Unjustified revocation of service
I have been a Blizzard customer for 12 years, and am well aware that people frequently swear in-game. Swearing is not against the EULA, as there are not one, but TWO ways to avoid seeing someone else's communication in game if you don't like how they talk.
On the 31st of July 2020, I was suspended from World of Warcraft for swearing at other players. I've never encountered another player in-game (at least not on Australian servers) who doesn't swear. In Oceanic culture, it's actually considered rude NOT to swear at someone.
When I appealed this action, I was given a snarky response by someone referring to themself as 'Loctarzidix' - a name I had to copy and paste into this complaint and certainly wouldn't know how to pronounce. They than closed the ticket without giving me an opportunity to respond, meaning I had to wait another full day to receive another reply, probably from a different person.
Not only is this action completely unjustified, but disputing it is an absolute nightmare. Activision needs to pull their head out of their backside and realise that they are not in the position to decide what people get to say on their platform, as they are not a publishing outlet, and are therefore not actually affiliated with their customers and have NO RIGHT to DICTATE what we may and may not say in their game.

I want to start out by saying for the last 8-1/2 year I have enjoy the content of blizzard however... This corruption was the worst by far it out did legion by miles is it because your running out of ideas or just lacking in which cast I want my full refund for my last 6 month sub because its so outrageous it had so much potential and you killed it like an unborn child going through abortion my biggest question is not why but what gave you the thought of n'zoth the corrupter being a good idea... I mean come on you dont even get more then one chance for distorting reality and you have the gull to make the cost of vessel of horrific visions 10k... I am still so upset with the change of level 100 to now 120 that im not even going to go there. The point of this is please think about the next update very carefully because my heart cant take anymore disappointment from my own life I would hate to have even more from the game I love ive been playing almost a hole decade please please dont let me down and I thank you for the content up to legion.

What you get from this system is just a copy-pasted template answers regarding to topic of your choice.
No one actually reads what you asked for and just tells you 'this can not be done and if you ask more question we will ban you permanently'
Appeal system is a joke because they never ever compromise even if its their mistake. It is good to follow the code of conduct, but if you aren't going to compromise or trying to get some solution for the customers you might as well delete the 'make an appeal' or 'make a suggestion' systems.

when will the exclusive Reinhardt mug be available to public purchase... i would drop 500 for it, it looks soo great or what ever price it was labeled for, it just seams like a waste to have it for a one time buy when their are so many fans that love over watch to the skys limit, i started on the ps4 and now im on pc loving every minute of Reinhardt and other characters. seams disappointing to be honest... that mug is like a trophy for being in the game for so long, a monument to popa jeff.

This company, since January 2018, has screwed me out of 2 account and somewhere around $1500. I am a 70 yr old, disabled, Vietnam Vet. My son introduced me to the game in 2007. Except for an extended hiatus, until I moved to an area that had a constant Internet connection, I had played until this past weekend. When they robbed the 2nd account from me, using the excuse that they don't know who I am. They want me to send them a varified US ID to prove that I am me. They have no problem what so ever cashing my checks, tho. Understand that I love this game. It's something I have found that satisfies me, and I believe is providing excellent therapy, by keeping my mind sharp, and keeping me interested in something. After my time away, I came back January 2018, and was absolutely delighted that all my old characters, and everything else was just as I had left it. I played for a short time, possibly a month, when I could no longer log on. I contacted a gm or support person, to tell them my problem. They asked me all the usual questions to varify that I am the holder of the account, I answered them, and they said that all the answers were wrong! What? They even told me that I answered the question, What was the first car you ever owned, is wrong! As I became more and more accused of, basically, being a crook, I got really pissed. I told them where the checks came from and the name of my credit union, and the guy tells me that "anyone could find that out.". I'm 71 yrs. now, I could have gone to Palo Alto and slugged this [censored]. Essentially, I was being accused of paying for an account they thought wasn't mine, even though no one else was using it. I stewed for a month, and came back to open a new account. I love this game, as I said, and decided not to let this [censored] rob me of something I enjoy at this late stage of life. I'd lost all of my work from the first 6 or 7 years that I played, and had to start all over. I built a bunch of new characters, met an old pal, and things were going great. Until this weekend, that is, when I could no longer get in. I tried to get in to explain my side of things, when I saw that my subscription had stopped on 11-16-2018, so I went to renew. They kept denying my payment, saying that all cards are not viable, even though this is the card I've used all along, and my account is NOT empty. So, I thought, omg, I have to talk to a rep, again, and listen to his mindnumbing corporate reasoning. The first time this happened, I asked them to look at my checks, and I can tell you everything about them. His respond was that I probably stole the checkbook. Blizzard has made it impossible for a customer to tell them what's going on, and how I have been treated by their company. Now, I am at a total lose as to what to do. Reasoning, truth, and accuracy has nothing to do with this, apparently, unless it's their version of the truth. I wanted to complain about this on the WoW Forum, but since I'm not me, so they won't allow me to do that. I could send them an ID, but my ID has my social security number on it, and they're not getting that. Also, I would ever have to get a copy printed or scanned, or take a picture with my phone. As I explained right off, I'm 71 years old. I don't have a printer. I don't have a cellphone or whatever they're called, now. And, vets, who still haven't killed themselves, usually live alone and have no friends. As a result, I lose and have done nothing wrong! I wanted to call the corporate big cheese, but they have things set up now where you get stuck in a runaround of choices until you realize that and hang up. I love the game, but despise the company. I guess I just had to get this off my chest. I am really insulted and disgusted to have been treated this way, when I have done nothing wrong. thanks for listening. overwatch character
For Brigitte, She NEEDS a damage nerf, everything else is fine, except the amount of damage she gives off. She can practically combo you to death in 5 seconds. She runs up to you, blocks your attack with ease then bashes you, then left shifts you which ends up doing around 200+ health to the other person while healing herself. Also, make tracers little left shift boosts take a second or two longer to replenish.
coming back to this after thinking what to say here. i don't play overwatch my self but one of my friends let me sit in and watch their game. your complaint kinda boils down to 2 things.
1. you mention Bridget is OP...she isn't really, from what i know about these type of games it all depends on how you set up your skill key binds, organization of your skill bar [if the game allows for this], your skill and your reaction time. mind you the last 2 are variable due to the other dependencies. my friend had the skill bar, keybinds, set up for max combo/dmg while playing Bridget. not one time did my friend get any combo in despite getting a good flow of the skills down. in fact the opposing team each time they faced my friend was able to get in one hit in that shattered the budding combo.
2. tracer's left shift boost just like above its just timing and setup. i have seen many tracer players get beaten by other players.

