Believe all theses stories on here Bluegreen Corp is a scam and thank god I didn't fall for the whole resort/points combo. I did fall for the sampler pack that ran me 895.00 for 9,000 points, and I am the owner of a big pile of crud.I was able to file on my Visa card(yea Visa!) a fraud charge and recoup some of my money.I also contacted the Better Business Association and filed a complaint with them on this awful company. All the stories are the same, offer you something to get you in and super sell, then when they have you or you escape the treatment becomes quite different.Class action all the way and I hope this company gets what it has coming to it.

What part of sampler package do you not understand? How can you think that a SAMPLE is going to get you? Let me just write that a few more times SAMPLE SAMPLE! Bluegreen is not a scam.
The scam is dumb people like you that dosen't know what they're doing or even buying for that matter.

I am a devoted owner of bluegreen and have never been happier with my experiences.

Bluegreen sucks! We have been owners for a year now. We have been trying to use our points for a year now. And we haven't been able to. We finally found something open in May but because our points would be saved for this year...well, we can't use them...surprise! Surprise. I don't care what anyone says. My experience with them is that they are a bunch of scam artist. They don't care about their owners...just getting more owners. We paid 9000 for our points...it's a rip off...If any company wants to file a lawsuit against them I would be happy to share my experience.

Bluegreen, I would say is very shady in they way they offer things to the customer, we have been owners for 3 years we started off with a sampler and used the hell out of it, then when we knew we were going to buy in, we booked allpoints. (since if you buy in you lose the unused sampler points but if the trips are already booked you can use the rest of the points )then we bought an every other year points package (a small point package) and we use it alot due to the fact if you book for weekday get aways your points go alot further. then we just bought another sampler . since you can buy them anytime . 9000 pojnts will get you a good time if booked right the only months a sampler wont work is june, july, august you can book in may & september. I dont let the sales people get over on me, and dont feel pressured just get up and leave your not prisioners. hope this helps>>>>

Fully agreed that Blue Green Resort is scamming for money, sleek presentation but without any substance. They lied about many things in presentation and their only purpose seems to squeeze money from customers, without business integrity:
- any reservation I tried needed to be done without any flexibility months in advance (unusable for me). Nobody mentioned that on initial Demo
- trying to get international resort they advertised didn't work
- they told "maintenance fees" are not due for the first year - got a bill almost the same day as the card
- they told "maintenance fees" can be redeemed for points (I was supposed to get bunch of "bonus" points) - did NOT work (telephone agent said something about 20, 000 min earned points).
- their office was closed any time I went there. Was able to talk only to a phone representative which was pretty much identical as talking to a machine

If you went to bass pro shops missouri and got hooked in with the wilderness club aka bluegreen corp, then i am sure you are all ready regretting it. an action in court will be taking place in tanney co shortly. if you would like to join.

We took the 90 min. tour that ended up being 3Hr. and then told them that we wanted to thank about buying they told us it was a one time deal that if we did not sing up that day we would not get a good deal. If they want people to buy then they should let people think about it. I talked to some of the people that have bought from bluegreen and they were sorry they bought/

BUYER/POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES>>>BEWARE ! As a former employee of blueengeen corp.I was made aware that the bluegreen kiosk in basspro has multiple video cameras which of course tape all interactions between prospects and employees. Just think potential buyers, YOU are on camera without your permission. Since there is no merchandise to be stolen, it seems to be an invasion of privacy. As I stated previously, BUYER BEWARE. Blugreen monitors it's employees---like BIG BROTHER. I am an ex-Marine, and totally American. I thought this might be an example of a dictatorship. Semper Fi! L.A. Cox
