I had a problem with my pool shell and contacted Blue Fountain Pools in November
I had a problem with my pool shell and contacted Blue Fountain Pools in November . They said they would fix it, but it's been a while and they keep giving me different excuses. Mike said they can't come out because they don't have enough workers, or they're too busy, or they have new people. Finally, *** came out and drained the pool three weeks ago, but we still can't get anyone to work on it. When I asked *** for his boss's name and number, he said he couldn't give it to me. It's frustrating and I'm not happy with their service.

I signed a contract with Blue Fountain Pools and Spas on 4/8 for a pool construction. However, I did not receive any response from them until 7/15 when I asked to see the planning and 3D designs. Unfortunately, I was ignored again. In mid-July , they tried to force a wrong design on us, but we refused. They threatened us with extra costs, but we stood our ground. Finally, a fixed design was agreed upon at the end of July. However, they ignored us until 8/27 when they started digging (which only took 2 days). They did the rebar after I called them many times on 9/9. On 9/10, they collected $*** from me, but then punished us by stopping the plumber from finishing the job he started because we communicated with him. It has been almost 6 months, and we are left with an unsafe backyard that is all dug through. They do not answer phone calls or put up warning or caution tape around the project. The digging and rebar stages were without supervision, and I had to fix all of the workers' mistakes. The company does not respond to me and does not allow me to talk to the owner. They even sent us a kind of threat that they won't finish the job and leave us hanging. I contacted *** (sales agent) lic# XXXXXXX, but he told me he did not want to hear about these problems and delays.

I signed a contract for a pool on 10/1. They said it would take 4 1/2 months, but it's been 8 months and they're still not done. I asked why we're behind schedule, but no one explained. They didn't follow the plan and I had to tell them about missing columns, stone spillway, and wrong fire pit spot. They said stone and tile work would take 2 1/2 weeks, but it's been 7 weeks. Only one person comes out now. They said they'd pour concrete on Wednesday, but now they say next weekend. No rain and no special yard challenges.

Pool got leak. We signed with Blue Fountain Pools for pool install on 7/10. Pool fill done on 1/22. They gotta start up within 48 hours of fill, but *** came late, like 1 week later. Rushed through in 15 mins. Contract says they gotta come back in 7-10 days to check equipment and chemicals, but nobody came. Vacuum not working, tried to schedule help for 1 month. *** cancelled twice cuz he was "busy". Water level dropping, they sent another guy who found errors and negligence. Told to monitor water level, still dropping. Contacted them, waiting for help. Pool leaking, wasting water. Fix please.

They hire subcontractors, scheduling is different story. They don't know when next subcontractor will show up, different versions of story. Someone shows up unannounced for 1 day job that took 2 months to schedule. Holding part of payment till pool done. Original commitment 2 months ago, still not done. COVID not excuse, known by then.

I signed a contract with Blue Fountain Pools and Spas on 8/3 for a pool and spa. The contract stated that the project would take approximately 3 months to complete. However, it has been almost 6 months and the pool is still not done. The city building permit was issued on 8/28, but work did not start until 2 months later on 10/21. Every step towards building the pool has been delayed. I have been told that they cannot get a hold of crews or that they have no crews available. They left a mess in my yard for over a month, and I had to hire someone to clean it up so that we could have access. I have to call every time to ask when the next step will begin. Blue Fountain stopped working on my pool since 11/19 because they want me to pay additional fees for their manager's mistake in designing my pool to avoid debris from my dirt and palm trees. The onsite manager told me that the only mistake he made was dealing with me. After speaking to the office manager over the course of 2 months, I was told today that she retired 2 weeks ago and someone new will be handling my project. It's been 3 months and I cannot resolve anything. I was told today my project was still on hold and nothing has been resolved on my account. As of 2/10, I have a dangerous concrete hole in my backyard that someone can fall in and open access to my backyard with no security because of Blue Fountain Pools. They have abandoned the project since November.

Our swimming pool was finished, but we were told that the concrete coping would cure in about 28 days. However, we noticed discoloration and big dark spots all over the coping. We were told it would fade away, but it didn't. We tried to contact the company for six months, but all we got were excuses. The coping discolored even more and made the swimming pool look 20 years old. We found bad reviews on the internet, including Yelp, which made us doubt the integrity of the company. One of the sheer descents was also installed crooked, and it couldn't be fixed. The plaster crew forgot to install eyeball fittings in the return lines and left a huge mess everywhere. We spent numerous weekends cleaning up after them. They also power washed the pebble plaster and chipped the coping in so many areas. Communication was terrible, and we had to babysit the entire project. They were very defensive if we voiced our concerns and did not follow up with us. They left piles of debris and trash after every phase and did not clean up after themselves. We tried texting numerous times, but there was no response. After six months of waiting, we had to get the coping fixed. We spent $*** out of our own pocket to get the coping stained and sealed since Blue Fountain Pool and Spas would not fix their mistake. We spent approximately *** for our swimming pool, and all we asked was to be reimbursed *** for the money we spent to get the coping fixed. We attached the invoice to get the coping fixed, a cancelled check to prove payment, screenshots of emails and text messages with no responses. Please help us get reimbursed.