I have been trying to get access to my old account to my current account and most of your gms (except for gm Brianna she was amazing) have been giving me a run around if I could I would redo all my surveys to completely unsatisfied and in the future I don't plan do anymore micro transactions with your company I am beyond disappointed in your company's customer service and the costumer service page is very unfuctional such as the over the phone ticket help...maybe in a few years when you are able to get your company's priorities straight ill think about buying something again but till then know that I am disappointed and will not give you a good reference if ask by friends about your transactions and help...

Is there any sign of phone support, huh? Once you call they redirect you to their site with recordings, no real human voice, nothing like that. Unfortunately, their online support sucks as well and they were absolutely useless. They said I have to return my order back to the store. But it's impossible to do due to retail stores return policies. The game is open with no key. I lost time. I lost money. Thanks for nothing.

I don't know what happened. I got SMS from my bank they are telling, I purchased USD 10, then next day which is today I noticed that another 3 SMS each one purchasing USD 50 games.
I didn't buy anything from Blizzard or from Steamgames.com, someone else did used my credit card but he/she not authorized to do so because I have never give my credit to any for using it.

lack of fairness
I was playing competitive in Overwatch and at the beginning of the match my internet lagged me out so I reconnect it to find that I have been banned for the 2 hours as well as losing SR. I find that unfair because I did not leave on purpose and I did not want to leave so I do not deserve to be banned or lose SR. If you want to resolve this issue, then please at least give me my SR back. Thank You.

5/14/2017 I purchased a blizzard account from someone for Diablo III. On 6/2/2017 I found out some of the personal information cannot be changed from blizzard support. So now the previous owners name and country will remain on the account. When asking Blizzard support a question regarding if some of my personal information could be compromised I was denied support and the GM copied and pasted the exact same note on how they do not provide support to trading/sharing/selling between players and how that was stated clearly several times.( It was not mentioned several times) So because I purchased an account I am being punished and refused support.
I should have the right to put my information on the account information section and should be able to remove the previous owners information. Support should not be taken away from me because I purchased an account.

fraudulent charges to my checking account
I don't know how they got my account number, but two $15 charges were made to my account. I do not use online games! My husband uses them, but pays for them from a different account at a different bank. He did charge two $12 payments from that account, but none from my checking. I will NOT give you my account number! I will, however, complain to my bank and have them removed as fraudulent!
Change the password on your account and contact your bank.

12/11/2016 a charge of $49.99 was made on my debit card. Upon looking up the name/phone number, I discovered that there have been numerous complaints about fraudulent charges on Blizzard Entertainment Online, which appears to be a gaming site. I cannot find where they are located, but there is a toll free number attached to this site [protected]. I tried to call this number, but get a busy signal.
