their customer service is nonexistent. As an owner of a near 50-year old business myself, I couldn't imagine treating my customers this way.

I've ordered from Ringside Collectibles many times, but my most recent purchase hasn't been great. I know there are shipping delays and problems due to COVID-19, but my recent problem is really frustrating. My issue with Ringside Collectibles is that I recently placed an order for an AEW Unrivaled Series 3 Darby Allin and AEW Unrivaled Series 2 Hangman Adam Page. After I placed my order, the page said the transaction had already happened and not to refresh the page. I thought that meant my order went through and everything was fine. But as the days passed, I realized I never received an order confirmation. I checked and saw that I wasn't charged, and I have no idea why. Now one of the action figures from my order is no longer on the website (which is normal since these figures are in high demand), but I don't know what happened to my order. It's really frustrating. I've emailed the website and reached out on social media, but I haven't gotten a response. I really hope I receive the action figures I ordered.

Ringside Collectibles is an interesting place to shop. I recently ordered the last dance *** and unfortunately, it arrived all torn, ripped, and bent. As a disabled vet with no legs, it was quite disappointing. I've been a loyal customer and have spent a lot of money at Ringside, but instead of helping me get a new figure, they told me to print out a return label. The problem is, I don't have a printer, and going to *** is not possible for me. I would have to mail it back and wait for a claim, but by then, the figure would probably be sold out. It's frustrating because I paid full price and didn't expect damaged packaging. According to their shipping policy, they're not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but they are responsible for damaged packaging. They make the return process difficult because they know not everyone can do it. They just let it go. When I called, I spoke to ***, who was not helpful at all and had a bad attitude because I asked them to do their job and follow the policy on their site. Overall, if you order from Ringside, be prepared for damaged packaging 50% of the time. If you're an inbox collector like me, it's better to go to bbts, big apple toys, or 5 below. Anywhere else but Ringside.

I ordered from Ringside Collectibles on 12/7. I still haven't got any info about my order. When I call customer service, they just hang up. I paid for 3-day shipping, but it's been 4 days and I still don't know when my order will arrive. I just want to know when it's coming.

My wife and daughter got me a gift from this website called Ringside Collectibles. They bought me an accurate scale AEW TNT ring with a *** figure. But when I opened the box, the ring was already damaged and looked like it had been used and repackaged. I mean, come on! I paid $117.99 for it and they won't even exchange it for me. They sent me an already opened package, for crying out loud!

I ordered a figure in October ***, and it was supposed to be released in Late November. However, I still haven't received it, even though the website now claims that the item is in stock. According to the website, my order is still pending and hasn't been shipped out. I've sent several emails inquiring about the issue, but I haven't received any response yet.

I recently attempted to place an online order for my sons with special needs, as we have been loyal customers for over a decade. Unfortunately, my last order resulted in a loss of money, as the items never arrived. Today, when I called to address the issue and requested to speak with a manager, I was met with extreme rudeness. The manager not only used offensive language towards me, but also suggested that I take my business elsewhere before abruptly ending the call. It's disheartening to see the lack of professionalism from the managers they have hired.

I ordered four figures from Ringside Collectibles in April . It's been three months and I still haven't received my items. The tracking number they provided was obviously incorrect because Canada Post states that the items are being shipped from Sweden, not their supposed location. Their customer service is unhelpful and they even had the audacity to suggest that I buy the items again at a discounted price.

I ordered a product from Ringside Collectibles on Sep 7 2021. The items were shipped on Jan 4 2022, but I never got them. The company said they would contact *** to confirm and file a loss complaint, but I never heard back about the complaint. When I asked them to resend my product, they said no and offered a discount to buy everything I already paid for. I want them to resend my product or show proof of delivery.

I ordered action figures from Ringside Collectibles in November. I got my order in November , but six figures were damaged. They agreed to exchange them, so I reached out for an update, but got no response. I called customer service twice, only to reach voicemail. I placed a new order to speak to someone. After explaining, they said I'd get replacements only after returning the damaged ones. The tracking they provided shows they received the returns. The rep was unhelpful.

I've bought from this company many times before without any issues. They always treated me with respect and decency. But now, I don't know if my package is lost or not. I've been tracking its progress, but there's no estimate of when I'll receive it. It's been stuck in transit for 29 days. I ordered 3 figures from Ringside Collectibles on 12/13/2022. But, uh-oh, turns out one of the items I ordered was on backorder. This meant that my daughters' other three items would be late. So, I shot them an email on 12/13/2022 and 12/14/2022, hoping for a response. But guess what? I never heard back from them. Talk about bad customer service, right?

So, my wife decided to give them a call today, 12/15/2022. And you won't believe what they said! They canceled my whole order and banned me from buying from them. Can you believe that? They promised that a manager would call me back after their lunch, which was about 4 hours ago. But no call yet. Typical, right?

Now, let me tell you why they banned me. It was all because of a misunderstanding about their policies. They sent me a broken and opened item, and I let them know about it. I explained that I have a disability that makes it hard for me to understand things sometimes. But guess what? They didn't care. They said it didn't matter. Can you believe the nerve?

So, I took matters into my own hands and reported them to the Department of Justice for their discriminatory behavior. It's illegal to deny service to someone because of their disability, you know? But here's the kicker—they still have my money! None of it was actually refunded. Can you believe the audacity?

All I want is for them to remove the one Malakai Black figure from my order and refund me for it. I've already paid for the other figures, and I haven't even received them yet. And while we're at it, I want this ban lifted so I can just move on with my life. I mean, who needs all these reports and drama, right?

So, there you have it. My not-so-great experience with Ringside Collectibles. Hopefully, they'll get their act together and make things right. But until then, I'll be waiting for that call and my refund.

I wanna talk about my experience with Ringside Collectibles and their support, specifically this guy named Ben. So, I ordered two figures like 3 months ago and I still haven't gotten them or a refund. That's one part of the story. But let me tell you, their customer assistance through email is the worst I've ever seen. This person was so rude and unhelpful, it's crazy. I don't have the email to show you, but trust me, it was bad. They never apologized or showed any concern. I had to send them 3 requests for help in January and February, and they didn't even bother to respond. They don't even call me by my name, even though I'm being polite. They don't give any suggestions on how to fix the problem. I don't know if they even wanna help or if I'm just bothering them. It's messed up. When I ask for a call, they ignore me. When I ask for someone else to help, they don't transfer me. I've been trying to call them all day, but they keep hanging up on me. I just want someone to follow up because I've been waiting for 3 months and the tracking says the packages were sent back to Ringside. I wanted to share this terrible customer service because no one should be treated like this. Seriously, a bot would do a better job. I see that Ringside always blames the carrier, but this comment is about their rude and unhelpful assistance. It doesn't matter where the package is, they should still be friendly and helpful. This attitude is not right. I'll try calling them again tomorrow because I've given up on email. It just makes me more frustrated, and they talk to people like they're dogs. Not cool. I hope someone actually wants to help me and give me advice on how to fix this issue.
