blockchain Wallet gold membershi[p suddenly not posible
since 2019 I opened an account at Blockchain.com out of curiosity.
That went well in the beginning, I had deposited about 250 Euros to play on the Bitcoin market.
That went well. The following year I decided to add 1000 Euros so that I could play some more and immediately increased my account from a silver account to a gold account membership. I think that was in 2021. In this year I deposited another 1000 Euros. when I wanted to log in at the end of 2021, I got a message that my wallet ID and password did not match. That was crazy because I have a password vault in which I keep all my important passwords. I then decided to change my password.
To my amazement, I then had to re-verify my Identity. I did that because otherwise I would not have full access to all funds and I would not be able to access my reward account, for example. I had deposited a small amount on it to see if this would (also) yield something.
And it does because every month I still receive an email stating how much I now receive added to my rewards account (a pity I can't access it.
So if I now want to deal with business, I still end up in the verification screen that indicates that this is still going on.
I have reported this many times to the support department of Blockchain.com, but they are not doing anything about it.
Either I am being duped or my money has been stolen.
Unfortunately I think the latter..
Desired outcome: Re-access to my funds to withdraw all and close the account.

We sold over $22,000 in bitcoin on March 26, 2022 and the Blockchain account ever since is showing the Status as "In Review". We have been trying now for over 1 1/2 months to get the withdrawal deposit processed to our checking account and keep getting the run around from their Customer Support folks by repeated ticket #'s that it is still "In Review" with no explanation. PLEASE HELP! Thank you.

Kept sending Tickets upon Tickets but No Solution. I was deprived of access to my bitcoin worth over $100k.

early this year i bought £2k worth of bit coin using trading platform as a third party . it turned out to be a mistake and it seemed i lost my investment . the asset went on Binance as two wallets . I informed UK police , they found the 2 wallets but could'nt take action because over-sea's situation . Recently i been contacted by representatives from blockchain saying that they can help me recover my asset as they can see my email along with the balance of the wallets on the Blockchain . They have asked me for £500 to create and activate a recovery wallet and transfer balance to my Gemini account . The UK police did manage to freeze both wallets but that's as far they could go .
Maby you could offer some guidance on how to deal with this situation ?
I know it's my fault for the lack of knowledge and leaving myself open to fraud and theft . it would be nice for advice

Have been waiting since April 14th to be authorized to trade, buy and sell on Blockchain. Provide all requested docs and they verified they were received, but still no action taken by Blockchain.

For approximately a year, Blockchain has (1) used excuses such as “ your account is under review” to not only have me repeatedly send over my passport and bank statement, but Have obstructed me from engaging in transactions for a year. And even after initially giving full clearance to perform on the platform, I was restricted then cleared then restricted then cleared. And til this day Im cleared yet. Still cant get my money returned into my account. Ive sent numerous complaints over a year and already its 4 months since the last communication and Ive received no response, I even asked the for the Mailing address to file legal papers no response, I ask the for their legal representative address no response. This is a scammers paradise. They operate in secret, they have no physical address. And hide behind a email address under the guise of customer support. They have stolen my money without Due Process and act like they didnt just because its still on their blockchain platform. Which I cant withdraw to my account.

Sent money to a receiver on 4/1/22 at 9:30 am The receiver said he didn't receive it. Which I believe him. Cause I have sent before. I used Cashapp to do this and it was confirmed on their end. But when it gets to Blockchain it is saying it was spent. I have written several emails to Blockchain but do not get a response. I would like to know where the money went and why when clearly I had the right address. I also sent another amount to him on 4/3 and he received it okay.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of my money, seeing it has been 10 days and the receiver needs this money as it is an urgent . I don't care if it was spent on someone else's behalf but I do know it wasn't on mine.

On the 28th of January I sent 250 dollars worth of Bitcoin to Dodge Coin, after depositing in Block Chain. They it held in review, and have told me over and over again that it has been esculated, and was in the hands of the one responsible, but after at least 5 days of being told that, I have heard nothing from them and the money is still unavailable after 9 days, and it has cost me a lot of money in trading, and a delay of being able to withdraw funds from my trading account. I cannot explain in very nice words the anger and frustration they are treating me like a bank. I am about ready to close the account as soon as it is finished. By no means use their wallets for keeping your cryptocurrencies on this shady service. I keep having technical issues with singing in and it only shows errors. Nothing happens even if you put your data several times, and after that the wallet get blocked for one hour. But even if you signed in it doesn't mean anything at all, because it doesn't stop being glitchy, or you can't see the balance, or can't send anything and can't even click anything at all. It looks like the website was constructed by a baby macaque.
All of these things make me think that these guys are going to play hanky-panky with us and vanish into thin air. Had to use their also glitchy mobile application to get my money. Never again will I use this service.
PS. By the way, there's no contact information, you can't call them, even though they deal with money. Isn't that strange?
