Ringside Collectibles review: Order not received

I ordered a Cody Rhodes figure for my son who is obsessed with WWE. It was our first time ordering from overseas as the options for WWE action figures in South Africa is very limited. I ordered the Cody Rhodes figure on 08/23/2023 and was very excited when I saw on the tracking status it has departed from Atlanta on 08/25/2023. However, it has been stuck in this status since then. I have emailed several times as the status is not changing, only to be informed that it is on its way as it is in transit. A little more than a week ago, I went on Ringside Collectibles and chatted online with Ben asking about the order. I was told by him to wait until 08/23/2023 and speak to them again. I waited until the 23rd, but now the 'chat online' is disabled and you can only leave a message. Nobody is coming back to me about this order. My son has Tourette Syndrome and because of this is obsessed with WWE. He lives and breathes WWE. If only Ringside Collectibles would have assisted me more in this regard, they would have gained a customer for life.
